Download & Install

Just re-downloaded Creative Suite 6 Design Standard to install on same iMac I had it on previously (had to erase the HD and reinstall Mac OS so I have to now reinstall my Adobe software). I opened Photoshop and am being asked connect to the internet for 'Serial Number Validation'. I AM connected to the internet but it keeps giving me the message: 'Please connect to the internet and retry. BUT I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!! I'm stumped as to how to get around this!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Since November 2016, i have installed on my Win10 laptop, two CC 2017 trials: Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017. I haven't used them for a long time and now i can't uninstall them. When i go to Programs & Features menu and select Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017 to uninstall, an error appears, saying: "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\HD Core\Uninstaller.exe'". So, i can't uninstall it.Inside Programs & Features menu, i see only Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017. Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 isn't listed there. On the other hand, both programs are listed inside Start menu.I downloaded the CC desktop app and it didn't recognize any installed CC apps. Then, i uninstalled it.I used Adobe CC Cleaner Tool, selecting the 4th option (CC Apps), but CC Cleaner tool didn't give me Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017 in the list of apps to clean up. Also, inside C:\Program Files\Ado

Hi, i just downloaded the Adobe full package and when I try to downlaod it, i put it in the password and nothing works, ive tried changing my password multiple times and nothing works. ive tried doing it through my facebook or through my google account and neither work?? i don't understand why i cannot download it and why its not letting me put the passwords in.   thanks in Advance

Hi,My Adobe premium trial  is expiring today and the payment has got taken already. I've just cancelled my subsription in Apple subsciptions ( my Adobe account recommended me to do that) because at the moment I don't really use it on my device( as I have another device for work with Adobe) and I'm just wondering if the payment will get refunded automatically or if I have to do something else? I am still in that 14 days cancellation period. Unfortunately I couldn't send a message in the chat for some reason, it only gave me the done option not the send so eventually the message couldn't be sent. Manh thanks in advance!

When I downloaded my free 7 day trail and exited within an hour, I logged back in and said that my trail ended, I know law, that's a definite error. How can I fix this?

I bought a new PC this week and I downloaded and installed my existing purchased Lightroom 5 by registering on account/adobe.com/products and I think getting a serial number. It worked and I had Lightroom installed. Yesterday, I got a new, larger SSD and installed that with a fresh install of Windows, then I wiped the drive with Lightroom on it. (oops...) Now, when I go to download the Lightroom installer, its says, for Windows and for Mac, that the installer is no longer available. So I can't download the software installer even though I did exactly that two days ago.  How might I be able to download the installer??

Hi there, I have purchased and registered a copy of the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection,which contains Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and all the CS6 software released. I have attempted to install on my PC using the "products" link which shows my serial and gives a few download options:https://account.adobe.com/products I have downloaded all the files and found one that accepted/validated my serial number, however it does not allow me to download all the software giving a greyed out box and a exclamation mark error saying "Not available for the selected language" I can't understand why it is so difficult to just obtain the install files. It's not as though I don't have the serial or haven't validated the software so why is it so restrictive to obtain all the software for download and install? Please provide a valid way of re-downloading... I have the original box and cd's however no computer comes with a cd-drive these days so there has to be an easy way

Die Suche nach "Synchronisationskomponente" führt ins Leere: für den Begriff gibt es bei Adobe keinen Fund. Als Ergebnis wird mir "Wie kann ich Fehler 131 für die Creative Cloud-Desktop-Applikation beheben?" empfohlen: Den Fehler 131 "behebe" ich dann, aber der Erfolg für 306 ist gleich null.Die Anzeige ist wie folgt: "Neue Updates / Photoshop v 23.3.2 / Updatefehler / Wiederholen" usw. bei allen anderen Programmen gleichlautend. Here is my problem. I have Adobe Production Premium CS5.5 registered under my account, and would like to swap the platform from Mac to Windows.  After contacting Adobe helpdesk, it turns out only newest version (CS6) can be swapped. Ironically, Adobe stopped selling upgrades to CS6, so I'm stuck with CS5.5 Mac which can't be either upgraded or swapped to Windows.  Is there any solution for my case (except CC)?

Hi all. goo day.I wonder if anyone feels the same about using a software that keeps changing and being updated every single week, making you stay at times for hours behind a normal connection updating constantly what seems never to be finished.I just cannot mention how much this process stops me from doing anything productive unless I decide to stop updating which in turn at times make the software stop working.Is there a finished version of Creative Studio which do not run on the cloud or how about you guys start deducting from the cost of the subscriptuion our costs associated with huige data usage and our productive working hours ? Any formal position highly welcome...Cheers,

Résultat, je ne peux ni accéder au lien pour essayer le produit, ni annuler la demande d'essai gratuit. Bonjour, Je suis sur PC avec 2 disques dur. Un ssd et un méca. Lorsque j'ai installé créatif cloud sur le SSD je ne sais pas pourquoi un dossier TEMP était existant sur le disque mécanique. Résultat, le disque mécanique est hs et plus rien ne fonctionne. J'ai donc essayé de désinstaller, ça n'a pas fonctionner j'ai donc utilisé creatifcloudcleaner.  Maintenant quand je souhaites réinstaller créatif cloud, adobe installer se lance dans le gestionnaire des taches mais rien ne se passe. Idem quand je souhaites installer d'autres logiciel adobe.Avez-vous une solution autres que de reinstaller mon windows ? Merci.

After having two Adobe support technicians spend 2 hours each on two different days they finally elevated me to some overseas upper tier support (who called me from a "10000000" number which my phone blocks. In any event, I am on a newer mac running 10.12.4. I have started, out of the blue, having issues with Adobe CC updating and installing. It hangs on 43% most of the time unless itis Adobe Acrobat which tells me I have a previous "higher" version installed and cannot install. Which I do not have another version. A finales de 2021 tenía la ultima versión de indesign compatible pero lo desinstalé porque no lo usaba.Ahora lo necesito de nuevo y ya no encuentro esa versión de ID, estoy trabajando con CS6 pero va muy lento y falla bastante. Dónde puedo conseguir versiones de ID compatiles con mi so?
