Download & Install

I bought PhotoShop in 2018.  My computer crashed this year and deleted my files.  When I bought it in 2018 I was told I owned the file - I did not need a disc to prove it or have a disc sent to me.  I tried to get it straightened out online by reloading 2018 but instead they gave me a "trial" and now I have 2021 on my computer, which I neither want or need.  I am 74 years old and just play with PhotoShop occasionally, but it's nice to touch up photos of grandchildren, flowers and an occasional animal I see when hiking. Oh, and I also raise feral kittens and post photos of them on Facebook.  That's the extent of my interest, and it is crazy to delete my 2018 program when you can get into my computer.  Trying to find this customer service link was virtually impossible. Dear friends, On my mac with Catalina 10.15.7 I have installed long time ago Photoshop CS6. Now I am using Photoshop 2021 online.The issue since Catalina 10.15.7 upgrade my Mac stop getting connected to the internet but only through wi-fi. It was suggetsted to me to uninstall all older versions of Adobe software including Photoshop CS6, bridge etc.Can you please help me to uninstall all oder versions of Photoshop from my Mac running Catalina 10.15.7 ? Many thanks

Recently very often when starting Windows I get error/warning message saying that some file cannot be found or is corrupted and I need to download creative cloud anew. This is getting very annoying. Please advise what can I do apart from downloading Adobe Creative Cloud every time anew. Thanks.

1. Open Creative Cloud on my laptop (win 10)2. Screen with "Signed out...-> sign in"3. click on "sign in"4. for a short moment the "sign in" screen appears 5. after that a white screen with "loading Creative Cloud" 6. after some time -> same as 2=> repeat forever (as I'm writing this, sometimes no 5. is "unable to reach Adobe servers" and when I click on "retry" the "Signed out" message appears again) I reinstalled it a few times but its always the same :c(bought it like a week ago)

My question is that is adobe 2021 softwares are more optimized than the 2018 with respect to speed and workingI have i5 8th generation HP laptop with 2 GB radeon GPU which version is more optimized for my machine 

Creative Cloud Update and App Updates fail on Mac OS 12 (Beta)

I`am trying instatalling Elements 2021but its says when i am tryin to start it. Can`t find VCRUNTIME140.dll, MSVCP140.dll. I tried install this program severall time but it dont start.I have installing card no DVD. Also i have older version 15 Sorry my bad language.Antti Finland

I have the latest Windows OS (Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.985) on my Lenovo Ideapad (16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD). When I update LR Classic from 10.2 to 10.3 I get the Error 195. I have never had this issue in the past. I have an older computer that also has the latest Windows 10 OS and LR update worked fine. Any help will be appreciated.

hi, not sure how this works but I seem to be having a problem activating adobe acrobat DC pro, a screen pops out saying maximum no of installs reached or something like that, and to sign out of other computers. I'm only using two computers? is that too many?

I am wondering if there is anywhere to buy Creative Cloud on a disk for just a one-time payment instead of monthly. 

Can a used Adobe Creative Suite disk be used again on a different account?

I have just bought Photoshop. I clicked on the link to download I and it took me to a page with a question dropdown menu asking what my level of Photoshop was, beginner intermediate or expert. I clicked beginner and it loaded the next page which came up as a ''failed to open page' from Safari saying"Safari can't open specified address"and a paragraph of code under it. In the billing column next to my order history. It says "We are still processing your order. It could take up to 24 hours. Please check back later".However, I received that email with the download link saying thanks for the purchase (with no mention that the order was still being processed)and, in my bank account it says the money has been taken out already.Can anyone help me?

If this has been discussed elsewhere, I apologie and ask that you move my post accordingly:I was very excited when Apple rolled out Apple Silocon and mentioned Adobe amongst the first adopters of this paradigm shift in personal computing. The M1's performance has been nothing short of mindblowing to me.With that said, I am overjoyed that by now, Photoshop is native, amongst others, and many more working very well in their beta form.But why in the world would Adobe be behind on providing us with an M1-native version of the Creative Cloud app, without which none of the other native versions can be installed *without* installing Rosetta 2?You might ask why I'd be reluctant to install Rosetta 2, esepcially since it has shown to work extremely well.The answer is: I just set up a separate AFPS container that I am testing the new macOS 12 Beta on (which also works amazingly well for a beta, maybe better than any other firt beta I have used over the past 10 years)...part of the reason why macO

Please pay attention to the blue arrows on the top bar and the small circle on the cloud in the top right corner.

I keep getting notifications through the CC app that tells me about pending updates that I have already installed.I manually install my updates, rather than let the CC app auto update, so I want to be notifed of updates, just not eroneously! Thanks

I have installed CS5 products on a new computer having deactivated it from the old computer.I have tried several times to re-register the versions on my new computer, but I always get the message:"Could not start your AdobeLive subscription. Try again later"I know my user name and password are correct because I have logged in to www.adobe.com to get here.

I've tried to install Creative Cloud and Premiere Pro and both have failed, Creative Cloud is saying Error Code 1 and Premiere Pro says Error Code P48. I've contacted Adobe Customer Support and they lead me to the Adobe Cleaner Tool that has hasn't worked. I've tried moving the installers to C Drive and still nothing. I've downloaded the program on two other machines to see if works and it did. This is extremely frustrating. Can anyone help me solve this? I have also tried to the Chat option on the site but i can't seem to use it

A month ago, I wondered if LR would ever be updated again, then read that 4.2 had been out for a while. But Creative Cloud didn't seem to be aware of its existence, and claimed that I was fully up to date (I was on 3.9 or something). I read a lot of tips on the internet and nothing worked. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled LR and finally got to 4.2. Now I see that 4.3 is available, but once again, Creative Cloud seems to be unaware of it. I go to the Updates tab, three dots, Check for Updates and it says "You're up to date!" even though I'm not.  Creative Cloud is just not talking to the mothership for some reason. This is getting frustrating. Any suggestions?
