Checked authorization and computer is authorized. Unable to deauthorize.

I operate an iMac on 10.9.5, the ADE suddenly closes during use. The application also does not refresh returned items and often will find the deleted item, after return, back on my page or still on the device(KOBO) GLO, also my older touch. Kobo aren't any help.

I have digital editions installed on my mac, and android but content is not syncing on the latter. I have authorised it on the android without any joy. Any help thanks?

I'm using CC 2017. I'm exporting a simple Animate AS3 slide show (forward/back) in OAM format, placing in InDesign and exporting as FXL ePUB. I'm experiencing several viewing problems with the OAM files.The ePUB plays fine only in iBooks.In ADE a simple OAM animation (no interactivity) plays fine.However, interactive OAM buttons do not function. Only the poster frame shows.Same results in Readium.In Publish Online, on all OAM pages I only get the "Get Adobe Flash Player" icon in the upper left... no images at all. (This is what I see in the InDesign EPUB Interactivity Preview window as well.) I saved the OAM back to Flash 12 and have the latest Flash plugin installed. Really? I thought this was all Adobe?According to Ted Padova's book "... Interactive Publishing Tips..." all this functionality should work in these formats, yet... no bueno.I've also tried HTML5 Canvas export for the OAM files but no luck there. The OAM pages in all readers are completely blank.I'd love to use ADE or Pub

Mi problema es que aplicando la acción LocalStorage en un epub3 para poder editar y almacenar texto en un epub3. Me deja editar pero cuando salgo del epub pierdo la anotación. Sin embargo en otros lectores (Azardi, iBooks, Gitden) sí que lo mantiene. Por tanto, deduzco que es un problema de ADE.Por favor, cómo puedo solucionar esto.

I recently reset my laptop and tablets, both of whom had been authorised touse eBooks using my Adobe ID.Unfortunately, when I reinstalled all the software and went to authorisethem again, I received the error message E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONSFrom the Forums and Adobe's help, I contact Customer Support in order toreset the number of activations. However, I was told that I did not havean Adobe ID using my main email address (i.e. the one that I usedpreviously to authorise my laptop and tablet to use eBooks) and to go tothe forums.On follow-up, I was told that there was another Adobe ID using an old emailaccount where the number of activations was "good to go".Can someone confirm with me the following (given Customer Support said thatthey can assist with activations only and all other problems must go ontothe forum)1 - Do I have one or two Adobe ID's?2 - What email account is registered with my Adobe ID/s?3 - Do I have sufficient computer activations remaining so that I can beginto enjo

Version 4.5.1.139278When I attempted to access a book I had just downloaded, I got this error. The boards claim that the cause of this error has been fixed. Apparently it hasn't. What do I need to do so that  can access my books?

Recent upgrade shows books in my library which appear to be every library book I ever read!  Can I "blanket" delete books which are identified as E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED or do I have to go through them one by one.  There are now over 200 books in my library/

I am using ADE with Windows 10 PC.  I do all the usual steps to download from library but the book doesn't show up in library list in the app.  I see it in my downloads un der the folder My Digital Editions, but I can't get it to show in ADE software.  It shows up at first but then when I check back the books are gone.  So I can't return them to library early!!  help

I'm not sure exactly what is going on but my Adobe Digital Editions is not working. Approximately one month ago, my ADE (version 3), which I had for several years, would not let me download books or return books from my library. I read some information about deauthorizing and authorizing ADE which I did. In the process of doing this I learned there was a newer version (4.5) which I downloaded and authorized. It worked. Yesterday, it stopped working. I tried to download a book, I get this message:Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12That is the same message I get when I try to return a library book as well.When I try to deauthorize ADE so that I can reauthorize it, I get this messageUnable to Erase Authorization. Please try after some time.I have been getting this message since yesterday.If anyone has any idea what might be going on, I would be deeply appreciative if you could point me in the right direction.Sharon

I have recently purchased an eBook code from my local campus bookstore, and I had no problems activating or downloading the textbook, but recently when I try to read it, the pages move so slow it is impossible to read, the buttons become unresponsive and glitchy, and then the program kicks me off and says Adobe Digital Editions has quit unexpectedly.

Hace un par de meses que no utilitzaba el programa. hoy he querido abrirlo pero mi ordenador no consigue arrancarlo. Lo he reinstalado y ni asíI can't open the program. I have bought a new book but Adobe digital 4.5 simply doesn't work. I haven dowloaded the program again, but it still doesn't work. any idea?

Ich habe bis auf 2 Bücher alle Medien (gelesen und teilweise zurückgegeben) aus der Bibliothek entfernt und auch im Dateisystem gelöscht.Immer wieder werden Einträge im Regal aufgelistet, die schon lange gelöscht sind. Das ist offensichtlich auf Einträge im Verzeichnis ....\My Digital Editions\CloudSync zurückzuführen. Wenn ich die Einträge dort lösche kommen sie immer wieder.Version: 4.5.4.165157

Until now I've had no trouble enlarging the text with the drop-down menu. I just loaded a book that has text which is smaller than the text that I use in Windows (125%)  and I can't enlarge the text using the drop-down menu.Also, I turned on internet settings, thinking that it would alter the situation, but it hasn't, and I want to go back to intranet settings,

How do I fix error: CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED-No permission to copy this book.  I'm trying to download an ebook to my nook on a NEW computer.

I am attempting to authenticate a new installation of Adobe Digital Editions but get error message that my ID is already used on another computer. I had to rebuild my laptop because windows crashed. My current ID is my email address. Do I need a new ID? Case number: 0221297320I can not read my ebooks anymore.Worked previously but since reinstalling windows, ADE says the book belongs to another account.Not sure why this has happened but the books need to be associated with my adobe id.I can provide proof of purchase to show the files are mine if Adobe needs it.

I'm trying to download a book from a library onto a Nook. When I attempt to authorize the Nook I get "activation server error code." When I attempt to move the book to the Nook I get "error getting license. license server communication problem.
