Hello friends!I just recently moved my site: unitybaptistfulton.org from Microsoft Expression Web 4 to Dreamweaver CC 2019. Along with the obvious learning curve, I have encountered a few errors have yet to discover the fix for.1. Whenever I put files to my hosting server in order to update my website, I get the error message on many files saying same - not transferred.I looked up the error and came across this forum:DW CC will not Put files to remote The person asking the question was told to look at his root directory and make sure it was correct. I did and my root directory wasn't specified, so I changed it to what my hosting server said it was --- /. After doing that, all of the files I wanted were not updated and transferred, but a good majority actually transferred. However, after working on the site a bit more and refreshing it to keep up with the updates, it started giving me the same - not transferred error again for a bulk of the files. Hi,I set up my DW CC 2018 (v. 18.2) with the MAMP. I made some test files with php, html, php includes. I guess everything is set up correctly the MAMP in the Dreamweaver. The problem is with the PREVIEW. When clicking the LIVE VIEW, it shows totally blank page (and before a message that the URL could not found.) Curiously, the DESIGN VIEW shows me the file but is not so reliable. Most important is the browser, right?HOWEVER, when I open the browser (Chrome, Opera...) FROM THE FINDER, the files are there! I can also see the directory list in /localhost/ If I select any of the html or php files from that list, I can see all of them rendered properly, so the local server IS WORKING, but there is something wrong with the DW interface that gives me those errors mentioned. I also tried in preferences > Generate temporal file for preview, I tried changing the ports, 80... 8888... etc. but same story. Should I go to the terminal and type sudo and so on...? I'm building a html email and for the most part it's going well but there are two images (the ones with the alt tag "doesn't reach" in the code) that I can't get to show as the same width as the rest of the white sections even though they show correctly in a regular browser. I would appreciate some help. I am not a web designer or developer. I have been thrown into looking after my website since my guy quit. I have made some changes on Dream Weaver to my website without problems. But the Contact page would not load the changes I made. It's the only page that has html and a php files. The changes on the html wouldn't load. So I tried the php file. Mistake. Now the page shows the code and the toll free number I was trying to remove is still there. Plus when I go back to html it won't load now. Ideas? Career change? Thanks.

Hello. My .Vue files are displaying as all white. I would like them to have the same color coding as my .html files. Please advise as to how i can get .vue files to have code coloring.

I have been doing very little programming due to health issues but have always checked for updates. I always see NONE. Yet when I enter Help I read:Not FoundThe requested URL /en_US/dreamweaver/cs/using/AH_HOME.html was not found on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.I've seen no reference to CS 6 and I'm wondering what's going on. I have received no emails on an update/upgrade. I have owned and paid for Dreamweaver for too many years to remember.Can someone tell me what's going on?

Most of me adobe CC apps won't open and get stuck on a splash screen in front of the app. I can see that the app is open behind the splash screen with menu's, toolbars, etc. but the screen in front keeps reloading the same thing over and over but never completes it. This image is the most I get. If I click on the "X" it closes the app completely. Maybe this is for Creative Cloud but that console opens.Thanks all.

Trying to tidy up something i have made. Its for a portfolio page, i would like it so there isn't a line border or background colour around the image.(ignore the image, just filler)html is:<button type="button" data-toggle="modal" data-target="#myModal4"> <img class="card-img-top" src="images/testpic.jpg" alt="Card image cap"> </button>if i remove the <button> the image increases in size and the border disappears, so thats why I'm assuming its to do with <button>but i can't find anything in the bootstrap css under 'button' that would help me do this.

Background. After trying CC for Dreamweaver after the CS3 suite Extensions manager started crashing, I've been trying to install a third party extension as per instructions using ExManCmd. As a side note, the instructions on the site will not work since they have the wrong folder name, but I took care of that. Okay, now I have ExManCmd working, but when I attempt to install the Extension I use the following:./ExManCmd --install com.hotdreamweaver.form2mail.zxpThen I get the response:dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/VulcanMessage5.dylib  Referenced from: /Users/michaelcoslo/Desktop/./ExManCmd  Reason: image not foundAbort trap: 6Any ideas? I would like to at least try CC to see if it will work, as I will be in a world of hurt if I switch over from CS3 - which doesn't work, to CC, and still have an issue.Thanks, Mike

I build sites using Joomla and I use dreamweaver to prepare files and manage content on hosting.I usually use my own hosting but this time I'm using my clients.I found out that I can upload files/images but for some reason I can't replace or delete them.i feel it has to do with the way the hosting is setup with SSL because I have done several tests including deleting a file using the joomla administrator but the file still shows online. Using dreamweaver I can't replace or delete it.Dreamweaver seems to interact normally with the server without SSL, I can upload files/images but I can't delete/replace.I need to replace some images but I can't figure out how to set up my site server's info to be able to fully manage this.Hope I made myself clearThanx in advance for your feedback

I've started coding in React.js, but Emmet seems to be working intermittently. It worked for "button" but not "div>h1+p". Is it possible to enable Emmet to work fully when coding .jsx files in Dreamweaver? If so, how?I'm using Dreamweaver CC 19.0.

Dreamweaver CC 2019 is really slow and freezing when lots of files opened.Does anybody know if I have to disable any settings to get it to play ball?I am getting to the point were I am having to force quit the application.Even having is crash out when flicking between files.

One of the best things about Adobe Muse was that the client could make minor edits with in their website, without having to use WordPress, or another CMS. Does anyone know if that option still exist after building a site with Dreamweaver?
