Premiere Pro, Media Editor, and the Adobe Creative Cloud apps are all failing to begin. They will all start with a screen that says "You have been logged out of your account, please sign back in" then load for a while, and then ask me to sign in. When I click the "sign-in" button however, I am quickly forced out of the log-in screen and am informed that "I am unable to reach Adobe servers" and that I should "check my firewall", which I did and there does not seem to be any issue there. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps only to run into the same issue.  I have also tried downloading the apps on a different computer but it won't let me sign into adobe stuff there either. Is this happening for anyone else? I downloaded the 7 day free trial of adobe Premiere pro last Sunday and it has been working fine until today. I have two macOS High Sierra's version 10.13.6 that I have been using. If this is a personal account problem, who can I contact to help me resolve the iss

Hallo, seit heute Mittag komme ich nicht mehr in die Mac App der Creative Cloud. Sowohl deinstallation und neue Installation haben nichts gebracht. Auch "reparieren" in der Adobe Creative Cloud Deinstallations App brachte nichts. Habe dann die Verbindungen einmal aufgehoben über den Browser. Aber auch eine erneute Anmeldung bringt nichts. Nun steht nur noch die Fehlermeldung bei den Anmeldeversuchen: "Fehler Bei dieser Aktion ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuchen Sie es später erneut.". Ich weiß nicht, was ich noch tun soll. Kann mir jemand helfen? Auf dem iPhone funktioniert alles ohne Probleme. Danke

Hello all,I am wondering if anyone had gone through the same frustrating experience with Adobe support via the Chat channel. It is a virtual nightmare.Recently, i decided to continue with the Adobe Lightroom CC subscription after a 3 months free subscription.So, i initiated a chat hoping that Adobe could facilitate the subscription as due to a unknown reason, i could not complete it online due to limitation on the form.It took me 4 attempts (4 different days) with different support staffs before i finally got my subscription done.I had chatted with the Sales, Technical and Billing team on different occasions.My horror experience:1- I asked for monthly billing, but it was setup and billed as annual - reason given was he got confused with another client he was supporting the same time. Asked me to wait for 20 minutes and the changes will be reflected on the system. I was asked to logout and login from my profile to check later. After 1 day, nothing changes. My light room shows develop module disabled and says to renew my subscription. well my account has never stopped and my subcription is paid each month with auto pay and appears to be active.  I need acces to my all my presets and i am not able to get to them. it has given me a message to redownload the app but that does not down load for me.  can you please guide me as to what i need to do to get me back up and running. thanks    

Hi, I have my adobe suite on disks (not creative cloud), my suite was installed on my C drive, now I have a exterior hard disk (F drive), and wish to install the suite on this drive because C drive is full. But when I tried to do that, I realized there was only C drive installation available from the installation disks. I saw on the adobe support that when you have a subscription on Creative Cloud it is possible by managing preferences to install where you want. But when it is from disk is there a way to do that too ? I am on windows 10 and my computer is now on "install all new applications on F:" But that does not work with my disks... Any solution ? Thank you !

176 fault I am already suceesfully running 2000 it will not update now putting that impossible fault tried to get rid of this fault previously spent 4-5 days on it as I would have like 2021 version I havie no NETWORK drive attached

When i try to download phooshop it tells me to email myself a link. ive done this many times now and when i click on the link it just sends me back to the original screen telling me to email it to myself again. Anybody know why this is.

I have a subscription already but CreativeCloud is saying I need to renew it.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe mir letzte Woche vom Media Markt  die Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 MAC OS Studenten Version gekauft und zum 2x angemeldet. In meinem Account sehe ist meine Windows Version, die ich ebenfalls auf einem Notebook mit Windows System im Einsatz habe. Alles ging gut bis ich die S/N bekommen habe. In meinem Account versuchte ich die S/N zu finden oder eben einzugeben oder zu suchen, ohne Erfolg. Der Supporter von Adobe (Englisch) hat es auch nicht geschafft diese zu Installieren, stattdessen installierte er mir die Cloud Version mit einer anderen S/N die ich nicht will.Auch deinstallierte er mir die Photoshop Version CS6 die ich letztes erworben habe. Ich bin also sehr enttäuscht darüber wie vorgegangen wurde. Ich bitte euch um deutsche Hilfestellung, dringend denn ich sollte verschiedene Aufgaben noch erledigen!

