Hola:Ayer compré un libro. Lo descargué como ACSM para PDF y lo puedo abrir desde Adobe Digital Editions, pero no me deja resaltarlo ni crear notas sobre los aspectos que me interesan de la lectura.Sin embargo, tengo otro libro en mi biblioteca comprado varios años atrás, con el cual no me sucede el mismo inconveniente.Debo agregar que tengo una cuenta de Adobe debidamente registrada, la cual opero desde mi ID de proveedor.Quisiera saber qué está sucediendo y qué debo hacer para solucionar este desagradable problema.

Bonjour,Je viens de changer d'ordinateur. Avant j'utilisais la version 3.0 qui fonctionnait très bien. Pour mon nouvel ordinateur je veux installer de nouveau la version 3.0 car la 4.5 ne fonctionne pas. Le hic c'est que l'on ne retrouvre plus la version 3.0. pouvez-vous m'aider,Merci

I saved notes and highlights in the ebook as I read along on my laptop. I did not realize that the ebook was only available on a trial basis, now it notes that the book has "expired" and I can no longer open it. Are my notes retrievable?

hi, for some time now the Digital Editions application on my pc opens and is very slow before viewing the library. I tried reinstalling it, clearing the authorization and re-registering the device, no improvement.

I have tried 6 different cords today and windows will not accept any of them.  How do I get my books from digital editions onto my ereader? Kobo Glo and I am using Digital Editions version 3.0

I had to reinstall ADE after Windows 10 Update (from hell), can only install 4.5.2. Every time, except once, I try to download a book ADE stops responding. Every time I try to open a book, except once, ADE stops responding. I have tried downloading from both the library and Google Play but the same outcome, not responding. No idea why the one book is downloaded after multiple attempts or I can open it, after multiple attempts. What is the problem? Is it 4.5.2 or Windows 10? 4.5.1 worked fine under pre-update Windows 10.

Hello, I currently have Adobe Digital Editions version 4.5, but I'm unable to convert the DRM files to transfer to my Kobo. I get the ebook on my kobo but it still says it doesn't have the required authorization. I've talked to a Kobo agent and tried all suggestions besides downloading 3.0. Where can I find a safe .exe file for 3.0? Thanks in advance

The error message is W_ADEPT_CORE_LOAN_NOT_ON_RECORD I transferred a book from Adobe Digital Editions to DIVA. Thank you for your advice. Best Regards, Caroline

How to protect ebooks ana audiobooks ?

Having issues connecting to Borrowbox.  Have reverted to ADE v 4.0 . Issue with Activation so de authorised computer. When try to re authorise get error message -E_STREAM_ERROR:winner returned 0:(0)This is both with and without Adibe IDAny suggestions? Thanks

I have a very complicated issue relating to the “E_ACT_NOT_READY” error message. I am trying to download ebooks via Overdrive, open them in ADE, and then put them onto my Kobo. Unfortunately, it seems that I can’t fix this error without deauthorizing first my account on ADE and then reauthorizing it.When I set up my Adobe account I used a university email, which is now no longer active. I therefore can’t check any verification emails sent to me by Adobe. I do remember the password I used to set up the Adobe account with this university email, and I can login to the Adobe website just fine but for some reason when I try to deauthorize the university email on ADE using the exact same password it doesn’t work and tells me to try again later.I set up a new account to use for Adobe (this one), but I can’t authorize this one on ADE until I deauthorize the other one. I have also tried deleting ADE entirely and redownloading it, but my old authorized email still shows up.I chatted with Adobe t

I read a lot of books on my Kobo.  If I purchase books from Kobo I do not have a problem.  But EVERY time I borrow a book from the library and I download it to Digital Editions I get this message:Your e reader is not authorised to open this book.This book is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management. You need to reauthorise your ereader with your Adobe ID using Adobe Digital Editions.When I do this, it still does not always work and the same message appears.  I can do it several times and then it is only by luck that it works.  If I do reauthorise for a new book, then I have to download all the other books that I have previously borrowed.  This is hopeless.  It should not be occurring every time I try to borrow a book.  It takes hours to try and fix and it doesn't always work.  Really bad software. 

Hola, compré un eboock y lo descargué en la aplicación Digital Editions para apple (iphone 8), lo descargué pero las paginas se ven borrosas, solo algunas aparecen completas, no puedo leerlo, lo descargué en mi pc (windows) y si lo puedo leer. 

Hello ereyone. Before I had ADE en worked well. Now I just installed ADE on my new computer. I see all my books on the shelve, so that is allright. But when i am opening a I can't turn the pages. It looks like the books are crashing. 

I am moving ISP and so lose access to the old email address that I use to login to Adobe.com. How to ensure that I can still read the ADE secured ebooks that I bought and transferred to my Kobo e-reader previously.  I am afraid of changing my primary email address on my Adobe ID account. Some older posts suggest that eBooks are licensed to an email address rather than to an account. And so I would lose some access. What is the best cause of action:adobe idemail at eBook storeemail on e-reader 

Hello , i bought a book from utorontopress and it shows that i have purchased the book on the utoronto website but when i click on the download button nothing happens , it doesn't launch anywhere, i don't see it in my downloads on chrome . I don't know what to do , please help me launch it on ADE.

Ein gekauftes Buch (ohne DRM) wird weder richtig gezeigt, noch geöffnet.Meldung: "In dem Medium wurden Fehler gefunden."Auf dem Smartphone Adobe Dgital Editions Version 4.5.11.187425 läuft es einwandwandfrei.Das ist bereits mit mehreren Büchern passiert.Neuinstallation hat nicht geholfen.

Will alte Installation von Digital Edition samt Autorisierung löschen, kenne aber das damals benutzte Passwort nicht, Alles andere von meinem AdobeKonto ist i.O. und die neu installierte Autorisierung auf dem eReader funktioniert perfekt.

I keep trying to open 3 ASCM files that I purchased and downloaded from Google Play Books with adobe digital edition. the problem is that I keep getting an authorization error. now before you ask Whenever I click the help tab and try to authorize the computer. The option is faded. when I try to erase authorization to re-authorize it says unable to Erase authorization. Please try after sometime. I've checked to make sure what I'm putting in for the username and password is correct. I just signed in to the main website of Adobe with it. When I remove digital editions and re-download it there's no boxes where I have to sign in and authorize it seems to do it automatically. Whatever is wrong seems to render these books unreadable. Please help because what I'm searching online to rectify the problem seems to hang on the fact that you can go to that help tab and re-authorize Digital editions. I have digital editions v3.0 and when i try to authorize it it appears this message:  This equipment is authorized without ID,  When i tried to downoald a .ASCM file it appears ERROR ACTIVATION PRODUCT.  I already try to enter with my Adobe ID but it appears this message:  Im getting crazy..............Please help

Hello everyone,I bought several eBooks in epub format over the years, I read them on my Kob eBook reader, which just recently broke down permanently. While waiting to be able to buy a new one, I installed on my Android smartphone a specific application for reading epub eBooks. I tried to move a file from my "Adobe Digital Edition" library, to try to read it on my smartphone, but I get a warning that the file is protected and I cannot read it. Being the owner of the file, purchased regularly, how can I overcome the problem, always in an absolutely legal way?Thanks any contribution will be appreciated.regardsIgnazio

I have tried to use this product on a brand new iPad worth 3 (expensive) books and it simply doesn't work.  Pages are missing, faded or over-exposed to be unreadable or garbled.
