Download & Install

Hi there.  I am new to Adobe Portfolio where I am setting up some digital photography displays. I am having a hard time figuring out Collection configurations.In a given Collection I can set up Pages of images.  However, I would like to set up a Collection within a Page.(Ie.  In a Collection called Home, I have pages called Garden or House, and in those pages are photos.  I would like to set up a page called Misc by Year, whereby a click on this Page would launch me into a new collection broken down by year.)  So far I am only able to show Collections on the Navigation Bar, and I don't want to do this.  I want a page to launch into a new Collection, like folders within folders.Can anyone tell me how to do this?  I would be much obliged.

Hi. My MacPro has version 10.13. I am unable to uninstall Adobe.. What's my solution?

I currently have only 1 computer with the Adobe apps installed for use, and my account permits 3. However, Adobe has an error or bug because it's storing instances of the same computer. And ironically, the devices are identified identically with my computer name. It seems to happen when Windows 10 has been updated. It's annoying but doesn't seem to affect my use. Just thought I'd put it out there.

Apple iMac 10.9.5Two days of trying everything I could find on internet for fixing this problem with no success. Was doing Chat on Friday until connection was lost. Can't get on today.CC won't start. The icon shows in menu bar for a split second and then disappears. I believe I have tried every solution published in these discussions as well as anything else I could find online. I have now lost Photoshop as well, it has disappeared from my computer. Must have happened when going through all the file deletion processes. I'm in the middle of a big job and dead in the water, will probably miss my deadline. Have been trying to get a live chat for hours. What a mess and I can see I'm not alone. Wish I never went the Creative Cloud route.

Hello, I have just been trying to update illustrator via the creative cloud application which was failing.  So I (foolishly) uninstalled illustrator in the hope I could install the new version to open a new AI file I have received.  However now I cannot install it at all.  In creative cloud on the list of apps it just shows an exclamation make and Download Error - Learn More.   When learning more it say.... Exit Code: 125 -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Fatal Error '125' occurred while download FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 125 error message {https://cdn-ffc.oobesaas.adobe.com/core/v2/applications?name=ILST&version=25.2.3&platform=win64&build=25.2.3.259,P:-4,PS:404,G:-4} ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Help urgently required as work

I downloaded a free trial of InDesign last week, but noting I only had 7 days to evaluate it, I decided not to click the "start trial" button until I knew I could dedicate an decent amount of time to it, i.e. not until next week.This evening I've received an email saying my free trial is ending soon, yet the button still says "start trial".Has my trial run out already?How do I fix this?!

Hi, I'm looking at updating my PC but before I remove Creative Cloud from old PC need to know, is it as easy as just uninstalling and reinstalling on the new?

I need to find my serial number for work, in order to be able to make an expenses claim, but when I try to log on to the adobe licensing website it says:Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this website. Please contact Adobe for assistance.And of course I can't find a way to actually contact Adobe for assistance. So here I am! Any ideas of why this is or how I can get hold of my serial number?Thanks in advance

Bonjour, dans mon pc, j'ai un disque dur C de 100go et un data 1T, mon disque C est presque full (aprés avoir installer creative cloud et dreamweaver il me reste moins de 2go), est il possible d'installer creative cloud et ses applications sur le data? ou avait vous une autre solution, j'ai vraiment un gros problème d'espace.merci d'avance pour votre aide

Ik heb een nieuw lidmaatschap via surfspot betaald en in creative cloud gezet. Nu geeft hij aan dat de code al bekend is maar ik zie geen nieuw lidmaatschap. Wat doe ik fout?

Hello, some time ago we could download free photoshop cs2 on the adobe site. I no longer find this possibility. Could someone inform me?

I also tried downloading previous versions (which worked fine yesterday) to no avail. I need to get this program installed, can someone please help me with this. I read that there is a LR 6.14 but cannot find it. In case there is a question as to which version of LR I have, it is LR6. I own it; it is Lightroom 6.0; I own it and am looking for ver. 6.14 if it exists.

Im trying to download photoshop on to my computer but it only downloads till about 8% then fails each time.  Please help.

I have a CD for my CS6 and it is installed on one of my computers.  However on my new computer that has a Windows 10 platform it will recognize the disk but won't do anything when I select to install it. Why?Thanks for the help.

For the last 3 months, more and more problems with CC occur. Last weeks almost every day started like this - after turning on the computer, CC comes with a note - "the app is damaged, it needs to be reinstalled." This takes about 10 to 15 minutes of my working time. After that, the CC seems to be upgrading - another 5 to 10 minutes. After these operations are finished, I open any app (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign...whatever) and I got another error note: Your subscription status cannot be verified (I have to say, I'm not offline)...next in line is another note: "We're sorry, but there was an error in the product, we need to close it"There are also problems with Typekit synchronization (fonts do not sync). Please, can you do something about it?  These problems take too much of my working time.

I'm new to adobe portfolio. Watched videos on how to use it but they're all outdated. Need some assistance.

Since the release of OSX, Adobe has had a misunderstanding of what the Documents folder is. For twenty years they have been using it for a depository of empty folders and temporary files. They seem to not grasp that they are a guest on my computer. It's mine, not theirs. I want their junk files somewhere in the Library where those types of files and folders belong. They refuse to listen. They are like a guest to my house who takes a dump in my hall closet and refuses to listen to my cries about where my bathroom is. Twenty years! I just delete the folder all the time. I'm sure this screws up my settings and wipes out temp files I would probably like to keep. But there is nothing I can do about it. Impossible to d'install update photoshop 22.4 on macOS Big Sur. Error 403 ! I tryed to disconnect and reconnect my creative cloud account. Nothing change

Hi, my problem is that some Adobe Apps freeze at start. Premiere, After Effects and Media Encoder. When I click the icons of those 3 none of them starts. They show me the usual opening flyer with some program info and freeze right there.I use Windows 10, and i've been trying a lot of possible solutions but I can´t solve it. Thanks for reading!