I know this is a really old thread... but for some reason, I've just started encountering this problem.I've been using the boxed set of CS6 Production Premium for years. I recently subscribed to CC, and now Creative Suite is telling me there's an update for Photoshop CS6. When I run it, it fails with the U44M1P7 error. The logs indicate that some files are "corrupted".I've renamed the folders that the article mentions, I've uninstalled Photoshop CS6, downloaded the latest version from the Adobe web site, reinstalled it, and an update appears.. the update goes smoothly, but it updates to 13.0.1.  Some time later, the next update appears, 13.1.2, and that one fails!You mentioned skipping an update.How does one do that?

I have Adobe CS4 Production Premium installed on my computer (Windows) on my c drive. I want to move the application to another internal drive and thus I tried to deactivate the application to reinstall everything. While deactivating I get the error: unable to connect. I tried everything on this site https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html What can I do now? The Software is installed on my PC and on my Laptop. Can i just deinstall and reinstall without deactivating? Or can you help my deactivate? It is linked to this account

I'm getting notices about updates for my programs however they are not compatible with my OS.  I can't upgrade or I have to purchase a lot of other software in order for them to work, such as Word and Excel.  I can't afford it and feel it's unfair that I pay the rate monthly for CC and then can't have the latest version or fixes.  Has anyone else had the problem?  If so what did you do?  I'm thinking of quicking Adobe and finding other software but I've spent years working with this product and hate having to do so. Thanks for any help you can give.Patty

I just subrcribed to the monthly plan for after effects and trying to get media encoder as well. When I went into my creative cloud app to update, it said i didnt have enough space on my local disk which wasnt surprising. I just built my pc in the begining of january and with the games I have I expected that. I went to change the download destination if thats what you call it to my hard drive, which has a full 8 terrabytes free. After doing so, it still tells me I have no space, which couldn't be further from the truth. Is there any way to resolve this? If anyone could help that would be so appreciated, Id hate to have dropped money on a program that i wont even be able to use with this problem, if that makes sense. Thank You!

I'm trying to download the adobe XD ui kit for IOS and it's only giving me a .dmg file. I have a windows computer. Is there a way to fix this?

When I open either adobe application, I am greeted with a blank grey screen (instead of a menu). I can still file > open recent which works, however file > create now prompts an error message, as attached!  I have uninstalled and reinstalled all adobe applications, restarted my computer and used the adobe creative cleaner also but nothing seems to be working. 

So I run a 2012 27" imac that runs Adobe better than a 1 year old 21" imac we have, but Adobe apps are starting to show as incompatible to update to the latest versions on the older imac. No doubt down to MacOS not being able to update to Big Sur on the imac. Does this mean the Adobe suite will have to stagnate on the older mac until it pops its clogs? Or am I being forced to spend a couple of thousand pounds to keep pace with apps?? 

So, I paid $230 for Premiere Pro and I started the 7 day free trial. Well, the free trial has ended but it charged me the full price already. But it keeps saying "buy now" to get onto premiere pro but I have already bought it. I am not about to pay $230 again. Please help

I've been a subscriber for awhile and my subscription is Active; however, today I discover that there is no trace of any Adobe applications whatsoever on my computer! Adobe Technical Communications Suite is missing and Adobe Acrobat DC. Why? And am I pissed if I have to download the whole package again (12 hours+ at least). 

I understand that PS CS3 is no longer supported.  I have used it for years most recently on a 64bit system runnning Windows 10.  I have a new unit running the same system but cannot get the disk to install.  Adobe support sent me here, anybody have a solution to installing this now unsupported perfectly functional software?

In 2018 I experienced a hard-drive crash on a computer that was too old to connect to the internet, and after verifying my serial number, Adobe was kind enough to give me a download for a version that didn't require activation. I had the presence of mind to save the .dmg file in case of future trouble. The version installed fine, and I used it without problems for two years.This month I swapped out an older hard drive which had regular, authorized AE installed but had previously been used on a different machine. I wasn't surprised when it asked for authorization, so I unstalled that version, believing I could simply install the authorization-free version from my .dmg onto that hard drive, since otherwise the hardware was the same. It installed fine and accepted my serial number as correct, but it asked to be authorized, with a five-day grace period. In this forum I read that I could try uninstalling AE, remove the cache.db file from preferences, and reinstall the activation-fr

Why is Adobe Premiere Pro not opening? It just doesn't open at all and removes itself. Same for Adobe Creative Cloud file where when it sais installing, it does nothing! If you know how to fix this then please help me.

Does anyone know where the Creative Cloud Menu Bar ICON is stored in Big Sur? I want to change the color from black to white. Currently it's basically unviewable. FYI, I reported this issue twice in November but still no resolution.
