How do I change this code to the extension msqli or pdo so that the error goes away?

I accidentally turned on something that highlights all of the pages on my website. Can someone tell me how to turn this off? It does not show up on the published website. Thanks!

Is there an autosave feature now and if so where can I find it?

This may seem like an easy fix but not well-versed in this area and needing assistance ASAP. Someone from our organization deleted a donor page to give donations and the button is coming up with an error page.I do have the new URL that was created but need to insert this so it points to the right page. Hey guys, Wasn't sure where exactly this type of post would be approriate to post so here i am.  I am one year out of college and taught myself basically Dreamweaver and this is my very first major website.  I would just like to see what anybody would have to say about it.  ALSO if you could i would like to hear the price range of what this site would usually cost if you were to do it.  It's about 160 pages and all pictures were provided.  Thanks!

Hello everyone. There's something that has been driving mi crazy lately. I made a webpage that includes a video played in HTML 5 and a link to download the same video. But when I try to download it, the video becomes fullscreen, so the only way to download it is by right click and selecting "save links as" which is a litlte annoying (not for me, but some people)My question is, how can I make a link to download this video in a simple clic??Greetings!

Dreamweaver CC doesn't display the Import Word or Import Excel options. Apparently it's not recognizing Office 365, which is what our company uses. How do I fix this?

Yesterday my DW CC started being non-responsive. It will not stop reading file activity even when I use a local hard drive. I turned off my sync in Creative Cloud. I can't open anything or work on anything. I don't even work online. I use DW for editing HTML files. I have uninstalled and reinstalled DW this morning.Any help would be great.

There is a strange bug in the new Dreamweaver. Whenever I try to select a code block, then click copy, and change windows and back again, it removes the code and replaces it with a "-".Video here - DreamweaverBug - YouTubeAlso, when you use the bottom toolbar to select code blocks, this highlighted section needs to appear in the middle of the code section. Hey everyoneIm in a web design class that utilizes Dreamweaver. I have finished my assignment and it opens up correctly when opened in Dreamweaver, but when I transfer the file to my website via FileZilla, all of the formatting disappears. Can anyone give me advice as to how to fix this? thank you

Adobe developers - please note - my guess is this has been reported but there are two HIGHLY ANNOYING bugs in DW 2017 that were not in previous versions.   We are using the OSX version.  1>   Opening DW in code view mode always results in the window not remembering its previous size - and in fact,  goes full screen , which means we have to drag / resize it EVERY SINGLE TIME we go to use it.   Once resized,  the window size and position holds when new files are opened, but if you exit the app and start it again - no hold.   FIX IT PLEASE 2>  When switching between various code elements ( i.e. JS file, CSS file , Source) on the top menu,    EVERY SINGLE TIME the  position where were were in the code defaults back to the top of the page.    For instance - we are on line 1200 of particular source code  file,   we switch over to the CSS file to make a quick  mod,  th

Wonder if there is anyone out here who can help - I'm really new to website design and going through an incredibly steep learning curve. I'm using Dreamweaver CS4 and have designed a nice form on my website to get feedback from my visitors.  I have had a go a draft the codes for a PHP page to get the info on my form emailed through to me.  First problem was getting the email to come through but my server has given me a small test PHP file that seems to have sorted that out.  What I am struggling with now is how to adapt that "test" php page from my server to take the information clients put into my form, emailed to me.  I then need to be able to redirect folk back to the contact page on my website once they've had their acknowledgment email. I have to be honest and say I really don't know what I am doing but want to learn - I feel I am so close, but just need help with the last little bit.  Would really appreciate any help you could give.  Thank you in ant

Greetings!As a designer/coder (in that order) I'm rather excited to be nearing the completion of my first site in years. The help I've received from this forum's usual suspects made connecting the dots between the old methods and the new ones easier than they should've been.The two items on my plate today are :Making a (horizontal, middle-of-the-screen) navbar stick to the top of the page once it's scrolled its way up there. When clicking "Menu" button, slide open a menu (either a vertical one that opens from the left side, pushing the rest of the design to the right -- or a horizontal one that opens under the navbar, filling 100% width and pushing the rest of the design lower down).As usual when Googling these subjects, the returns are all over the place (many of them relying on technology that has since been made obsolete by newer tech) so I feel safer coming here and asking the pros what avenues or scripts they recommend taking in 2017 for these two missions.Thanks!

I recently tried opening Dreamweaver on my MAC and it will not open due to various java script error messages.  I tried downloading an update for it, it failed, and now I don't get the java script error messages, but a message that just says that Dreamweaver can't be opened.  I tried looking for the cache.dat file in the configurations folder and there is none.  Your help would be much appreciated.  I'm baffled.

This image pretty much sums it up. I've got 10 (now 11) source links in this HTML source code. First one is for a google font. Next is for web icons. Next 6 are for CSS styles sheets. At the bottom I have three AngularJS files linked to. The first is the minifed version of Angular then a link to the Angular UI Router. Last one shown here is to my app.js file but it doesn't show up in the Related Files at the top. I've since added another AngularJS file which deals with some elements of a specific view.Neither of these Angular JS files are reflected in the Related Files section. As such I have to open them up specifically. Not a huge inconvenience but if I can get them to open with the other files, that would be easier.Any suggestions/ideas as to why this is?I'm using the most up to date version of DreamWeaver CC 2017 on a PC running 64 bit Win10 Home OS.Thanks!

HelloI have created some hotspots on a large image so that certain things can be clicked on.The issue I have is that the cursor only changes from the arrow to the hand on a few of the hotspots which are all roughly the same size. Sometimes the pointer changes for a brief moment before reverting to the arrow once again. I have installed an Ajatix add-on (boughtin the  Adobe Exchange) through the desktop app, but it is only installed in DW CC2015 but not DW CC2017. uninstalled the old CC extension manager, re-booted and tried again but still the add-on is only installed in the CC2015 program.I am in a bind because some other add-ons from S43 that I had been using in CC2015 would not install in CC2017, and I am scared to stop using CC2015 in case I can no longer update my websites if I move them to CC2017. I though the solution might be to re-build everying in CC2017 using add-ons bought through Adobe add-ons, but even that only worls in CC2015!Question is - how can I get add-ons installed into CC2017?Thanks for any help!

I can't seem to get Realtime Preview to use any updated css styles that are linked in an external css file. Live View updates with the new styles, but not Realtime Preview.Realtime Preview respects the css in the external file for all that is unchanged, but any changes or additions are ignored.It's like it's using a cached version of the old css file and won't let go of it.Anyone have ideas or help?Thanks

Hi,Total newb question; I'm creating an email in Dreamweaver that I'm planning on sending out through my Gmail account.  I have an image in the header which displays fine when I preview it with the images from my computer, but when I copy the code into the email the images aren't displaying. I keep getting the following error...error: DwWef script exceptionI'm using Dreamweaver cc 2017. The error occurs when trying to insert specific features.In one instance, it was the header H1 tag, and in another instance, it was a responsive image (default). So far, it's looking like any insert menu with a drop down menu for some reason... 0_OCan somebody help me fix this? It is getting in the way of completing an answer to my other topic...
