Download & Install

I mistakenly uninstalled my older version of After Effects. I believe it was 11.1.4. I'd like to reinstall it and open some of my 2017 project files. This systems hardware is also old and I don't think it could quite run the newer versions. However, when I look unster 'older versions' in the creative cloud app, I can't find the version I'm looking for. Can anyone help?

I tried launching my Illustrator and it asks to sign in. When I click on Sign In it tells me I'm not connected to the internet, which I am, so I click on contact customer support. It takes me to a web page that says "The Adobe software you're attempting to install is not genuine." which it is. I called customer care and they tell me to come here to the support community to get the issue resolved. Any ideas?

Photoshop windows task bar at the top is not displaying ie file . View etc.  

Hello, I just got my iMac m1. But I can't install the Adobe programs on my computer without installing Rosetta. It keeps popping up, even with Spotify it says i have to install Rosetta. My collegae also has the same iMac, and he didn't have any problems with installing Adobe on Big Surr 11.5.2. Can somebody please help me? I also have Big Surr 11.5.2.   Thanks! 

How do access my account. I dont know my password for my Adobe account. Is there a way you cna help me retain my username and my password? 

I'm trying to download CS4, but my Login is not recognized as the owner of my CS4 License, when I go to https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html How do I get the account to recognize me as the owner?  I have the license ID.I would like to move my CS4 Installation to my newer computer (iMac) running Mac OS Mojave (where it worked fine on the older computer). Thanks for any help.

The files linked there are outdated and will not help you if you need to update to the latest version. If you have a more recent version, they will actually downgrade your apps without any warning that they're doing it. From what I gather, this is not ProDesignTools' fault--Adobe has not made current versions available for direct download.

Whenever I tried to open the desktop version of Creative Cloud on my macbook it put me in the "You have been signed out" loop, I was very pissed and bummed about it. After getting in contact with an Adobe chatter and telling him my problem he asked if he could remote control my machine. He fixed it in a couple of minutes and now everything is working properly. Moral of this story: GET IN CONTACT WITH ADOBE AND LET THEM REMOTE ACCES YOUR MACHINE! Hope my story helpes the people that have the same problem. 

Why is Dreamweaver CS4 now failing with error 147:1 after a year of use on this machine? This is not a new install, nothing changed. It worked fine yesterday, and I've made no changes to the computer - did not even shut it down since the last time I used Dreamweaver. After a hard drive crash, we had to install a new one and reinstall cs6. After typing in the serial number there was the message (see "screenshot_1" attached.:"Activation failed. Creative Suite 6 Design Standard cannot be activated. Product must be activated for use.To activate the product you need a working internet connection. Check the connection settings and select repeat."The internet connection is working! - I have checked the clock settings. hello there!i am trying to install photoshop 2020  after finished installing its cant open its forcely closed by itself can anybody guide me with this thank you

So I have a perpetual liscence (for CS6 Design & Web Premium) that I bought back in 2013 for my Mac at the time. I would like to download this onto my current PC since I no longer use my old Mac. Adobe Support gave me the download links so I could install the software. After inputting my serial number, there is an error that pops up stating that the serial number is not valid. Is there anything that can be done?

I bought adobe creative cloud and yet the apps in it say, free 7 day trial.. Can someone inform me on this? Why does it say free trial if I purchased it all in cloud? 

I installed a larger SSD on a 2017 iMac (which had a built-in SSD previously).  So the new external drive is larger, but not quite as fast as the old internal one, and the CC applications are slower than before.  I see the option to change the default install location in CC, but changing that doesn't MOVE my existing apps to the internal drive.  My worry is that what I have to do is uninstall and reinstall the apps to get them to the new location, and I worry that if I did that, it would reset all my customizations etc.  Any advice on what to do?  Can I simply drag the app out of the external drive's applications folder into the internal drive and go from there?  Or is this more complicated than that?  Thanks! 

An update of Photoshop failed, as does an install, both with Error Code 403.I have followed the help directives to check Creative Cloud product install logs, and do not have any ERROR or FATAL code that would stop an install.I have created and sent a log file, and await response, but why has Adobe made in so hard to reinstall Photoshop for customers, forcing us to use Creactive Cloud when there's an issue, and how long are we expected to wait for resolution as paying customers? Is there anywhere we can seek quicker response, from Adobe itself?Kev. 

Hello,when I need to reinstall Lightroom on my Windows system, for example after upgrading the HDD or reinstalling Windows, there is NO option to avoiding a complete re-download of all local copies of my photos - even though they are already present on a data drive. I am NOT asking how to turn off keeping local copies - I keep local copies so I can backup my files (as I would expect 90-100% of all photographers semi-serious and above do). The issue is that it is currently impossible to re-install Lightroom, and point the new install towards the storage drive of the local copies. If you do, it just creates a parallel folder (with the new cryptic hash for the new install), and starts downloading (not copying or moving from the existing local copies) ALL copies of files held online. It is pretty straight forward to compare hashes of local copies to the hashes of the cloud storage photos, and worst-case move the local copies to the new folder. Is it possible to buy the disc of PSE 2021 and install it on my computer in the Philippines, since I cannot digitally download it (note says the digital download is only available to US residents)? Have used PSe for the longest time, always bought it online and downloaded it from Adobe, but now this... If I buy the annual subscription for Illustrator, can I use it on more than one computer/laptop? If so, how many? 

I use Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop constantly. In the past few weeks I haven't been able to open any of those programs or creative cloud. I have tried everything, and at this  point I cant even uninstall or reinstall the programs. Whenever I open a program, the inital loading screen pops up, but then nothing happens. Nothing appears in task manager either, and I don't know what to do.

Since 2013, I've Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium, but I thought to convert my CS6 to CC, so I can have all my files and work on it from my laptop and my PC. I'm hesitating to convert my CS6 license to CC and being stuck with a subscription. I don't really want to pay again for a license who'll last a month or so instead of my license that I've and I just needed to buy it one time without subscription. Also, I'm afraid that if I convert it, I'll loose my CS6 license and I don't really want to if it means that I'll be stuck with a subscription.
