I have authorised my ID on my windows laptop- but when I try to activate on my macbook I get this error: Activation server error - code E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

Quisiera saber si en algún momento los desarrolladores esperan arreglar el Adobe Digital Edition para el iPad, veo en la App Store comentarios de hace más de dos años criticando que aparecen páginas en blanco, que los libros no cargan bien, que aparecen textos borrosos a media letra y es la hora que sigue así. 

I Just purchased a book : Gray's Anatomy for Students, and there isnt a single instante um wich the ebook loads correctly the images. Tablet android Samsung S6 Lite!! Either they are missing ou loaded badly or in low resolution On top of that Adobe digital editions can not run on my Poco X3 Pro either,  made for older version of android Adobe not updating their software!!?  That Is so enfuriating! 😞

I tried to move DRM ebooks onto my new ereader by dragging them across in windows explorer. (I've always done this before). It seems that is no longer an option with DRM, or not an option with these particular books. My solution (after a whole day of fussing, searching, reading, giving up to rest and later going back to the problem, finding hints and ideas all over the place and putting them all together) was to delete the ebooks off the ereader via windows explorer, open ADE on the computer, click on the ebook file on the computer that I wanted so it would open in ADE, click the library link in ADE, ADE asked if I wanted to add the ebook to the library, I said yes, then find the ebook again in the library list in ADE being careful to choose the copy with 'new' on it, then drag it onto my ereader device list in ADE. It still had an entry for the ebook on the device (memory, I could write a song about that) so I chose to replace the ebook on the device (skip was default) and now I can r

Adobe Digital Editions 4,5.1 gives a not responding message when I try to download an e book from the public library

A client is getting his e-books from the Hannover library. On Windows it is not possible to change the page using Adobe Digital Editions. What could be the issue? Adobe Digital Editions: v4.5.12Device: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit (build 19045) We tried to reinstall Adobe Digital Editions but it didn't change anything.The library was not able to help. Thanks for any ideas!

I am unable to authorize anything with my adobe ID. It always claims my username and password is incorrect. I checked my adobe account to make sure my id was correct. I have even reset my password to make sure that I was not misremembering it. Nothing worked. It keeps claiming an incorrect password.I am on IPadOS 

I sell ebooks via the Adobe Digital Editions platform.  However I'm now having customers contacting me saying that when they try to download the ebook link, they get the following error message ... Hmm can't reach this page. It looks like the webpage at XXX might be having issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address ... ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED.  I'm reading that it's because they are using Chrome. Can you please fix this. As I'm sure you can appreciate, I can't just ask every customer who uses a Chrome browser to undertake a detailed process of configuring their computer proxy server or DNS just to download and access my ebooks.

La única solución que he encontrado es que windows esté configurado en español.Soy catalán  y tengo configurado windows en mi idioma y adobe no sabe que hacer y lo instala en inglés.Si pones español como idioma predeterminado en windows automaticamente te aparece digital editions en español.Es el que té ser un pais petit.La ayuda de adobe deja mucho que desear. He perdido mucho tiempo buscando esta solución yno han sido ellos los que me han ayudado.

(I am using a mac) I bought an E-Book from human kinetics for school. I downloaded Adobe Digitals Edits just like the instructions said. If I try to authorize the computer using my Adobe ID I get this error: Incorrect login ID or password for the selected eBook vendor. Please try again. I contacted adobe customer support and got to chat briefly with a person saying that they could not answer my question. So after many hours searching here I have tried a few things but nothing have worked.1. I know my email and password are correct2. My password does not contain any signs other than letters and numbers, which you have to have according to Adobe ID (tried to change it to see if that would work)3. I get the same error both when I start the authorization when the program is opened, and when I try to open the book first.4. As I understand it, to connect my Sony Reader to Adobe Digital Solutions, I must sign in to Sony and to Adobe wih the same User Name and password. BUT Adobe requires an email address for a User Name and Sony requires no special characters.   What to do?   Terry@NZ

I'm not able to download ADE from the Google Play store for an Android device runing Android 13. I receive a message that states "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android." Are there any plans to update the app so that it will run on devices that are have Android version 13 or later? I've lost access to a large library of books because of this.   

I'm trying to authorize my Kobo Glo but when I open Adobe Digital Editions, there is no option to choose the device I want to authorize.  I don't know what i'm doing wrong. 

I'm trying to set up Adobe Digital Editions for my grandmother but when i try to activated an Overdrive id with the program, i keep the Activation Server error code: E_ADEPT_SIGNIN_CONNECTION_EXCEPTION. i've searched for fixes, nothing i can find about the error code. Hallo,ich habe ADE ohne Autorisierung heruntergeladen um meine Unterlagen fürs Fernstudium zu öffnen.Jetzt sind die Dateien gesperrt. Auch nach meiner Autorisierung werden die Dateien nicht mehr freigegeben.was kann ich tun? LG Anna 

J’utilise Adobe Digital Éditions pour emprunter des livres à ma médiathèque (C’est la version 4.5) ; les livres numériques empruntés n’arrivent pas sur mon ordinateur (un macbook air de 2017) et je n’arrive pas à les charger sur ma liseuse (Bookeen muse frontlight).J’avais 2 comptes Adobe, ce qui venait perturber l’application. J’ai donc supprimé un de ces comptes, celui lié à un mail de GMAIL, pour ne garder que celui d’ ORANGE . Mon ADOB ID est donc un mail "....orange.fr". Necesito acceder a mi cuenta de Adobe Digital edition, pero no puedo porque he perdido la contraseña y no puedo restablecerla, porque el e-mail de dicha cuenta ya no lo tengo disponible.

Since updating to Mac OS X 10.15 (Catalina) Adobe Digital Editions will not allow me to open books downloaded from the public library.  Error message insists that the "device is not authorized".  I have followed all the instructions from the ereader manufacturer (Kobo) on "re-setting" the device, de-authorizing and re-authorizing the device and still the same problem.   I factory reset the device and still no solution. I downloaded an older version of ADE version 3.0 and Catalina will not recognize 32-bit apps - only 64-bit apps. Any suggestions from people who have had this same experience since updating to Catalina?

He comprado un libro en Kobo con DRM, lo he añadido a Adobe Digital Editions para poder enviarlo a mi ebook. Descarga bien el libro a partir del fichero .acsm. Aparece como nuevo en la biblioteca pero cuando quiero abrirlo (o enviarlo a mi ebook), al cabo de un buen rato, me da el error : Se han encontrado errores en este elemento [seguido de la ruta al libro] Como puedo solucionar el problema ? no hay más información en el mensaje de error !Ese mismo día, compré otro libro también con DRM y ese lo abre sin problemas, qué puede ser ?

When trying to RETURN (right click, return) a borrowed book to the City Library, this message comes and the book is not returned and the books remain on Adobe.  Does anyone know how to fix this?Error returning item.   License Server Communication Problem.  E_BAD_LOAN_ID

It seems everytime I open Adobe Digital Editions, some ebooks reproduce. When I add some ebooks, again other ebooks reproduce. There are other instances when the books will reproduce, too. Again, how do I fix this bug?

he comprado hace unos dias un ebook "Fundamentos en rehabilitación vestibular". Pero solo puedo leer bien algunas de las páginas, otras están en blanco y otras aparecen menos de la mitad del contenido borroso, ilegible. Cómo puedo solicionar este problema?
