hello! i just gave adobe my credit card information so that I may begin my trail of adobe premier. unfortunately when i download the program from creative cloud it says error CCXprocess running.  so I have to say my expieirence with Adobe is really bad so far. 

Since i installed Adobe CC on my Macbook Pro (2018/15', running on BigSur 11.2.3) i am faced with the problem that my CPU is running on 299%, due to the process -SceneKitQLthumbnailextension-, which appears when I'm running my Adobe Cloud. I already un. and reinstalled the program, which made no changes. The only way out is to end the process every time, which reappears every 20 minutes when my Adobe Cloud is activated. Does someone have a solution?

I want to know if i lose my presets in my apps, if i stop my contract with Adobe for a while. But in the future i Will start A New contract? 

Adobe, please make CC available on Linux. Things have made a huge shift in just the last couple of years and its possible in a couple more we could see mainstream end user adoption of the Linux desktop.  What has changed is the broad hardware compatibility via diver support of Linux. It works everywhere with everything. At my own home we couldn't get win 10 or our chromebook to print, so I grabbed a 12 year old latitude and installed linux on it, and it was able to print over wifi in minutes. No a terminal cmd, rather via a polished desktop called Zorin.  Kids are learning programming, and not on macs. In fact Zorin is pushing to be the new OS for old computer equipment in school districts. This is just an example of what your future customers will look like. Linux will continue to gain ground on mac os. There is no reason to turn your nose up at that community that want to give you money. Thanks for listening. 

Ich habe CS6 (2012) auf meinem PC gehabt. Nun habe ich ein MacBook und würde die Programme gerne dort installieren. Jedoch ist es mir nicht möglich, da die App aktualisiert werden muss. Kann mir jemand helfen, was ich da machen muss? Adobe Hilfecenter konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen. 

I live in Hong Kong and want some help sitting physically at my computer and having someone help me with backups, keeping my computer cleaned up from lightroom backups, TIFF files .... etc etc and helping me update my sytems and understanding more adobe clean up and storage and speed tips. Any experst in the computer business out there ?

I started up Photoshop CS6 today and immediately received a popup window from Adobe entitled "Renew your subscription".  I have Creative Cloud 6 purchased at the end of August and my last payment was received by Adobe on November 1.  I went to the Subscription Manager and Adobe automatically downloaded the update for Adobe Application Manager.  I tried to start Photoshop again and received the popup window again.  My account is uptodate and it indicates that the applications I have on my desktop are correct.  I need to get back to work pronto.  HELP!

Using Chrome (latest update) to download Illustrator SDK. When the browser reaches https://console.adobe.io/downloads/ai I get a blank browser window. console.adobe.io is set as an exception to popup blocking. Also turned off all popup blocking and still the same. All cookies allowed. All extensions are disabled. Suggestions appreciated.🙂 Thanks.

Hey there, first of all thanks for completing shutting down all the support contact possibilities ... I would like to request an reset of all adobe installations of my CS6 suite I bought. I can not install / activate my CS6 suite on my new PC because I have already installed them one more than two devices. The one device that is now not in use anymore (HDD is blank) can not be used to deactivate the software. I've tried all your support guides, but you only explain how to reset for a cloud subscription so please do this manually as I otherwise can not use my bought software anymore. Best Regards,Konstantin

I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 last month, and downloaded it via disc onto my computer. Now I have a new computer, and the disc is not an option. I'm trying to download it from the browser, but it won't let me, and keeps telling me I have to buy it again??

Hey all, yes another error code 146... However I believe this situation to be rather unique. The error happens when updating the CC app and/or downloading any of the CC apps.I've performed all of the solutions proposed to me through the adobe websites to the best of my ability, however it has not worked. Reading on the forums I couldn't find anything that helped either.Would say that this is related to my OS, Windows, as it's unable to update either. (0x800706be), a friend has suggested that my school account has hijacked my personal laptop basicaly and removed access to certain settings. E.g. Can someone help me out. I'm having an Adobe account for years and paying € 60,49 for Creative Cloud Apps. Everytime I want to start Illustrator, it tells me that my trial version is expired and I can buy an account for € 60,49. When I'm going to my account page I can see that the amount is debited every month. There's no way to reach out to Adobe's helpdesk except the (stupid) chatbot.  

