When installing Adobe from a disk, I get the following message.What it means?What should I do?

hi, I have a adobe few years ago and want to install in my macbook now, but now the macbook said only support 64 bits program, which my adobe version is 32 bits, how can I change it to 64 bits?

I'm not really sure how to describe my issue - I get no error code and I have no idea what would be causing it, but when I'm installing Creative Cloud, after it has me enter in my email address to sign in, it seems to append some string of characters to the end of my email address and try to send an email there instead of to the adress I entered for verification. Of course, I don't receive that email and can't verify.  Obviously, I don't know how to fix it. As I investigate further, any advise or tricks would be appreciated. 

Hi everyone, So i have been having a problem and been trying to fix it for about a week. My adobe products would not open and i've been trying everything to get them to work. I tried installing the creative cloud multiple times. I have tried deleting the apps(since uninstall was not an option) and redownloading the creative cloud. It started with not downloading all the way. Then the more times i tried i get erros, multiple ones like "im not connected to the internet" or "im connected to adobe servers" and i am connected to the internet of course. and I have tried a lot of sites with help advice and links to help and the adobe support. I have tried the cleaner, repair and uninstall options and none have worked so far. the cleaner worked once and the uninstall creative cloud has worked. It is just the download and opening of the apps that isnt working.Is there any advice anyone can give that could help me? I am trying to do this on a brand new computer - Mac OS Version 11.3.1

I have just purchased a new MacBook Pro and was setting it up this morning and despite trying six time I cannot get Ps 2021 to load.  It just keeps spinning.  Does anyone have any suggestions. I have tried all the usual things like shutting down and rebooting.  Thanks for your help Jennifer

When looking at the specs needed to run the new 2021 updates for some of the adobe products (after effects, media encoder, premiere pro and photoshop) it seems that I have all the needed requirements to update these programs - although I am still receiving a message saying my system is not compatible. I've tried to check for updates for the OS system to see if that could be the problem as well as ensuring that I am running programs as the administrator. Really confused about what this could be and greatly appreciate any troubleshooting suggestions 🙂  System Specs:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8705G (19042.964)OS Microsoft Windows 10 home 20H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5003173)16.0 GB RAM (15.8 GB usable)

I'm trying to install Photoshop through Creative Cloud. It gets to 9% installed and then I get an "Installation Failed" message with no error code. I've logged out and rebooted and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud. Nothing has worked so far. Acrobat, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic have installed without an issue. I'm using a MacBook Pro running Big Sur 11.31.

I have a McMini and a pad and a Macbook Air and I want to use CC on all 3. I work at school and then at home. My account asks me to de activate photoshop on either the Mac mini or Air. I have just purchased Photoshop elements 2021 and find that it is not compatible with my mac (High Sierra 10.13.6). I am not able to update mac to latest version. I have run Elements version 2020 on a trial on my mac with no problems. Can I download the earlier version to solve the problem?

Hi all, Using Adobe XD as part of one of my school assignments and every time I close and then later on relaunch Adobe XD or Shutdown/Restart my PC, Adobe Creative Cloud will essentially uninstall itself being unable to be found and then giving me the Repair or Quit options to which Repair does nothing meaning I have to quit and reinstall the Creative Cloud and then Redownload Adobe XD. I don't think it's PC spec issues (I mean it shouldn't be) and its being installed onto my SSD. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening? A lot of the resources from Googling just leads me to the Adobe Community page and thats it. PC Specs:R7 3700x32GB 3200mhz DDR4 CLS16RTX3080Samsung 970 EVO M.2 NVME SSD - 1TBSeagate Barracuda Hard Drive- 2TB

Hi My Customer is only using the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription version, some user pc do not have access to the internet, and hence we need to open the firewall. We have follow the instruction provided by the support team and whitelist the following in our firewall with port 80 and 443. However, every 90 day the Adobe Acrobat will need to re-authenticate the license and it will prompt the follow pop up for the user to enter. After user enter the email address and click continue and it will not go the next page to enter the password. It will stuck here forever and I know this is blocked by the firewall. There must be some url, ip was missing in the following list. Hasta ayer funcionaba todo perfectamente, de repente cuando hablo el PS me envía un mensaje para que pruebe el PS por siete días a nombre de mi segundo mail, y si no acepto cierra la aplicación. Estoy totalmente al día con mi suscripción y no puedo trabajar por ese error que no puedo solucionar 

Quisiera saber si hay algún procedimiento extra que tenga que hacer (además de la cancelación desde la página) para obtener mi reembolso, y cuánto tiempo tarda en hacerse 🙂

ADOBE is just stupid to erase all the older version links. Trying to find the links it seems the only way to get them is to contact them and ask for the links what a stupid decision.   I got a power workstation at my studio with the latest version but I also have an old macbook pro where I need older version. Davinci resolve you paid once you got all versions for ever. way better than premiere way cheaper too,  

Also, ich habe ganze normal meinen pc gestarten und ich wollte CC Starten. Dann hat startete es normal. Aber dann stand da CC wird geladen mit der ladeschnecke. So die lade schnecke ist durchgenden da und dann kam die meldung Abgemeldet, dann habe ich auf anmelden gedrückt. Für eine sekunde kommt dieses feld wo man sich anmelden kann. Dann kommt wieder die meldung cc wird geladen. Und das passiert seit stunden. ich habe alle tipps im internet ausprobiert(Deinstallieren/ dateien löschen) so und auch wenn ich Adobe After effects öffne ohne cc kommt für eine sekunde das anmelde feld dann verschwindet es wieder und kommt es wieder usw. Ich hoffe hier hilfe zufinden.

Open letter to Adobe, After two full days of incurring financial deficit as I attempt to fix Adobe software problems, which, I must say, are a direct result of poor QOS, I believe it may be time to find an alternative to the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products. I'm fed up. It seems the wave has crested for Adobe. It is time to move on and find a reliable tool set. What a profound shame. After reviewing so many desperate searches for solutions to this ongoing issue, I see it has happened repeatedly, over the entire product line, release after release, across Windows and MacOS platforms, … FOR YEARS!  I have no words. People dependent upon Adobe products for their livelihood are at a standstill (again) and unable to meet deadlines, unable to bill their work, unable to receive payment, and unable to give the service that produces referrals so essential to future work. Telling people to buy a new computer? I begin a install then the file completes so I open it and it begins the finalization saying after it's completed it'll open up creative cloud but never does and ends up deleting the file how should I approach this ? 

hello I recently recieved an error 205 on my photoshop apllication. ive already tried to do a couple things like using diffferent network and reinstalling it but niether worked. If some could please help me out that would be greatly appreciated!!!

After a few years hiatus, i want to get back into my photography.  I went to reinstall my copy of Lightroom 5 onto my mac (High Sierra) but the installer is not available.  Adobe won't give any support on this product anymore other then telling me to upgrade to a plan, so I'm trying my luck in the community.  I'm a little cheesed that I can't use a program I paid for unless I spend more money, but what can I really do at this point?  Anybody have a suggestion or solution to this?  Somewhere I can go to get the installer?... or even better, another product I should consider?  Thanks in advance! I'm looking forward to getting back into this!
