We rolled out Adobe CC and Acrobat DC Pro last year to all of our systems at work. When creating the install we selected the auto-update option and allowed users to update application/s. We are finding a number of these systems not updating on their own. I am checking to see if there are any methods to force a update to CC to the current version with a command that we can push out to the systems. I don't want to manually have to go to each of the systems and do a manual check for updates.
Host_ElevationFail (on Win 7)This message showed when we attempted to install Acrobat Pro DC for teams.so I saved the installation file to the desktop and right clicked it to run as administrator. But got the same message.Any suggestions ? ? ?
Dear all,we have about 30 Creative Cloud subscriptions via Creative Cloud for Teams.Since the Cloud Packager isn't supported anymore for CC 2019 we did create and download the packages from the Teams Administration page. These are the well-known setup.exe and MSI files like created from the Cloud Packager and the deployment did work great in the past. But with the new 2019 versions it seems to be neccessary that the setup can access the domain "na1e-acc.services.adobe.com" for whatever?!The research was made by sniffing the packets and analyzing the PDApp.log file.Unfortunately the domain "na1e-acc.services.adobe.com" seems to resolve in a bunch of AWS domains radomly so it's impossible to whitelist it in the firewall. And proxy usage is only possible with the IE proxy, right? Is there a way to install CC 2019 completely offline or to we have to skip this version? Thank you and best regards,Nico
I am having a few issues deploying Adobe Pro 17 to a gold image. I want to disable the sign on and registration prompt so the end users don't have to do it every time they log in. In my environment, we use Vmware, Citrix, and ProfileUnity to deploy a pool of virtual desktops. Every time a user logs in, they are issued a random desktop from the pool. Adobe Pro 17 comes down to the user desktop from ProfileUnity. That part all works fine, but the user is prompted to sign in and register the product every time they are issued a new desktop from the pool. I am wondering if anybody has successfully deployed Adobe Pro in this fashion. Thanks!
None of the hyperlinks work in the exported PDF file - signed with digital signature. How to solve that?
Hello,Is there a new location for the Adobe AIP documentation? The link below does not work.https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/aip.html I'm looking for this information, because I'm confused regarding patch order. If I have planned update "AcroRdrDCUpd1901020091"Then Out of Cycle update "AcroRdrDCUpd1901020098"Do I simply create a fresh AIP and patch with "AcroRdrDCUpd1901020098", assuming all patches before are included the last released patch?

My agency is using a serial CC enterprise deployment. We wish to surpress the prompt for a sign in using an adobe id.Do we have to disable/surpress the entire Creative Cloud Desktop App in the install package? And if so, does that mean updates can not be allowed on the PC (via the option to allow users with non admin rights to receive updates)?Do you then have to use the remote manager to distribute updates?ThanksSteve
I am trying to create packages to deploy in my lab. When I try to run the Creative Cloud Packager, It just hangs like its doing something. I choose creative cloud for education and then I sign in using my Adobe ID. See screenshot belowFor hours...
Hi Adobe, I'm trying to allocate licences to 9 computers in a school environment. And after installing the CC package on each PC and downloading Apps, one licence shifts from one computer to another, and I still have all my licences available in the portal. I've been on hold for 27 minutes. Is no one there today? Thanks,
We want to deploy Acrobat Pro 2017 to workstations assigned to users. We do not want to "invite" users to create their own individual Adobe accounts and install it themselves. However, the licensing site for Acrobat seems to be set up to assign it that way.How do we change this so I can download the Acrobat DC Pro package to our network and push it out to workstations with SCCM as needed. We need to have this centrally managed, not have users do their own installations. Many users don't even have admin rights to install this on their own anyway.Users come and go, so we do not want licenses tied to external user accounts that we have to maintain outside of our own domain.
assigned users in my team doesn't have available the AE CC 16... why?
Hi , For API integration we need integration key to enabled . Kindly help on the same. Thanks & Regards,Balaji.

Good Evening,I'm attempting to extract the latest 19.010.20091 reader DC exe for an SCCM application package. I've verified that if I just install the exe I get the correct 19.010.20091 version, but once I extract the MSI file using 7zip and install I'm getting version 15.007.20033 from that same exe.Does anyone know what's going on? I really need to get that MSI to install the correct version.Thank you for any assistance you can provide,Robert S
As per the title a license has been assigned to an end user in Adobe Admin Console. The user has logged in to download the Acrobat Pro package and it is showing a link to subscribe.
Bear with me as I'm fairly new to the Adobe Creative Cloud world. I saw on the Adobe Security Bulletin page that there is a new Creative Cloud Desktop App out (4.8.0.410). Normally, I download adobe apps for distribution (flash for example) create a script, then distribute to my users using SCCM.1. When I click on the download center, it brings me to the page to download the version that need Internet access to install. This won't work as I need an offline version to install. I found this page to download the offline install but it is a version behind at 4.8.0.400. Is there a link to download the offline version of 4.8.0.410 somewhere?2. Even with the offline version, I can't seem to get this to install/update silently through command line. Tried --silent, /s, -s ... nothing works. It pops up with a screen for users to enter in their credentials (we are federated with Adobe). I need this to be all behind the scenes as I'll be scripting this and
Hi, I am having troubles getting my domain validated. I have put up the txt record and checked it with MX toolbox like the other forum post but I still get the error"We were unable to validate ownership for the requested domain. Verify the DNS setup for the domain and try again."Any Ideas?

Lengthy email correspondence with Adobe support on this issue with Explorer.Exe closing and not relaunching.Package DetailsI have created a new streamlined package with applications that the business really need.Current version of Adobe Cloud Packager V1.7.0.4.3Adobe Acrobat XI ProAdobe Illustrator CCAdobe InDesign CCAdobe Photoshop CCSelf Updates disabled. We recently purchased licensing for Acrobat Pro for using Sign. The intention was to use the integration with Salesforce. However, after purchasing through our software vendor, it seems that it may be possible that the integration with Salesforce is done through a different version. My vendor, (and by Proxy, Adobe themselves, as my vendor conferred with his contacts) have assured me that the SKU is the same for both products. What I need is to figure out how to download or install the Salesforce integration for Acrobat Pro. I've been unable to find anything in the management console, nor in Acrobat itself.Any assistance is appreciated.
I've recently setup the local Adobe Update server and can successfully update my Creative Cloud applications on this one machine, but adobe acrobat will not point to the new server, it still shows in AdobeApplicationUpdater log that it is pointing to adobes web update site. The problem is our firewall is blocking that and it is throwing me an error. Is there any where I can change the update URL. I have placed theAdobeUpdater.Overrider file in \ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdater.Overrides\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\UpdaterResourcesbecause acrobat is not part of Creative Cloud do I need to play it in another location?
