Hi! I've searched the adobe help pages far and wide but none of the suggestions aid in resolving my two following problems which is why I am hoping to get in touch with an adobe employee directly via the community.  Problem 1: My adobe payment for the month of January has failed, which is due to the fact that I no longer use my UK bank card which my adobe payment is linked to because I moved back to Austria after finishing my studies. The issue is that I cannot update my payment method to a new credit card because my adobe account is registered for the UK/Ireland area and therefore doesn't recognise my austrian postcode to update the payment. When trying to update my payment method to paypal it loads to paypal sign-in page but immediately redirects me to adobe and gives me an error message. Which is to say: Adobe won't let me update my payment methods to pay for my subscription which leads to.... Problem 2: Until now, I was on a student plan but since I graduated fr

Hello! I was recently charged to renew my yearly Premiere Pro plan but then cancelled my plan right after I saw I was charged. I looked online and saw that you get a refund if you cancel within 15 days of your purchase. I was wondering when I should expect to get a refund for this renewal since I cancelled the day after I was charged? 

I recently downloaded Adobe software.The cost was $20 plus dollars.I am being billed every month this amount.I do not want and cannot afford this cost I am a old age pensioner.What happened to the free download I only open documents and read them,I do not require all the rest of the info.Please stop my subscription

I have a new M1 Mac mini. Despite the literature saying it supports Intel version of Pr via Rosetta 2. The export time is insane. Over 5hrs for 45min timeline. Anyone else have this issue or know a fix? 

Recently my hard drive had issues, and I had to reset my laptop. Upon reinstalling from a back up drive, I am getting the following upon trying to reopen any of the apps. Configuration ErrorPlease uninstall and reinstall the product.If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.Error: 16http://www.adobe.com/support/ Naturally with it being older, support was useless as they want to push their paid membership program.Can anyone help? I really need it for school work.

Hello , i can't download adobe Xd. I do not know what happens I tried several times and it shows me these messages.

Anyone know how I can get a hold of a real Adobe support person? Looked all over the support/help area of the site looking for chat or phone number or something, but *nothing* (just lots of links, forum/blog pointers, etc.). My free trial has expired and I purchased the photography plan on 1/7 (which shows on my statement) but this isn't registering in my account (it indicates I need to purchase a plan and that my trial has expired). Help please...-David

Im trying to install creative cloud on to a new Mac Catalina - and the installer seems to have frozen. Im unable to shut down or remove the installer. Any advice on how to quit install and start again? 

I have bad connection which makes downloading programs with creative clouds impossible. I am not able have a better connection. Is there any solution to this?

Hi. Im wondering what's the difference between Adobe for photographers plan and single Photoshop?Adobe for photografpers plan contain PS and LR and is much chiper than single Photoshop, why?

For context, I have a Win7 computer. I really like using Win7 and my experiences with Win10 have never been as pleasant, and despite this I am planning on getting a new computer within a few months with Win10 installed. Until then, however, I want to know if it's possible to install older versions of AE or Premiere that are compatible with Win7, no matter how old they are. In the CC desktop app, I can access older versions of programs that are already compatible with my OS, but incompatible programs don't even offer the option of installing older versions.

I have downloaded Photoshop from Adobe to my PC but it will not launch.I keep getting the following; -Error at loading of ippCV libraryNo DLL from the list below is found on the system search path;Ippcvn8.dll (the most suitable for your CPU)  Ippcvm7.dll (optional) Please provide a path to at least one of them.Can anyone please help me sort this out.Many thanks. My desktop cloud has the button 'update' available next to my XD and Illustrator, but clicking them does nothing. All my other apps are up to date, I have WIFI... but these two are full of bugs and I'm not able to save anything. It's driving me nuts! The option to 'update all' within my desktop cloud app is also greyed out. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Buenas tardes.Ya he hecho mas de 10 intentos de cada una de las soluciones propuestas por la página de errores para soluionar el problema de inicio de Adobe Creative Cloud.  Además, he desactivado el antivirus, el Firewall de windows, he desinstalado el Adobe Reader y el Adobe Flash Player... He eliminando rastros del registro, he usado un limpiador para hacer una instalación limpia, y NO HAY MANERA de que se carguen las aplicaciones. Vamos, que no he empezado a poder usar ni una sola, desde que tengo licencia oficial para adobe. La carpeta OOBE me la sé ya de memoria...Siempre termino en el mismo mensaje: "Las aplicaciones están tardando mas de lo habitual..." y la ruedita dando vueltas... Llevo ya 3 días detrás de esto... En mi vida he sentido tal impotencia para instalar un programa...De locura.¿Algún alma caritativa que me diga qué puedo hacer que no haya hecho? (Excepto formatear, claro...)Gracias

My app for cs6 no longer opens.  My images are in that app.  How do I reopen the app? 

 Hi i'm parsa from Iran  as you know we dont have any payment way and also we dont have any support from adobe and much apps cause of political sanctions  from us ; so cause of that here in Iran we usually use cracked apps ,windows and proggrams now I want to know is there anyway for us to use your apps llegal ? thanks parsa   regards

 I signed up for the site adobe and started downloading the app but the download stops in the middle.I don't know what to do?

Hello. I am trying to install CS4 creative suite and also Lightroom 6 that I own and have been using for years onto a new computer and got a message that my serial number  is in use on too many computers and I need to deactivate a computer. I no longer have access to that old computer. When I looked up how to solve this issue, it suggests you contact adobe. When I did that they directed me here and said they don't solve this issue over chat.. Can someone help? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have core i5 32bit system  I'm trying to install Adobe Photoshop latest version on it but it is showing your system is not competible with this verion of Adobe, I have enough space for this but I don't know what's problem .Can you please guide me to fix this issue I have more projects to do? I just subscribed to adobe creative cloud 1-year membership.  i was previously subscrubed to only indesign cloud and was using acrobat and photoshop on 30-day trial period.  now i'm having issues downloading acrobat, photoshop - and/or getting it to work.  every time i try to open a pdf or photoshop file is saying my trial period has ended.  do i have to UNINSTALL old trial acrobat and photohop  and old indesign membership app then start fresh with new downloads for my new creative cloud membership?

I would like to buy photoshop by itself. I am eligible for the student discount, but I don't want all the CC apps, just photoshop. Any way I can do this without losing the student discount?

Hi, Supporting info first.Running Windows 8.1 Enterprise.Creative Cloud 5.2.1.441Photoshop vesion installed is CC 2018 Everything worked up until today. Trying to open the application throws the error in the subject. Error: api-ms-win-core-synch-ansi-l1-1-0.dll is missing.I've uninstalled / reinstalled with no luck.I've checked a work mates laptop - they dont have that dll file and photoshop works fine.All other apps load ie Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator. I can't update to latest version asthis device isn't windows 10. Any ideas as to why the error has just started to appear and how it can be resolves? Many thanks Tim 

Hi, I have some problem.I need to use photoshop 2021 version under 22.1.0 . But I cannot find "previous version" in CC app. I tried to follow the guide, but the version of CC may not match.There's no "previous" or "another" version button. So, how I downgrade my photoshop 2021 22.1.1 to 22.1.0 or 22.0.0 or 22.0.1 ? Please help me.

Hello,I am trying to reinstall CS4 Creative Suite for macOS and have been unable to deactivate it on my currently installed machine. It keeps saying it can not connect to Adobe. I have tried different DNS etc. to no avail. I have been told my current key may need a reset?  Any help would be appreciated.
