Hola,Llevo semanas intentando importar el archivo en Adobe Digital Editions y es imposible.Me dice lo siguiente: Error al obtener la licencia. Problemas de comunicación con el servidor de licencias...¿cómo podría solucionarlo? Como digo hace semanas y no he podido abrirlo en mi ordenador desde que lo compré.Gracias.

Using ADE 4.5.12.187658 on Samsung Galaxy, running Android. OneUI v6.0, Android v14. When using DuckDuckGo to download a URLLink.ascm file, I get the   E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN error when trying to open the ascm. I am able to authorize the app with my vendor credentials though.When using Samsung Internet to download the ascm file, I get "Connection Error Detected. Adobe Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet." I am, actually. It's how I downloaded the ascm. It is how the app authorized my credentials.  Doesn't matter if I authorize the app before or after the download for either or any browser. Or Uninstall, delete all files, reinstall, auth, then download.  Doesn't matter if I turn off my VPN or not. My personal favorite part here is that after I get this error message, if I open the user menu and select settings, it crashes the app. After that, the downloaded ascm files don't app

Can not download  "error getting license - license server communication problems; E-ADEPT-NO-TOKEN" HELP?

I only have one Kobo reader presently authorized for ADE.  At one time I had two.  For some reason, one unit dropped the authorization, and now I cannot reauthorize.  How many units can I authorize with an Adobe ID?  How can I unauthorize that which I cannot see.  And how can i begin to authorize my second unit. When I attempt to authorize I get an error message stating Limit of number of machines authorized for this ID has been reached

I created an account using a different email address a few years ago and tried to sign in a couple of years later, only to get the message that the account had been deactivated and to contact support. I remember using the chat but not coming to a resolution. The account apparently is linked to an old work email that is defunct, so I cannot access any recovery codes. Are Adobe Digital Editions available free of charge for companies?I would like to know if it is possible to use it free of charge, even if I do not have an Adobe account, which is not a requirement to have purchased it.

Hi,I have been using Adobe Digital Editions on my Mac for about two weeks to read a school textbook I downloaded. I have to restart the program every 10-15 minutes because it eventually gets very slow. Every time I try to highlight a text, make a note or even scroll the page it takes 30 seconds and I get a wait signal. Once I restart it, it begins to function normally again. Any idea why it is being so slow? All of my other applications on my computer work fine and have no issues. Since I have started writing this post ADE is still trying to simply bookmark a page. How do you remove DRM from purchased items as the ADOBE Digital editions reader is SHITE.i have removed and reinstalled the software, changed the library name.Authorized the computer wiht no ID which is pretty pointless when you purchase books  and the first thing the book asks for is an ID!!!Contacted the help desk, referred to the forums for an answer. How do you create a product that causes so many issues??? and has no easily obtainable answers. The easiest way would be to have an overall reset key that only Adobe can administer, yet this is not the case? i have several books that call for an ADOBE ID and i only have 2, so how hard can it be!!!!!! 

 I'm not able to download ADE from the Google Play store for an Android device runing Android 14. I receive a message that states "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android." Are there any plans to update the app so that it will run on devices that are have the newest Android version 14?

I uninstalled ADE and reinstalled it and authorized the phone but I get the message: Unable to download Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED. It seems a lot of people have this problem either on a laptop, computer or other devices. What's up?

I have had Digital Editions for 4 years but recently the pages are blurry and then it suddently quits. 1. I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times.2. I upgraded to iOS 17 with no results.3. I have Digital Editions synced with my laptop so I download from the school library first to my laptop (which works fine with Digital Editions) and then I open Digital editions on my iPad.Any suggestions how to remedy this problem with my iPad?

Hi, i need to give input with spaces in interactive epub, but space is taken as next page in ADE Can you help me to slove this problem. I am using javascript to get inputs from user in epub. Or tell me how to disable space bar shortcut for this type of epub in ADE. Thanks 

I just purchased a book from google and I want to import it to my Adobe Digital Editions library. I downloaded the .acsm file and I authorized my computer using my Adobe ID. when i try to import the file a pop up indicates that the file is  "unable to download" and it says "E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED. i tried to sign in with my google account instead using the google vendor login, but i cannot login because it is telling me that my login information is wrong when i know it is definitely right. I have not downloaded the file to any other computer, and i only have adobe digital editions downloaded on my macbook. I don't know what to do, but i know a bunch of other people have had similar problems. I called the adobe care number and the woman who answered my call was useless. can someone please help me solve this issue. Thank you in advance!   Update: i created a new adobe ID using my gmail account, but that also did not work
