I would like to extract some fields from a form and insert the data on another web page.This other webpage would be like a calendar and the data from the form would be inserted in to the calendar according to the date entered in the form.I was just wondering what would be the best way to do this?Thank you in advance.

This is infuriating. Dreamweaver build 10136 randomly crashes. Needles to say, all editing done on unsaved pages are gone. Wish you would come up with an autosave feature. AllI got the three code error messages shown on the screenshot. What do the first two mean? The third one is strange as I have a <td> start tag as well as the </td> end tag.ThanksAlanBTW Why do I only get three error messages in DW, yet using WC3 Validator I get 153

Upon "creating new," after selecting html>bootstrap>create new, the file opens with multiple errors in the two attached .js files."Source code" and "bootstrap.css" have the green checkmark in properties panel, but "jquery-1.11.3.min.js" and "bootstrap.js" have red checkmarks and are full of errors. I am working on creating a site for my college final due at the end of this week and I cannot even begin because of these errors.I have uninstalled and reinstalled DW. I have deleted all my previous assignments, and still the errors exist.Please help. Thank you.

Hi I would like to design a navigation bar in fireworks and transfer ti to Dreamweaver.The images transfer but the code does not and the Nav bar does not work as designed.In Dreamweaver there is no option to insert Image objects.Anyone Please help

Suppose I would like the server to ignore only a portion of a line of html. What are the symbols for that, if any? I seem to recall past use of those, but would prefer not to embark on a trial-and-error experimentation to try to recover them.With thanks in advance,and best holiday wishes,jwc

Help! I don't know much about Dreamweaver or coding but I am working on an e-mail blast. The images show up in dreamweaver, and they also show up if I click on the .html on my computer. If I email the .html, the images show up as blue question marks. How do I fix this? I have read not to link picture from folders on your computer, but I'm confused on how else I would do it?! Hello:I purchased Photoshow 1.0.3 for Dreamweaver.  When I try to install it, it says "The extension can not be installed.  It requires Dreamweaver 13 or greater".  I have Dreamweaver CC.  Adobe support is not offered on this product, so then sent me to this forum.  Does anyone know how to install this Add On.  I paid $9.99 to Adobe and would like to use it.Thanks !

Hello, all,Sorry for posting this question, here, but I couldn't find an Adobe forum for just HTML/CSS/jQuery stuff.I am attempting to use jQuery autocomplete, and I've got the .js and .css files loaded, it's working, but there's a slight issue.  When the suggested items appear below the input text field, the 'box' that they appear in extends past the right edge of the browser in FireFox53, IE11, and Chrome56.  The horizontal slidebar appears at the bottom of the browser and presents a slider that's about half the width of the browser.  I can't figure out how to get it to go away.  Any suggestions appreciated.V/r,^ _ ^

I wonder if anyone could help me to solve a problem in Dreamweaver CC? The problem is that I can't align some textcontent with a colored background in the bottom with other content in a row. The sketch illustrates what I mean. I have tried with 100vh but that doesn't work, and I've tried with grid-containers, but though I have a margin on the right side the content flows outside it. What shall I do? I'm not using pixelheight because I want it to flow when resizing browswers. Any suggestion how to code this right?

I've had this problem for several months:The site templates for 2 different websites both report the same error "This template doesn't have any editable regions. Are you sure you want to continue?"When I click YES, the template for the site http://acslaw.com.au updates all its children pages without a problem, in spite of the warning; the other, http://balmainmassage.com.au, reports one more error: "There is an error at line### column ### (absolute poisition #####) of <path of first file to be updated>: Unbalanced InstanceEndEditable tag" and no files get updated.[Note that these two templates both have had recent updates. The template for a third site built a year ago doesn't display any problem.]As I cannot find any problem with either template, I'm inclined to call this a bug after a Dreamweaver update. It's been a while since I did development work but now that I have the latest version of Dreamweaver I'd like to set up my Windows 10 machine to do some development. What I'd like to do is run a localhost but I want to be using content (database entries, images etc) from my live website. I've forgotten how to do this. I seem to remember running Lamp (or was that when I was on Ubuntu? What's the Windows equivalent?) - do I need to do this still? I seem to remember having to do a local install of Wordpress and then locally download all the plugins too. Do I still need to do this? And ultimately, when I'm happy with the local dev, it would be nice to push it live via ftp, but I can worry about that later. I have tried searching for this but because I can't remember the correct terminology to do what I'm trying to achieve, I'm not getting the right search results.Any quick pointers to the correct how-to would be appreciated, and apologies for being a bit dumb. It's been a while!

I am trying to set up a bootstrap carousel using the "one-click" method from the "insert" menu. I have had success with this previously.The carousel begins normally with the first image loading but when it comes time for the second image to slide in, the window (image area) collapses - full width but no height! Hi,I have received help on the following page:  VPCFO Mission The keys are that the page needs to be responsive.  I don't have media queries setup correctly yet.One thing I wonder is how to make the "Our Mission" and "Our Vision" boxes closer together but still be centered and responsive.  Do I change the margin for the CSS of big-title-box of Our Mission to auto auto auto 100px and the margin of big-title-box of Our Vission to auto 100px auto auto for the desktop media query and then remove the 100px margins for the media query when the responsiveness takes effect and the Our Vission box falls underneath the Our Mission box?I want those two boxes to be centered but closer together without touching.  Also it would be good to eliminate the red horizontal border line that is outside of each box (Our Mission and Our Vission) when the screensize shrinks and Our Vission falls underneath of Our Mission.I assume I need to do this with media queries also but I am struggling

I was working on a htm/css project and then saved the work and closed the files in dreamweaver. Then I tried to rename the folder containing the project in Windows. It said the folder was in use and did not let me rename. I closed the files in Dreamweaver. I closed Dreamweaver and was then allowed to rename the folder but when I tried to open Dreamweaver it crashed. (ucrtbase.dll)Imgur: The magic of the Internet I switched the folder name back to what it was and dreamweaveropened fine.I was able to duplicate this over and over by deleting and restoring this folder.So Dreamweaver's ability to launch is directly tied to this file path that just contains only a web project.(C:\MyFiles\School\IDT Year 1\MULT-124\LO4\grid-layout-files)

I'm making a simple webpage for a project using a trial of Dreamweaver 2017.1; here's the audio and video code:<video autoplay loop muted>    <source src="SkyLetterVideo.mp4" type="video/mp4">   </video><audio autoplay loop><source src="background.mp3" type="audio/mpeg"><source src="background.ogg" type="audio/ogg"></audio>Audio and video work fine in live view and in browser previews (Chrome 8 and Safari 10) but I can't hear audio in mobile previews on a Google Pixel 2 (Android 8 Chrome v62) or an iPhone 5 (Webkit v602). Video however does work on both mobile devices.Can anyone help explain why I can't get audio to work in mobile? Thanks to anyone who looks at this!