Hi I have been having problems with my computer installing everything onto the C drive of my computer, leaving no room in that drive and an empty D drive. I have sorted that out by changing the settings in Google Chrome. Now I apparently need to change something in Photoshop in order for it to install on my D drive. What do I need to do. I'm on a deadline! Bridge Cache is saying it's got no room and I need to get a job finished!Elana

Hello, I need to choose the target drive where Adobe applications will be installed . I prefer those installed on SSD M.2 ... so much faster ... but IMPOSSIBLE ! Creative Cloud App does not allow me to choose trhe final  location I want.WHY THIS ? HOW TO DO IT THE WAY I WANT ?Thanks

I am using Mac OS 10.12.6 and then is not possible to install the current version of Photoshop, but in others version of Creative Cloud was possible to pick up the option "other versions" and now there isn't this option anymore. Hi, looking for some much-needed help 🙂 I'm working for a web development company trying to implement Adobe Analytics for a mental health counseling website using dynamic tag management (DTM).  I hosted the javascript libraries on FTP, and installed the header code at the start of the <head> tag, and footer code at the start of the <body> tag. I enabled Identity service as well. I then installed the Analytics tool. Now, when the site is loaded, if a user is from India he/she is taken to /in page ,and if a user is from Canada he/she is taken to /ca page from the backend. But after implementing, no data is being fetched i.e. the visits/hits are not being counted by the suite. are redirects causing this issue? Am I implementing the code right? 

I have Creative Cloud 'Free' at the moment so I can test drive the various apps before commiting. I just installed LR on my Apple Macbook Air (M1) and launched it. It imediaetly displayed a red banner across the top informing me that my trial had ended and I needed to upgrade to use LR. Okay, I get that... but the only problem is I just started the trial today and unless I fell asleep at my Mac for 7 days, shouldn't I at least get to test drive LR? Any suggestions?

Good day everyone,since yesterday I'm experiencing huge issues with Adobe applications.It started by asking me to re-enter my log in information in Adobe Premiere Pro.After doing that the message window closed and another one opened. Nothing for me to enter. It simply was loading something indicated by the spinning circle in the middle of the window. It closes, another opens, and so on... I waited for more than 10 minutes and it kept happening. If I simply try to close this loading message window Premiere in the background closes as well. So I currently can't work with my subscriptions at all. I later tried to open Adobe Creative Cloud. It told me to sign in so I did that, spinning for a bit it just asks me to sign in again. My password was correct. I even use Adobe Authenticator. I already tried to reinstall the apps (Windows 10 20H2), delete certain folders in appdata, initiate the repair function, delete saved log in information in the Windows control panel log in manageme

I'm currently looking to subscribe and install CC for animation work using the Student Discount for budgetary reasons. However, I have long since graduated college which supposedly makes me ineligible. But I've discovered that my college email account remains active as an alumnus. Will that be enough for me to qualify and, if it is, will I still be accepted if I renew my subscription?

I have Elements 10 (Yes, I know it is old, but I don't use it much so I don't want to buy a new version!). I have just bought a new PC. I uninstalled Elements from my old PC, but now I can't install it on my new PC. It says my licence number is invalid (and, yes, I have rechecked my typing several times). Any suggestions as to what I can do, please?

I know this topic has been discussed over and over but 1) I've searched the forums and have not found a suitable answer and 2) despite my searching there's still about a zillon posts on this subject so it's like chasing my own tail! lol Bottom line, I know there's a lot of us in the same boat where we updated our Mac OS to Big Sur and now Encore doesn't work.  I was able to boot my computer in Mojave only to learn that Adobe CS4/5/6 (and hence Encore) CANNOT be downloaded.   Please help me out, what have you all done in this case?  Like others, I have multiple clients breathing down my neck to get their discs and I don't know what to do.  There's some talk of other software programs but I can't seem to make heads or tails out of all of it. I GREATLY appreicate any feedback or advice.   Question - do you know if it is possible to get Encore app files from a colleague and install it on my computer?? THANK YOU!Eric
