Hey up guys... quick question because I know I'll get a good answer here. I normally set up google analytics by using an HTML file that was generated by the console, downloaded and then uploaded to the root level of the domain in question. My question is: does google not provide an HTML file anymore? Hi, I'm encoutering something really troublesome. While I was selecting the font family which was not yet available for CSS in Dreamweaver, I switched to Chrome to see the collection of fonts that I needed to choose then when I came back to Dreamweaver to type them down, and it freezed. I try several times, just switching to another program's windown but the result is still the same, which is very irritating. Do anyone knows how to fix this situation ? Thank you.

In Dreamweaver 8 I was able to write and insert SSIs without trouble. Now I'm using CS6 and... (1) I can't find where the "insert SSI" is located; it's not in the "insert" dropdown menu (which is where online help sites say it is), nor can I find it anywhere else. (2) Although my previously-created SSIs show up in both the "design" and "live" views, they are all absent from my actual website, i.e. they are not showing up. It's important to mention that I just switched hosting companies, so I will be in touch with them about the live version too. I have a small, pretty lowtech personal site, and am not especially adept in web design (perhaps that's obvious!). Any easy-to-understand suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

So why are non-offensive, non critical posts now getting deleted for no apparent reason? Will the person, who is obviously responsible for cocking everything up in the forum, over that last few days please refrain from switching and clicking buttons, like a kid in a sweet shop,  until you are up-to-date with how it all functions and do us all a favour. I seem to have been locked out of the forum, unless I've been misbehaving again, upset someone? Just got whisked off to a page which basically stated 'You're not welcome here anymore' in other words. I didn't have the password to my old email address to reset the password after clearing browser cache so had to create a new email/user/combination. Anyone else experienced this or was it just me?

Just like every other application adobe makes another dont work   I open dream weaver and I see all my pages, the js and css, everything good. I open sites to fix my ftp issue. No clue at all what the name and password is. Open gmail to get name and password.Switch back to dreamweaver and all it is doing is dinging at me becasue the stupid prompt went behind the full screen application and no way possible to get back to the prompt and all dreamweaver is doing is dingning at me. I have now tried 20x, sat here for almost 30 minutes and I have end task dreamweaver so many times.Now I open it and now it says recent and a bunch of stuff but 10 minutes ago it auto loaded everything I needed but why would it now?Now i have literally made dream weaver half the screen, gmail other half and guess what? no matter whati do if i click off that prompt it will go behind the dreamweaver and no matter what size i make the dreamweaver each and everytime the prompt go behind the windows and I am stu

I'm trying to install a Project VII extension for Dreamweaver. Project VII suggested the Anastasiy’s Extension Manager, informing me that it was also Adobe's recommended software for 3rd party extensions. I downloaded that but got this error at launch:Cannot read installed extensions information. I am new to php and and my sql. I am trying to create a registration form for users of my website. I was able to successfully create a send message form, but this time i want to creat a registration form, i am stuck, my form does nothing when i enter the required data. I have already created my Database using my sql in my Hostgator server. I am a novice so please be gentle. Have downloaded a trial of the latest Dreamweaver after having used version 8 for the last decade or so and am trying to get my head around bootstrap. But whenever I insert rows and columns it stacks the columns on top of each other even on a large pc screen. I have tried testing it with a very basic 2 column design 1 word in each column and it still does it, I also saved one of the template pages and uploaded it with no changes and this did not work. I should say everything looks fine on the previews but then changes after I have uploaded. (123-reg if that makes any difference) I have also had issues with images resizing perfectly on the preview (scanning the qr code on my phone) then not acting the same when live. I have found work arounds for these but can't find anyway round the bootstrap grid. I also downloaded bootstrap directly and tried a very basic html page without using dreamweaver and it worked fine, but I do not have the coding skill

Dreamweaver hangs when I open a page that has an inline video. I have downloaded all the Dreamweaver Extensions via the DMXzone Extension Manager. Via the Manager all the extensions downloaded succesfully but when I go into Dreamweaver 2020 I do not see them anywhere. In the past these extensions appeared under the Windows menu. Cna someone tell me where to find them now. Thanks

I'm running DW 20.1 on Mac OS 10.15.5.Lightroom worked like a dream on my old DW but on the latest DW it is crashing the program and things like the caption field do not accept text. The customer service at Ajatix is great and am working with them but I was just wondering if any other Mac users are having the same problems.

Ever since I updated to 20.1 from 19.2.1 my site the User Name and Password disappear from the Remote Server site definitions. Save is checked, I've checked all preferences. It is extremely annoying to have to dig up the archived site def for every site I want to work on and replace that information.

Hi all,I just finshed redesigning my website but am having a problem with mobile view. Here is the URL: http://www.davidabahm.com Every page is tiny, not adjusting on my phone as it does in the responsive live view in Dreamweaver and in browsers on my desktop when I resize the window. Using DW 2020 15211 build and DW will not save the FTP user name and password for either the server or testing server. I have to enter the user name and password each time I use it. This appears to only be happening with 1 site,

Hey everyone - It's been a while since I've visted the DW forums, and I hope everyone is doing well. I'm trying to create an XML sitemap for my personal blog. I've tried the built-in XML sitemap generator in DWCS5, but that sitemap seems to be more for collaboration than search engines. I then tried an online XML generator, added the generated text to DW, saved it as .xml and uploaded the file. Everything looks okay, but the file won't validate, and I get the feeling I'm supposed to be adding something to the generated content. I cannot see any way to recover the right-hand half of the missing panel, which makes controlling the coding process very difficult. I have tried moving, closing/opening the panel. The problem remains whichever Workspace I use. So there is something wrong with the way that Panels are managed? Can anyone help. I am using DW6.
