Download & Install

I bought the Adobe CC membership so that I can use products, but I first bought it on another computer. Now, when I log in using this one, it shows that I don't have te membership, even though I do. Please help!

I bought the creative cloud app plan where I get access to all the apps, my illustrator downloaded and is working fine, but photoshop won’t download. keeps saying "installiation failed", the reason it says is because of storage but I bought more storage on the creative cloud and haven’t used it. can someone please help, I need it for my business ?

Salve a tutti, dopo aver aggiornato il mio sistema Osx a Mojave ho dovuto installare la nuova versione della Creative Suite, ho però riscontrato un problema, quando passo da Photoshop a Illustrator il profilo colore passa in automatico a "Emula Adobe Illustrator 6.0", quando invece vorrei che rimanesse fisso su "Prestampa Europa 3", ho provato anche a eseguire la procedura di sincronizzazione profilo colore andando su Bridge ma niente non rimangono impostate e passano in automatico all'emulazione sballando la visualizzazione a video, avete riscontrato anche voi questo problema? Se sì, come avete risolto?

Can I use two different computers in the same house as one account?  I have an upstairs work space with a PC and a downstairs workspace (I do the cooking!) with a PC.  Thank you.

Hello,I have recently bought a mini mac with the m1 chip. I migrated from my macbook pro. I understand that some apps won't work just yet, but the issue that I have is with the installation of Creative Cloud. I have Lightroom installed and running fine, I did have a problem with the hard drive that I was using running NTFS, but that's sorted now. Everytime I try to download photoshop Creative Cloud freezes as soon as the first screen comes up. I can't get to the Beta apps to install them. I uninstall and reinstall and the same thing happens over and over. When I click on the Photoshop icon I just get the beach ball and Photoshop refuses to load.Any help would be great.

hello, I bought old After Effects CS 5.5. I instaled it on my computer with Windows 10. But it doesn't work. Every time I try to start I get this information: After Effect error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <4460> <DynamicLink> <5> 000000001D2AA359. Anybody help me?

Dear all,I have a mac book pro running on MacOS 10.12 (Sierra). My disk was failing and hence I had made a Time Machine backup. The disk data / apps etc was restored onto a new disk. When I tried running the Adobe CS5.5, it failed. I then uninstalled CS5.5, downloaded a version from my registered login on the adobe site along with the stored serial nos. etc. The software installs and then gives an error "Could  WHen not start CS live subscription. A series of screen snapshots are attached below. WHen I attempt to start Adobe Illustrator, it again asks me for a serial no, and then states that the same serial number entered at the time of installation is invalid. Any suggesstions are welcome.

I have a masters collection CS4 and have had no problems. I recently upgraded my system and now have Windows 8 installed. However, the entire creative suite was installed with no issues except Flash. I am unsure what would be causing this error. I see nothing in the help about this. I am wondering is anyone knows how to fix this? Below is a screen shot of the entire error, sorry that is all I have to go on.

Creative Cloud doesn't show last version of the app and I receive a message saying that adobe updater is not allowed on my Mac and suggesting to "contact the administrator" but I am not a client enterprise. On another device (MacBook Pro) it works perfectly the autoupdateThe only way to update on my Mac is to disinstall and then re.install the new version but clearly it is not the ideal way Any suggestions?THANK YOU

I had old cs6 lost box, hdd died, chat support confirms I have a "perpetual product" but they don't offer support for it. Going in to the old a/c I can find the old registration but the a/c cannot see the boxed product  I had...   How do I get AIcs6 back in my life?!  It was Adobe design Std.  I can't afford to up my current CC plan to inc. AIHelp! 

