I have Adobe Elements 2020 and am looking at now going to Premiere Elements 2022. I am running OSX 10.14 Mohave on my mac. I see in the 2022 specs that you need to have mac OSX 10.15 or 10.11. So does this mean that version 2022 will not run with OSX 10.14. If not, what is the last version of premiere elements that will run with 10.14 and can this still be purchased and downloaded

I have my mac Mini with an external HD attached via Thunderbolt. I use to have two different OS, one in the internal HD and one on the external (eg Catalina and Big Sur). Will installing LR on both OS  be considered as two computers? I also need to use LR and PS on my MacBook Pro.Thanks for your input.

I accidentally purchased Premiere Elements for my new PC in a Mac OS, Windows, Apple iOS format. Is there any way to load this onto my PC?

We have a volume license for Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard purchased a in 2013. The product was successfully installed on a MS Windows PC and activated.Due to some hardware problems on that PC, the Windows installation was restored on new hardware. Afterwards, when Adobe Acrobat was started for the first time, it complained about the activation of the software. The user entered licensing information in Adobe Acrobat and it continued to work fine.Later on, the Windows installation was moved back to the original PC. The user ten realised that Adobe Acrobat was complaining again about the activation while other applications from the Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, ...) worked fine.In January this year Adobe CS was deactivated and uninstalled from that PC and installed again. After activation procedure the software reported it was still in trial mode but for next 32767 days - see screenshot1.png in the attachment.The user continued to use the software successfully in trial

HiIn windows 10, when using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I get this situation:User opens a doc and instead of his account icon, sees the icon as no user has sign in. You click there and see the account info (email, name...) if you click sign out, Acrobat Crashes. If in the document you try to do modifications, adobe crashes. It looks as if the program wanted to prompt the user to enter credentials but was unable to display anything. All adobe products will mostly do the same (Creative Cloud, etc)Also, when I try to reach URLs as account.adobe.com or auth.adobe the issue is the same. I get a never ending circle, no redirections happens and I'm unable to sigh in or log out. Nothing is displayed but the circle. In the dev area all I can see suspicious is Http error: status code 403The situation is the same trying different windows accounts, uninstalling everything and installing back.Setting new conection parameters, disabling Antivirus, adding addresses to the whitelist, etc didnt help

I was previously signed in to adobe creative cloud through my schools subscription. However, that email account has been deleted. I have since purchased a new subscription, and have tried signing in, however every time creative cloud is opened I get a message saying I've been signed out, with a choice to sign in. When I push the sign in button, it loads for a second and then the same message appears, without giving me a chance to even attempt to sign in. I have uninstalled Lightroom and Photoshop, I've uninstalled the Creative Cloud, I've deleted the OOBE files, I've restarted my computer. I have tried contacting ADOBE customer care but was told that phone care wasn't available. I have literally done everything I can think of. Im using the newest version of windows. Please Help. 

I keep getting charged by Adobe, and I have no idea which email is connected to it. 

I purchased A new computer, and want to add my photoshop, and premere elements 14 there also ( I believe I can install it on 2 machines) If not how do I move it from my old computer to the new one?

I purchased "Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 & Adobe Premiere Elements 12" in 2013 for my Windows based Notebook computer, Then, in 2017 I purchased a iMac, I decided to install this Photoshop elements & premiere elements on my Mac today and it won't install, it says "Install.app” needs to be updated"and I need to contact the developer.Would you have a solution for that.

Hi I purchased a CD version of Photoshop Elements 14, and hitting a wall since the installation program tries to install the program in my CD drive, and the location cannot be changed. I've done restart multiple times. I tried installing Adobe Application Manager but that manager doesn't seem to be working either.I'm running Windows 10.Appreciate any input.  Thank you in advance.

I need to reinstall adobe .... I would like to download to my new computer but I still want to put it on anohter computer also.  I completely lost my old computer and hard drive.  I'm concerned adobe will think I'm downloading for a second adn third time when, in fact, I'm not. How do I proceed?  I know to download but how will adobe know I want two downloads (two computers) with ONE replacing the crapped out hard drive where I no longer have the original adobe I downloaded?

Alright information first:I just bought a Dell XPS 15 (9510) new. Has i9 processor, came with Windows 10 pro with free update to 11 pro. If more spec or hardware information is helpful I can supply that. This thing is brand new from Dell and I've had it for 3 days. I tried installing Adobe CC App. While still using running Win. 10 and it failed—received "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud".  I then upgraded to Windows 11 and tried again to receive the same error unfortunately. Now I've tried everything that has been suggested on this forum in related threads. Used both the CC uninstall application as well as the CC cleaner tool. I have restarted, shutdown, uninstalled, removed all adobe related files, disabled firewall in every order on both my main account and the hidden admin account that I enabled. On reboot Adobe CC attempts to download 'cc.png' from 'connect.ffc.adobeoobe.com'. I've been pressing cancel hoping an update would fix the issue but no luck so far. There is another thread with the same issue but that was marked 'solved' when it was clearly not solved.

I am trying to convert a web image of low resolution to a jpeg that I can use to print on a post card.  What is the best product or application to use to modify it? Is there a recommended procedure?  Can the Adobe products that I have access to with Adobe Cloud help me or do I buy an application for that?  Help!
