Digital Editions

Bonjour, j'emprunte sur la platforme "Lirtuel" de la Communauté Walonne. je viens d'emprunter un livre mais je n'arrive pas à le télécharger. à chaque fois il y a le message "Impossible de récupérer le document de licence". le service d'aide de Lirtuel répond que c'est un bug récurrent de ADE. ça viendrait du fait qu'ADE essaye de synchroniser (?). il m'a conseillé de désactiver cette option dans ADE. mais apparament ça ne résoud pas le problème. je n'arrive toujours pas à télécharger. y a t'il une solution? merci et bien à vous. I recently bought an epub book from Kobo (Buddhist Scriptures - Penguin).  When I tried to download it, I got this message:Error getting licenseServer communication problem: E_ADEPT_USER_AUTHI contacted Kobo customer service.  They tried downloading it and got the same error, so they concluded the problem was with the "ADE server" and directed me to Adobe.  So who is responsible for this and how do I get it fixed?

right now I face a problem, I want to transfer the book which I bought from old phone to new phone, but as I login, I couldn't find the book, last year I did the same with my iPad, there hasn't problem, so I don't know what happened, and what can I do, my account is: alinazhou@hotmail.com. Hola gente, este digital editions es una gran vaina, pido asistencia en chat y se lavan las manos, y me mandan a este foro, la duda es simple he comprado libros digitales y me pide id de adobe para leerlos, le pongo tal cual mi correo electronico y mi contraseña y sale durante 30 dias lo mismoes una verdadera desesperacion no poder leer mis libros y tener que luchar con tanto problema, indicar que nadie me da solucion o me manda un numero o ID solo me dicen es su correo, aja y por que sale ese letrero rojo!!!!, y estoy en un bucle sin salida, si alguien puede ayudarme pf

60 times I tried to authorize my computer through digital edition 4.5,  but useless to do cannot be authorized   ?  

I tried many times to authorize my dgital edition which I use it sometimes to read borrowing books from the internet archive, but I see it is impossible to authorize.  I allowed both adobe 10 and digital edition in Firewall, but no benfit I got

Bonjour,Hier soir, j'ai voulu transférer des ebooks obtenus via Netgalley sur ma liseuse Vivlio. J'ai cliqué sur Copier sur ordinateur/périphérique -> Vivlio. ADE s'est fermé instantanement sans message d'erreur. C'est pareil quand je tente de lire ces livres sur ADE. J'ai téléchargé deux fois le fichier acsm sur deux ordinateurs différents, en utilisant la même autorisation, est-ce que le problème vient de là ?Merci pour votre aide

Hello If I try to open an ACSM file I get this errormessage :E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12I already tried all the 'solutions' I read in this community, none of them work (I get different errormessages, like 'cannot remove autorisation, try again later')Please, can anyone help me ??

I just purchased an e-book requiring Adobe Digital Editions (the new DSM-5 TR).   The authorization process went ok.  The book pages appear as one or two narrow columns on my monitor, each occupying about 15% of the width of my screen.  At a comfortable text size, this means that each column is about 6 words across.  Most of my large monitor screen is blank (just a mass of white).  This is not affected by changing magnification or text size.  The PDF view menu is greyed out, so it's not letting me choose to "fit width" etc.   I would like to be able to read this e-book as I would any other PDF or Kindle book etc. , by having each page occupy 50-100% of the width of the screen.   Please let me know if this can be fixed! Thanks a lot!  

ADE shows that my Adobe Account is authorized.  My Kobo EReader settings shows my Adobe Account is authorized.  EReader shows library book content being downloaded to EReader however they wont' open and an error messages states it is due to lack of authorization.  Not sure what the issue is as I have used EReaders for years and never had a problem.  This is a new computer and new ADE download.

I was able to read books borrowed from Public Library until 2 days ago.  Borrowed 2 days ago and I am getting a message that "Your eReader is not authorized to open this book" and says I need to re-import the book.  Have tried multiple times, tried to de-authorize and authorize device and did the same thing with ADE, and nothing is helping.  How do I fix this?

I am trying to access an ascm file and I'm getting the error message... Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_ACT_NOT_READYI have tried to erase the computer authorisation but it just says that it is unable to erase authorisation and to try again after some time.  I have cleared my history, uninstalled and reinstalled ADE and changed my password but still nothing.  The file has come from a reputable source so I know it's ok.  I have tried the ADE chat but they simply pointed me here.  I'm aware that others have had this problem, has anyone found a solution?  TIA.

I have connected and authorized my laptop to Adobe Digital Editions. However within Adobe Digital Editions I see no button to authorize my Kobo e-reader. I was able to get an e-book from the laptop to the Kobo e-reader but it won't open because it is not authorized.What can I do?Thank you.

Boa note, tenho mesmo problema já citado anteriormente. Windows 10 adobe digital editions não navega, não avança e não retrocede páginas pela barra de rolagem. Se tiverem alguma solução. Obrigado.  

I bouhgt a e-book that is support for Adobe Digital Edition, but I want to read it in my Kindle. How can I do that? 

I received the message TOO MANY ACTIVATIOn on digital edition even if I use only one computer and one ebook. The solution that adobe give on the hep page is to contact adobe to have a reset BUT when you try to contact adobe to have a reset , they tel you that they can't help because it's an issue about digital edition. I had that problem MANY times and waist MANY HOURS trying to make representent of adobe understand that adobe help page say to contact them. There's REALLY A BIG PROBLEM in  the consumer service of Adobe Edition, the worst one I ever see. Conclusion? I have a ebook but I'm not able to use it!! 

Guys, please, could you troubleshoot it. It seems insane. I am studying in a leading university in the UK, and the literature, borrowed from the library, can only be read through Adobe Digital Editions. One cannot read tons of literature turning books line by line. It is such a disappointing waste of time and energy. What is most disappointing, it has been like this for years, as I can track from the posts. Thanks!

Ik probeer mijn nieuwe laptop te autoriseren voor Adobe Digital Editions. Op mijn oude laptop heb ik de autorisatie al verwijderd. Toch krijg ik op mijn nieuwe laptop de melding: "U kunt de computer uitsluitend autoriseren met een Adobe-ID die nog niet is gebruikt voor de autorisatie van een computer of mobiel apparaat. Probeer het opnieuw." Wat houdt dit in? Wat moet ik doen om ADE toch te kunnen gebruiken op mijn nieuwe laptop?
