Adobe says windows need update 1607 or higher. My laptop is upto date according to windows  update mananger. Coud my hardrive be bad?

At the time of leaving this message, my XD stays at version 38.1.12 on iMac, and it shows me it's up-to-date. However, the version 39 was already released on April 12, 2021. This issue has been happened at version update many times, and it has a big impact on my collaboration with agencies. I'm not able to open their XD files since they were created with the latest version, so I cannot provide my design feedback precisely. Please let me know any solution to fix this version gap. Most of my adobe apps now crash as soon as I open them (lightroom being the only exception). I've tried reinstalling but then I get a 127 error. I have plenty of space on my macbook and no specific antivirus software installed which is one of the suggested areas to look at. My Mac software is also fully up to date. My mac has also been randomly crashing sometimes and I took it to the apple shop who said there could be damage to the hardware. The computer crashing isn't too bad so I would keep the computer a little longer if I can resolve the probelm with the adobe software but if it is a hardware issue causing the adobe probelem I'd need to just bite the bullet and get a new machine. So I'm really just wanting to check there is someway for me to sort the adobe problem before I go and spend money on a new mac, any help would be massively appreciated!!

Hi there,I am trying to run Adobe Encore in the CS6 Suite (that worked fine until 3 days ago). Now it asks me to insert a serial number that I don't have as I have an Annual license with Individual Subscription so I used to sign in and then use all the applications of the Creative Cloud.Furthermore when I try to go to https://licensing.adobe.com and try to sign in there to see if I can find a serial number there, it says that I am not a registered user and that I need assistance.I chatted with the help center that suggested me to write here on the community and wait for the answer of an expert. Thanks

Please go back to your domain settings and add an "A record" for your root domain (manchadesign.com.br)" continua a aparecer inevitavelmente!não consigo entrar com ninguém da Adobe! alguém poderia me orientar?

Over the years I've purchased several versions of Creative Suite, the last being 5.5 in 2013.All versions are visible in my products from my account.I recently needed to replace my laptop, but the first one had a fault so I de-installed CS5.5 and now want to re-install it on the replacement.CS5.5 is in my list of products but downloading it is no longer an option.Earlier versions are still available to download but no use to me.What is the solution?Thanks

My harddrive died and had to be replaced and in the process, I lost Premiere Pro 2020, which I need to work on a compatible project with my editor. Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can access 2020 version again?!

Hi, just a short tip after my crazy account problem.When Adobe pretend that the Credit card refused the withdrawal, nothingin the support base (AFAIK) suggests to look at the following option:when you go to your credit card setup page, you have generally access to an optioncalled "Accept International operations" or "Paiements de l'étranger"...In my case, I disabled this option since I want to protect the account.But Adobe is not invoicing from France (I work in France), therefore the paymentcould not succeed, without any message giving a clue about the reason.So, if you have the same kind of trouble, check this option with your bank.Oliver

Hello people reading this, As part of my Graphic Design course I was asked to download InDesign. Now, I already had Photoshop & Illustrator on my laptop as I had gotten them in 2019 through my high school. Now that I have a new school ID (I am a uni student now) I had to use InDesign with this new account. So I did that through Creative Cloud, and when I eventually went back into Photoshop it tells me that "my trial is up" even though I never used a free trial with this new account, and Photoshop was meant to be permanently placed on my laptop thanks to my school. So now I can't use Photoshop as a result. Any ideas for the problem? Thanks

Hello! I decided to use my Adobe Stock bonus and installed Adobe Illustrator. However, I didn't consider the fact that it won't ask me in which language I want it to have. Now I have it in UKRAINIAN, and I cannot use the program because I don't understand it.  I uninstalled it, changed the language of my Mac OS, and installed again the Illustrator hoping that it would now get the desktop language, but it's STILL in Ukrainian. How on earth can I get my Illustrator in English? I'm desperate! 😞  Please, help!Regards,Victoria

So I have recently paid for Premiere Rush, but I have realized that I have purchased in the wrong account.   I have been using the free trial in an account REMOVED but when I export it, it said that it requires an HEVC codec. After that, I purchased the premiere Rush but in the account of REMOVED It is the wrong account that has no savings to the previous project.   Could anything be done in this situation other than paying once more? The update goes up to 9 or 20% then stops and close. This happens every time. I'm updating PS in Creative cloud. Win 10.

Every time Photoshop or Bridge detect an update they freeze. When I try to update with Creative Cloud it freezes. The only thing I can do at that point is to remove eveything manually, including the Adobe program folders, and reinstall. I have told Adobe but they say it's not happening.Does adobe offer a way of using Photoshop and Bridge without installing Creative Cloud?
