Hello,I am trying to create a form that changes on the fly when I select from a list in a drop down feature.  I have three different drop down fields that I need to change when someone fills out the form.  This is for registering with a gymnastics school so an example of the drop down criteria:Drop down 1                                              Drop down 2                                                    Drop down 3Select Class            

The same settings that connect fine to my new webhost with Filezilla don't work for DW (error msg. below, solutions listed tried). The only difference in settings is selecting SFTP in DW forces a Port entry of 22 - I can't delete it. I am attempting to use a typekit font in a DW CC 2017 project and cannot figure it out. In previous DW verisons, it was pretty easy. I highlighted some text and went to manage fonts and selected the font, but that did not work. Can someone steer me in the right direction?Thanks,Joe

I am trying to achieve the above for the website I am creating but having problems.What I want id for the logo to appear in area shown and then clickable links 1-4 which take you to the respective articles.At the moment I am getting the logo and then 1-4 stacked instead of in the arrangement shown on a b=mobile.I am using DW CS6 and Bootstrap 3Any feedback greatly welcome - thank you in advance.Terry

After a computer crash, I had to undertake a fresh install, including Dreamweaver CS6, SQL Server 2016, and Coldfusion 10. All went well until I looked at the files listed under the drop-down menu of associated databases in Dreamweaver. Though the names of the databases I created on the SQL Server are there, what appears in the drop-down actually belongs, it seems, to the Master db.  I have tried reinstalling Coldfusion and reinstalling Dreamweaver without resolving the issue. I am modestly technically savvy but what to do to resolve this has me flummoxed. Any suggestions? Here is the Dreamweaver drop-down menu I seeHere is the actual table data on the sql server

I have had this problem with cs5 and now cs6 is doing this. I just installed cs6. I have my site added. On dreamweaver half of my images do not show on the design side. I work in split view. When I preview in a browser all images show up. They are also there when I go to the add image pop up. They are in the box but not in the preview there either. What would cause this to happen? I have been using cs5 for years and it just started doing this 3 days ago. I had already ordered cs6 so I thought when that was installed it would stop. No luck. Please help. This is frustrating.

Hello, I use Dreamweaver to open and edit .xml files (for translations), but in the last version, Dreamweaver break the  coloring code at some point on the page. Can you help me to restore the complete coloring of the code on the page?Thanks

I am having trouble with my contact form. When I click the Submit button a new email page comes up instead of the email going directly. Hello, I got asked to edit a website that was previously built with Wordpress. When i enter Dreamweaver and set up the site and FTP, I get all the files and when i go to the index.html file it seems to bring up a different page that says "Website is currently under construction" but when i visit the site that is up and running its different than that? Am i missing something?

I'm building a long complex registration form, and I am wanting to get more clarification on using the HTML5 semantic tags within a form.Is it advisable to even use HTML5 semantic tags in a form?Some sites say forms aren't considered content, so they don't need such tags, like <section>.I have some parts of the form contained in <fieldset> tags...Should I use the <legend> tag or a heading tag (like <h2>) to specify a title for that part of the form?Heading tags get included in the document structure outline, so I'm not sure if the legend tag is useful anymore. Plus it is a pain to style.Should I also enclose each <fieldset> in a <section> tag, or is that redundant?I've searched various online tutorial sites for answers and only got myself more confused.Thanks for any help!Kim

Since updating to this version of DW, my panels have been "blank" or empty. Rather, most of them particularly Properties, Snippets and Files, which are those that I use the most.If I maximize my screen and stretch the files panel all the way I can see the files.Any suggestions on how to fix?

Some years ago I used Dreamweaver CS5 with PHP (5.6) and MySQL. I used 'Classroom in a book' as my tutorial and with the help from the Dreamweaver community managed to get my personal (non-profit) site working. Apart from changing content and adding new pages (based on previous ones) little has changed. The main change has been that Dreamweaver has been regularly updated (now CC 2018). I am now seeking to update my website to be HTML5. I've been following various tutorials (Adobe and Kelby One) and they appear to stop short when showing how to extract and display dynamic data etc. The latest 'Classroom in a book' doesn't appear to include this. I've searched on the internet but the more I look the more I get confused. I'm therefore asking for advice on what is the best way forward and where can I get the appropriate tutorials/education.Thanks in advance.Cliff

Running Dreamweaver 18.0 on macOS High Sierra version 10.13.3. In the past, I was able to open HTML documents by selecting "Open With" and selecting Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver would launch, and the file would open. Now, when I take the same steps, Dreamweaver launches, but the file does not open. I have to go back to the file to open it or click open in Dreamweaver to select the file. Dreamweaver is the only Adobe app that does this. I have no issues with other apps such as Ai and Ps. Any suggestions? It is more of an annoyance if anything.

Hi,I find it little practical to click on the small cross in order to close each file open with DW. So sometimes, I close the program, save the files when I prompted to do it and start again DW. Then DW opens all the files and even more files. How can I start with only one document?

I'm at the end of the page and need to add some additional rows (already completed 40 rows) . The Insert Rows function is no longer working. How can add an additional 5 rows?

Hi Everyone; I'm fairly new to Dreamweaver but I know that does not excuse me from using a table on my website!! I'm using the latest CC 2018.But I have used a 3 column table with the intention of holding the content together in a line - which it does perfectly.I have wrapped the table in a div and then auto aligned the left and right margins of the div, this centres the table in dreamweaver but as soon as I open in browser the table is still left aligned.Is there something I am missing? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi guys, Previously I used to be able to to preview an emailer in Internet Explorer from Dreamweaver CC and then send the page as an emailer to save it as an OFT.  However, now when I follow the same steps, the emailer opens with a dreamweaver icon and not the actual HTML. Pleaaaase helppp

HelloI need some help ... or explanation.I have a form with a php respond on a server that when I did it, I put my email to checked if I got a return.Well, when I saw that I got one, I took out my email and re-send the php file to the server.Mmm .. I still got emial from that form.Well, then, I deleted the php file from the server and re-send the new file (like 10 times verify that my email wasnt' on it) soI thought, problem solved.Guess what?  I'm still getting email from that form ... WT$?What's going on?How can I fix that?Did you ever had that kind of 'thing' happened to you?I'll wait for your respond ... this is freakyThanks