...about having to pay monthly for software that they can change at any time essentially making everyone a beta test guinea pig? And don't you feel a little burned by the fact that they are forcing every user to do this R&D for free? I do, especially since there are many more bugs and problems as well as things that are just not working well, slow sluggish controls, the menus end up scattered and they are much more difficult to keep organized. they are hard to read and stupidly placed. Personally i hate CC and i especially hate that i have to keep paying for it every month, in 2 years i will have made Adobe $1,200 richer and i'll never be able to get comfortable with the software which i purchased because they can do any stupid thing they want anytime they want. I'm not a techy person who likes to spend long hours learning the stupid little quirks and conceptual changes they make every version that comes out. buenas tardes, tengo un problema con el plan que contrate hace algunos dias, ya que me encuentro que en ningun momento he comprado ningun plan, no me sale activo ni tampoco en los registro de historial. necesito arreglar el problema ya que yo estoy estudiando y necesito el programa lo antes posible. contrate el plan de estudiante, me hicieron el descuento en la tarjeta de credito. cuando lo compre no hubo problema pero dias despues fue como si no hubiese comprado ningun plan. quedo atento a alguna respuesta. gracias.

I'm not sure where to post this, so I thought I'd try here as it seems more general. One little thing that bugs me in using the Adobe Suite is that when I choose Open from the drop down File menu, it defaults to the file for the last opened program, not that individual program. For example, if I opened a document in Illustrator in a specific folder I created and then open After Effects and try to open file from there, it will start from that Illustrator file I last opened, not the last opened After Effects file.  Is there a setting I can change to affect this behavior?

Regarding After Effects/Photoshop "empty" pop up windows keep appearing and I can't use the programs.I thought then to uninstall the programs. To do this I need to access Creative Cloud.Unable to access Creative Cloud "The PC cannot contact the server"; "log in again"; "check firewall and verify date and time". The date and time are correct.I don't know how to do it. I have already changed the validity of the certificates with the keychain but it does not change.I read that some people recommend to connect to Google DNS 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 and then remove an adobe account.... O.O???? I have no idea

Hello everyone,I had a terrible time on the live chat where I had to wait for over 40 minutes for assistance on cancelling my subscription and asking whether I can transfer my Portfolio site. In regards to my website, the operator first said, that is not possible (transferring website to another account) but then contradicted himself my telling me to speak to Behance support instead. The responses were incredibly slow and in the end I gave up with asking further questions as it took too long.I'm just wondering if Adobe have a way to make a complaint?Thank you.

Downloaded Cs6 .exe and .7z files. What is the .7z file for? It does not appear to be an extract file, so I'm not sure what to do with it.Any help is greatly appreciated!!2Wheeler%

I get the following error when I want to install Adobe Creative Cloud "Adobe Creative Cloud is required to solve this problem. However, it is missing or has damage"

CC is so ridiculously slow in updating and/or installing to my computer. I started the UPDATES to the apps YESTERDAY and it's still not finished. I'm wired, not on wifi, new computer, nothing else running. I have read this same issue on the forums since 2018; it's 2021... I'm close to canceling my subscription if this is what I have to look forward to each time. It was AWFUL to download, but now the updates. I LITERALLY could not do any work yesterday, and here I am the next day and it just finished updating ai. There are 7 other a apps needing to update. AWFUL!!!!!!

Creative Suit Stop working Suddenly and I have no access. App try to conect and banners appears and go blank again without success until it becomes blank I tried everithing into the web and reinstall, clean and update many timesRename conflictive foldersOpen ports, AV and check connectios Nothing works. I am trying to access my free trial of Photoshop but when it propmpts me to put in the final dgits of my phone number and then sends me a code for 2 step verification... the codes do not work! And after a few tries, it locked me out temporarily. Help?

I am using Lukas theme in Portfolio to construct a photography gallery.  The masthead has two buttons to click - WORK and CONTACT.  I want to change WORK to GALLERIES.  I there a way to do that.  Or  is it not possible to do with this theme?  

I have installed Photoshop CC on my new laptop with a screen resolution of 3200 x 1800. The menu items and text on panel items on the program are so small I can barely read them. Any help would be appreciated.
