I took out a subscription to the photography package last month - it was the annual subscription, paid monthly via PayPal. Everything looks as it should on my account, with it saying the next payment will be taken on the 5th January, but over the last week every time I open photoshop I get a pop up saying my subscription is due to expire in however many days, with the various plans I can choose from to renew. How do I fix this? Or is this something that will go away on the 5th?  

I have an Educational Volume License for CS3. I just updated my teaching computer which had to be manually migrated, so I reinstalled CS3. No problem; I have what I thought is the Serial number. But the StartUp page asks for a 6-digit code; mine is 24-digits long. The Adobe Help Chat told me my number is correct, but that they no longer support CS3. I still teach this older version.... any suggestions on how to translate my existing code for the new code they require?I purchased the whole thing when I was a new teacher 10+ years ago... through Gov Connection. I don't think I registered it.  But someone at Adobe should be able to tell me my number, right?

Installing CC and has come up with a problem - error message 214, what is this?

Auf Grund eines Rechnerwechsel musste ich meine Design Standard CS6 vom meinen Adobe Konto zur Neuinstallation runterladen. Es kamen bei den Apps von Adobe auf der 2. alten, migrierten Platte Fehlermeldung und die Aufforderung CS 6 neu zu installieren.  Ich  habe meinen neuen Rechner  (2019) wegen alter Programme auf Mojave aufgesetzt. Leider kommen bei der Installation von CS 65 Fehelermeldungen, es fehlt der Adobe Support Advisor. Auch der Start von der dmg Datei aus dem Paketinhalt geht nicht.Fehler unsurpportet comperessor 8Adobe kann/will leider nicht mehr helfen.Hat jemand Erfahrung mit dem Problem und eine Lösung die nicht CC im Abo heist?

I need help, Yesterday i deleted My PS 2020 cause it wasnt working correct. But now i cant Download the 2020 Version anymore for my MacBook. And the 2021 Version isnt kompatible for my old MacBook. How do i her the 2020 Version?Thanks a lot.

My MAC is operating using version 10.13.6 High Sierra. I'm afraid to upgrade to the next level because I've read there were issues with Photoshop and Illustrator. Any advice?

Hallo, die Online-Aktivierung für diese älteren Programm-Versionen funktioniert nicht mehr, da sie vom Apple-Support nicht mehr bereitgestellt, unterstützt wird. Weiß jemand, was man da machen kann? Litzenz/Sign i und Betriebssystem sind ok.Wäre super wenn mir jemand helfen kann. 

Hallo, ich wollte gerade ein altes CS 6 aktivieren, das Installionsprogramm meldet jedoch, dass ich die höchstzulässige Zahl an Geräten überschritten habe.  In meinem Account ist jedoch kein Gerät aktiviert, also kann ich auch keins deaktivieren.PCs, auf denen das CS6 mal installiert war, existieren schon lange nicht mehr. Einen Adeobe Support hierzu find eich nicht, Telefonnummer auch nicht. Was kann ich machen, wer kann helfen?Vielen Dank!

Beim Versuch, CS6 neu zu installieren, bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung: "Installer konnte nicht initialisiert werden. Möglicherweise fehlt eine Datei. Laden Sie Adobe Support Advisor herunter, um das Problem zu identifizieren." Den gibt es aber leider nicht mehr.Was kann ich tun? 

I purchased CS4 Design Premium. My computer (that I would like to re-install the Windows 10 and CS4 Design Premium on) does not have internet access. Could I use offline activation for that?  Thanks.   

Hey guys,everytime i want to install Photoshop or other programs from Adobe Creative Cloud i get the Error 113: Cant reach the Adobe Server. How can i fix this problem? I already tried deactivating my Antivirus and Firewall and it didnt work.  

How to I go about moving my PS Elements and Premier Elements to my new iMac? Both are currently installed only on my PC. When I try to download from my account list of products on the iMac it won't, apparently because it is a Windows license? Online chat said -- can't be done, buy a new product. Is that correct?

Hello,I wanted to download Creative Cloud on my desktop in order to dl others apps and use them on my computer. But every time, at the end of the installing process, Creative Cloud doesn't open (the charging wheel keeps spinning for a while) and then shows the message "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp." I tried every solutions that different topics offered, including posts here.Delete and re install the app (the normal way, then the adobe uninstaller way, the adobe cleaner tool...etc) without forgetting to reboot my computer each time or running it with my administrator account.I also tried to put the firewalls off, dl the last version of everything (the app, my os...etc), change the place where the files are first registered. Hi all, Somehow, "Flash Player 11 ActiveX" (version 11.3.300.268) has gotten installed on my brand new Samsung Galaxy Book Pro.  No idea how it got here -- I did install Adobe Acrobat DC and both are showing the same install date so... maybe?  Regardless, I'm trying to unsintall Flash but am receiving a Windows error: "This app has been blocked for your protection" and references an unintaller msi -- 9b72721.msi The modal/dialog is coming from "User Account Control" and, yes, I do have admin rights. How can I get rid of this -- I do not want Flash on this PC. Thanks!!

Hi, I have a licensed version of CS5. I'm thinking of trying Creative Cloud but want to retain the CS5 that I have installed on my PC. How can I prevent Creative Cloud from overiding CS5 during installation, i.e. not affect CS5? Is there a step that I need to take during the installation of Creative Cloud? Basically, I want to have access to both CS5 and Creative at the same time, and in the event that I cancel Creative Cloud, be able to still use CS5. Thanks in advance for any advice!

For MONTHS now my apps will not update on Windows 11. This is getting rediculous. To update my apps, I have to run the Adobe Cleaner, remove everything, and reinstall again. After a week or so, the updates fail AGAIN! What is the solution? Windows 11 has been out long enough for this not to be an issue. I also have a Mac, and the updates happen without fail. I'm paying good money every month for the full Adobe Suite, plus Stock Photos, and I am getting very frustrated with this issue.

HiIt seems I now need to download CC2015 in order to access images taken originally on that platform - but how do I now access CC2015? The direct helpline has not helped me solve this, so if anybody or a Product Specialist can advise I'd be grateful. Brian

It's time to upgrade my Windows laptop. Last one I bought a laptop, I bollixed myself up by not understanding GPU needs, so I'm stopping by here in search of advice. Because I regularly take work home (including light editing in Premiere & AE), my employer is making a contribution in the form of memory upgrade - so I'm shopping for a machine shipping w minimal RAM & SSD, and will reinstall both after the first of the year. I prefer a 2-in-1 that I can normally use docked on my desk w/ KVM. Could consider a docked laptop. I'm looking at Win Surface Pro 8 but can't find documentation of its video processing.

I am running the Creative Cloud photography package (Photoshop, Lightroom) on macOS, and am at my wit's end trying to get the CC desktop application to update properly each time a new version of the software is released.  I have been running CC in macOS Mojave, and had the same problems repeatedly, and have gone through many chat sessions with the Adobe tech support team (non-English speakers, working from a script, rather than really interacting with me).  Those chat sessions always went through the same drill:Turn off antivirus software (done.  I have Kaspersky Internet Security)Make sure the SOCKS proxy is unchecked (done)Completely remove all adobe applications.  (done.  This is a tedious process which involves killing a bunch of processes and deleting a lot of library files, as well as anything in the Applications folder that has "Adobe" in it.Download and run an installer, which puts CC and my Adobe apps back onto my computerMaddeningly, after doing that

I am using Photoshop 23.1 version. Recently many times it crashed / froze and I realised this is happening after using Selection tool options such as Object Selection Tool or Quick Selection Tool. I uninstalled and reloaded the software but the problem persists.Any solution for this?
