Hi, I have created my web pages using Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5. But my users feedback that they are not able to do any search function to locate the wanted content in one of the web page.Is Adobe having any search engine products used in Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5

I am building a new website for a client. I will need to transfer the domain name to a new reseller account, created by me, but I don't want the current site to go down because there is a lot of content to scrape, especially in the way of downloadable files.Should I just build the site locally before transferring the domain to the new registrar? Or should I contact the present registrar to make sure the domain name won't get decoupled from the current website just because it is transferred to a new registrar?

I have Windows 7 on my laptop, and will until December.  I have Dreamweaver 3.0 inbound.  I need to know if I can successfully install it on Windows 7.  How about 10?Why 3.0?  It was cheep.  I am not an advanced web programmer.  DW 3.0 has more than I need at this stage. My current skills include intermediate HTML and entry Java.  I'd like to experiment with CSS.  PHP and ASP are somewhere a year down the road, maybe more.

Just like the adaptive pictures on my website. I already know how to use media queries, and the goal is to set the video to become completely adaptive on resolutions lower than 1000px. I'm using this for most of the elements on my website and I have been trying to use the same code for my video, but it's not working for some reason.This is my page.The video is toward the bottom of the page. Right now on small screens the video stretches completely out of the screen. I put about 7 divs inside a container div. Everything lines up OK in all the search engines except Microsoft Edge, where some divs are pushed outside the container. Does anyone have any advice?

I know this is an old problem affecting an old version of Dreamweaver but it has just hit me and any solution would be extremely welcome.I have been using the Mac version of Dreamweaver CS4 v.10 for some years on several web projects. I have recently had to upgrade my Mac OS from Sierra 10.12.5 to Mojave 10.14.4. I now find that on trying to launch DW I get an alert titled “Licensing for this product has stopped working” with an error number 150: 30. After dismissing the alert the program continues to load and will display the site briefly before it exits. I have found a procedure for correcting the licensing problem on Adobe help (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html) but the Flexnet Publisher folder which should be deleted does not exist in my Preferences folder.Is there any fix for this? I recognise that in the longer term I will have to find a permanent solution as DW CS4 will cease to run under OS X because of not being a 64 bit applicatio

This one is a little off-topic but still web-related : I'm looking to transfer scanned copies of sensitive documents via web. So they're images of documents, rather than actual text documents (in other words, without OCR, you can't guess the contents). Same issue here.I can get a live preview of the index.php file.But if I want to change a file in the child theme for example single-portfolio.php I get the "dynamically related files could not be resolved because of an internal server error." message.

Dreamweaver 2018have spent a week and rebuilt Windows 10 Pro twice.installed mySql, Apache24, myphpAdmin, all function. created a database with table no problem.have install database extensions.when i click + for new recordset fill in the form and click Select for the database, i get the error.your php server doesn't have the mysql module loaded or you can't use the mysql_(p)connect functions.this question is all over the web with no answers.thanks for any help,tom

I'm not sure which of the pages in displaying the correct format between the following two.Home Page orPokémon 0025 - Pikachu on a smaller screen, there are social media "share buttons" that are placed at the top for testing purposes. On the first page they are notably bigger than the second page.The entire style for these buttons are being called through an ssi and there is no difference between the code on any of these pages. I've looked for <div> errors, but I couldn't find anything out of place or different between the two pages.The style is set to 4em, but again, I do not know which one is displaying the buttons correctly.Basically, I just want the buttons to look the same on all of my pages, naturally. I just need helping figuring out the problem.This one is confusing one, because both pages are calling the same exact code through server side includes.Thank you for any help.

Is it possible that dreamweaver 19.1 requires Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 Anniversary Update version 1607 and there is not the possibility to use with Windows 8.1?I have an update Windows 8.1 but I can't install this version.Thanks to all

I have a problem with the site synchronisation.My steps:1 I configured a FTP connection in DW 15 on macOS ("FTP via TLS - explicit encryption", which is possible with DW19, does not work with DW15, may be a bug. But that is another story.)2 I deleted all folders "_notes" in my local site to make sure, that there are no old informations about former synchronisations3 I choosed the command "Synchronize complete site" with the option "push and pull latest files"Expected result:Equal time stamps for alle files locally and remoteBut that is not the case. Why do my boxes not line up by 3 as anticipated when using <div class="col-sm-4 col-md-4 col-lg-4">???Also now that I have switched to https, the design side of Dreamweaver page looks all wrong, but uploads correctly...for the most part. Some of the boxes return to next line. I'm basically just making the finishing touches on my navigation menu at this point, and while I have styled the menu almost completely how I wanted it, there are still two problems.1.I would like to line up the 'x' that appears so that you can close the overlay menu with the hamburger icon that you use to open it. It just makes more sense that way. Right now, you'll be able to see that the 'x' is much lower and more to the left than the hamburger icon. I have a static PHP page that has a column on the left with images and on the right with text. I want to make it responsive, so use css like 'float left', but I need to control the space between the columns and how close the columns are to the edges of the page. Is there a tutorial for that for dreamweaver? It's in tables now. Thanks.
