Hi, I'm trying to switch from High Sierra to Mojave, and would like to see how the CS6 applications work. I've therefore installed Mojave on an external SSD, and tried to run the CS6 apps from the internal drive. Unfortunately, all CS6 apps tell me that I have to reinstall them. Just reinstalling the Java SE 6 Machine is not enough. But I can't at the moment reinstall from the original DVDs, since they can't be read, and the download links for the installers no longer work. Is there a way to run the apps from an external drive? The alternative would be to go on installing Mojave on the internal drive, and if it doesn't work delete everything and reinstall the latest backup. Time consuming, and dangerous. Paolo

Hello,First, why I want to change AdobeGCClient.exe data folder.I have been forced to rename Windows 10 %USERNAME% folder, because it used non ascii characters that couse me troubles with another specific sofware. Then I renamed all instances of original folder name in windows registry to new one manually. After that I blocked access to original user folder name to see if any application still want to access it. The only software that still want to access original user folder name is AdobeGCClient.exe.My questions:- How or where (win registry or some file) could I change path with old username to new?- Will I have any troubles with licencing after a certain period of time, if a left original folder blocked? 

If I install Adobe CS5 from DVD with an activation code, how do I receive the updates from the time the DVD was made until Adobe stopped supporting CS5?

after I launch creative cloud I get this and can't sign back in

I went to the website to download Adobe creative cloud app as I restarted my pc recently and it said it was downloading it finished but didn't launch or show up. I searched for it and clicked it but it wouldn't launch idk what to do

Does Adobe document all the "phone home" connections performed by Creative Cloud to perform authentication and update checks? I am snarled up in security of my own anti-virus and/or corporate firewall so badly it makes life miserable and using Creative Cloud not worthwhile. Specifically, I get daily messages that Creative Cloud is damaged and needs to be reloaded. I reloaded the software over and over and over again. I was spending more time reinstalling Creative Cloud than I was using the Adobe applications. Finally, I discovered that if I disabled my anti-virus, the Creative Cloud damaged files messages stopped. Only problem, I have no protection on my computer now, which is causing lots of alerts and warnings. The anti-virus system has a method of writing exemption rules, but of course I don't know what to exempt. I also don't know how to write regular expressions, but maybe I can get local help with that.

I run CC on my Apple MAC (2017 model 27").  When I try to open the Creative Cloud I just get a blank window.  I have tried downloading the installer fo rthe desktop app for CC but get the same problem.  Although I can run the apps such as Lightroom, Photoshop etc I cannot upgrade them.  How can I fix this.

Hi.  I posted this here because Creative Cloud does not seem to have a dedicated forum.For some reason I don't have the SELECT ALL checkmark on the Creative Cloud site.My storrage is getting full, and CC keeps all my deleted files in the cloud and counts it as part of my storrage.I have thousands of files in the DELETED folder, but can't mass select them and delete. I'm not going to check each one.According to tutorials I've seen, there is suppose to be a "SELECT ALL" checkmark, but I've tried multiple browsers and computers (see picture below).This sucks.  

Hello i am trying out Adobe Illustrator as trail. On startup a popup appears and keeps loading, closing it causes the whole program the close. And waiting does nothing as it keeps loading.

Hi, I just purchased Illustrator, and got to the page there it's supposed to start downloadning. Nothing happens, and it doeasn't seem to make a difference which browser I use or how many times / ways I try to push download. Does anyone know what the issue is? I suspected it might have something to do with an antivirus program, but I turned it off and it didn't make a difference. Other files download just fine.  Any help would be greatly appriciated! Anna

Bonjour, Je viens d'avoir un nouvel ordinateur, et j'ai donc tenté dans un premier temps de télécharger la version d'essai de Créative Cloud.Malheureusement, lorsque je double clic (sur mac) pour finaliser le téléchargement, un message apparait "Creative Cloud Installer souhaite effectuer des modifications", on me demande donc mon nom et un mot de passe. Lorsque je met mon mot de passe Adobe, ça ne fonctionne pas (et je n'ai aucune option, je ne peux mettre "mot de passe oublié" ou autre, ça me bloque tout), et je suis certaine de ne pas me tromper de mot de passe puisque je viens de créer mon compte. J'ai bien activé mon adresse e-mail, etc..Par la suite j'ai tenté de télécharger les versions d'essai des logiciels un par un (photoshop, in design..) et ça me met exactement le même message.En bref, je ne peux télécharger aucun des logiciels...

I'm trying to run an Adobe AIR app on Windows 10 and I can't run it, because it requires Adobe AIR which is not installed on my computer. Is it possible to run it without Adobe AIR installation (also without admin privileges)?

At startup PC windows10 (64bit) Adobe Creative Cloud app gives an error message. (fig1)When i press repair the repair stops at about 50% and freezes. Apps don't work anymore.When i use the removal tool for ACC it removes the program and gives the next message.(fig2)Install of the app Adobe Creative cloud keeps freezing at 52,5% when reinstalling.This continues for a couple of hours.Then suddenly it will install completely again.Very strange. This happened to me three times the last two months.Anyone experienced something like this and what solution is there for this proble

I recently re-installed Mavericks 10.9.6 on my late 2013 MacBook and then downloaded and re-installed CS6 from my Adobe account. Now I'm unable to use CS6 apps because the Adobe Application Manager cannot connect to the Internet to let me sign in. I've had two chat sessions with support staff, one call with support staff, followed all instructions here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install/how-to-resolve-no-internet-connection-error/td-p/5190798 CS6 worked fine for the 7 days it ran in trial mode after the re-install. It's just that AAM does not seem to be able to connect to Internet when all other apps can. And so it does not let me use my paid, registered, and licenced version of CS6 on MacOS X Mavericks.  Nothing has helped so far. Has anybody here been able to resolve this?

Hi,I installed the new MacOs Monterey. All the programs work well, but I cannot update the Adobe programs via the Creative cloud app. Is there a way to download the programs directly, without involving Creative cloud, and then install it like that? Pieter.

Help Please! Lightroom 6 no longer has customer support. They referred me to the community for answers. I bought a new MacBook Air which runs on MacOS Sierra straight out of the box.  I went to install using my account download links and it says: "Lightroom 6 -- This installer is no longer available" Someone please give me a clear answer on how I can use my current product on my new computer. Apparently even the new subscription Lightroom will not run on my system. 😞    Please, some answers!

Creative Cloud indicates there is a new version of Lightroom, but every time I try to install it, I get the message, Please save your work and close the following programs, then click Continue: Adobe Lightroom".  The problem is, Lightroom is not running in the background.  I have reinstalled Creative Cloud and that didn't help.  Any suggestions?

Hi, guys!I am using the latest versions of all Adobe apps. But older Media Encoder keeps re-installing itself right after I reboot PC. I would care at all if it's there. But for some unknown reason the latest Premere Pro opens files in older Encoder instead of the newest one. I don't know why this happening.I wrote Adobe help center. And you would never guess what Adobe support team told me to do: "Try to Uninstall the apps". LOL. This is what I do for two months now, every time I turn on computer. Do Adobe guys even read users request or what is it? So frustrated here. But mostly I just want to find a solution.Does anybody know how to fix this?Thanks.
