My computer hard drive crashed and I will be using a different computer. How do I install my photoshop on it

Hello,I have an old LR 6 license. I bought it via amazon in 2016. So it is linked to my amazon account. I found someone, who wants to buy this license. The license is not linked to my Adobe account yet.How can we do this in the best way? Many thanks for your assistance!Regards,C.

I live in the country where i'm an unable to buy adobe products. So does that mean i cannot buy it from amazon or any other online shops either? I tried it on amazon but it say this.

Bought photoshop today. After I tried to download it, with and without my antivirus and firewall activated and from 2 different Wi-Fi connections, the same thing keeps happening. First, a window asking for account authentication pops up. After that, a screen pops up to confirm the download, normal stuff so far.Then immediately a chrome tab opens named 'Adobe ID' telling me I'm signed in already and that I can close the tab and continue to my installation. Not 1 minute after the same thing occurs, the Adobe ID tab. After 6 of those tabs have opened, the download crashes with the 206 error code.

I have a new PC computer I am trying to install CS3 Adobe Creative Suite on. I have the DVD Application Disc and have downloaded the program. I am wondering if I can DEACTIVATE my old computer that I had the program installed on previously. Thank you

I have my license key.Every time I try to download it refers me to upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2021.Any idea how I can just stay with my Photoshop Elements 2020 without having to upgrade?The premiere elements 2020 is working fine.thanksS

Hi, Is it possible to put a 'Collection' within a 'Collection'? So for example having a homepage with Brochures, Photography, Packaging, etc, and then when you click on brochures for example you go through to a collection of brochures that if clicked on takes you through to a full breakdown of the brochure. And if it is possible how do I achieve it? Thanks in advance

Hi I am trying to download the free trial of Lightroom and not much is happening.  I see it in my downloads and click on it.  Then the folder comes up and I double click on that.  It then goes to another window that says it is an app downloaded from the internet.  Are you sure you want to open it?  I click to open and then nothing happens.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I may just have to cancel.

Hi, I recently re-installed my windows. I backed up my "new CS3 serial" which I got from 2019, but apparently I failed to backup the "new non-activation installer" for Creative Suite Design Premium. Does someone have this "installer" backed up; they'd be willing to share with me? A tech support agent suggested I try the forums.-Thank you

Hi!I need help to recover the serial number, to register the Adobe programs, which came installed when I bought my note (DM4-2075br).I need to format it but I don't have the serial number because the programs came already installed.Old versions are: Adobe photoshop Elements 9 and Adobe Premiere Elements 9.Thank you in advance!

I dont have enough space on my C drive, and I can't free up any more space. I tried installing Photoshop to a external hard drive but it wont let me. Can I install it to a cloud? I really don't want to have to buy a new laptop. Please help.  

I have a registration number for CS6 from s teachers edition that I purchased a few years back, that I want to deactivate it from one computer and install it on another.  The chat said it is no longer supported and to contact you to accomplish this.   

I recently downloaded Creative cloud on my new computer and was met with this error. Every time I hit repair, it re-downloads the application and the same screen appears. I tried the link and it said the page was not found.  I do not know if this is a bug or something I did wrong but a solution would be great. please note I have littl to no computer knowledge in this area.

My computer was rebuilt, and software updated to Windows 10. How do I regain access to my subscribed Adobe lightroom/photoshop???? 

Amazon currently have a good deal on the yearly CC plan licence. If I buy this can I activate it when my current plan ends in June this year or does it have to be activated now ? -- Mike

Hi, I just subscribed to the basic photography packaged, which I am happy with. However, in the "Creative Cloud Desktop", I pressed the Free 7 days Trial on Illustrator and now I do not know how to cancel this Trial. I do not want to be charged for this. All cancellation method I use (as described in the support section) will cancel my whole subscription. I just want to cancel this 7 days free trial on Illustrator.  I appreciate if anyone knows what is the solution to this problem.  Many thanksAmir

Hi,The title says it all. I cancelled my subscription on the first day of the trial cause it is useless on the iPad Pro with it limited functions(I was charged the same day I cancelled for the first time). Still I am getting charged but it isn't even the official price. I tried contacting the support the past months with no success. All of the "Contact Us" hyperlinks are leading to the page I started(Independant of browser or device)(https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html). I tried using the hotline for about 37-39 times and getting thrown out of line after 1 to 5 hours of waittime of hearing the same waiting song over and over again. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.
