Hi, In the link below, it says At the end of 2019, Adobe plan to start decommissioning the use of serial numbers. Is it real? To me, it is quite suspicious. https://www.adobeeventsonline.com/enterprise/2018/Update/invite.html Can anyone confirm it? Thanks,Shuopan
I've created an App-V sequence of Adobe Acrobat DC 18.011.20063 via the document App-V Deployment | Acrobat DC. When I test by installing on a VM using the Powershell command Add-AppvClientPackage <package.appv> -DynamicDeploymentConfiguration <DeploymentConfig.xml> | Publish-AppvClientPackage -Global | Mount-AppvClientPackage, it installs and launches successfully. However, when the same sequence is pushed to the machine via SCCM, the Adobe Acrobat DC shortcut is missing from the Start Menu. The Distiller shortcut is present as well as all the files in the App-V folder. I've tried many things to get this to work properly and no luck. There is an application in the DeploymentConfig.xml called AcrobatInfo.exe which has the same <name> as Adobe Acrobat DC. I've set that to "Application Enabled=False" and no luck.Any ideas to help me out? I'm stumped.
Just had a useless hour long chat with a couple support people, one claiming to be a Supervisor.I am at the end of my annual term for Creative Cloud for Teams and want to cancel before the next annual renewal on Nov 6. Per the terms, I should be able to cancel the renewal now and use the software I have paid for until the end of the current term. Support says they can only cancel it now and I can't use the remaining time on my paid product. They lie and say those are not the terms for Creative CLoud for Teams and that there is no way for them to do this - all I am asking for is exactly what the terms say should happen!Has anyone else dealt with this? We are using a privoxy white-listing proxy server which does not require authentication and works flawlessly with Creative Cloud Desktop 4.5.0.331; but any artists who have updated to 4.7.0.400 get prompted for proxy credentials that do not exist. I am guessing that 4.7.0.400 requires access to one or more servers that are not listed in the support documentation for required sites (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html). I have white-listed all of the following (the plus sign acts as a wildcard on privoxy, so some of these are probably redundant; but I have them in place, just in case I am reading the documentation incorrectly):+. services.adobe.com+.acrobat.com+.adbecrsl.com+.adobe.com+.adobecc.com+.adobecce.com+.adobeccstatic.com+.adobedtm.com+.adobeexchange.com+.adobejanus.com+.adobeku.com+.adobelogin.com+.adobeoobe.com+.adoberevel.com+.adobesc.com+.adobetag.com+.bam.nr-data.net+.behance.net+.businesscatalyst.com+.creativecloud.com+.ctldl.windowsupdate.com+.d

Hi!Adobe (Acrobat) Reader DC. In Tools Pane appear many tools unusable for users, I mean – when they try to use these (some of) they will be redirected to … Anyway, is there possible (using registry or script etc.) to remove some tools from Tools Pane, firstly these which users can’t use? Yes, I’m aware there is no such option for Reader in customization wizard, but perhaps is some other options to accomplish this. Very confusing for users to have options they can’t use anyway. Also, I’m not sure removing Tools Pane in full is good ideas as some of tools could be handy (which is directly usable in Reader and don’t need any … purchase or setup, you know.).More thanks, Alar.PS! Sorry if this question is answered somewhere here, couldn’t find. Please point.
Have been running Adobe DC or Creative Suites using Named User deployment in a Cittrix XenDesk 7.16 environment using stateless machines with user profiles for 6months with no issues. Yesterday when users tried to login to Adobe DC they are getting the popup for the "License limit reached" and the two options to either "sign me out of other computers so I can sign in here"or "I signed out of one computer so I can sign in here" Each user has their own Named User license assigned. What all of sudden could be causing the license to not "release/reset" when the VDI machine is shutdown. Once again this starting happening just yesterday and is taking place with separate companies that we support each with their own Adobe Subscription Accts. The architecture for the XenDesk environment is the same for all of them.
Actually we are running CC 2018 on a Windows Terminal Server 2012R2 that seems not to be supported by CC 2019 anymore - CC installer rejects to update. Will it be possible to use CC 2019 versions if we decided to upgrade one of our Terminal Servers to Windows Server 2019?No, we don't use Windows Desktop PCs anymore..Thank you in advance!Gerhard Schneider
Hello,i tried to install Creative Cloud for teams on my MacBookPro in the the homeoffice, then my MacBook crashed and doesn't boot anymore. I find out that the connection to CC needs the dedicated grafic chip (AMD Radeon HD), wich is now overheated (i contacted the apple support). What can i do? Do the CC apps work without a dedicated grafic chip? Can i deactive the external AMD and work with the internal chip (Intel HD Graphics) ? Or is there another solution?Best RegardsSteffi

Hello,In the Creative Cloud Packager installer on Mac OS there is a message that the cc 2019 version is not supported. The only way to access it is to go through the administrator console on the web and create a package. But this only creates Nominatif license packages and we have an educational K12 license for desktop deployment. How should I proceed to access the latest version?Thank you[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Moved from regular to deployment... Hello.I'm running Acrobat DC on a Windows 2016 Server with Citrix Virtual Apps 7.15 LTSR. I reinstalled the program, because my users have some problems. On my first uninstallation I used the appwiz.cpl. After restarting the machine and install the program the App crashes.Next try: I uses the cleanup utility, reboot the machine and install again. Same crash. In the third run, I installed the program without a license key. Same problem.I don't have any idea to solve the problem. Here are my error messages:Protokollname: ApplicationQuelle: Application ErrorDatum: 11.10.2018 14:19:39Ereignis-ID: 1000Aufgabenkategorie:AnwendungsabsturzereignisseEbene: FehlerSchlüsselwörter:KlassischBenutzer: Nicht zutreffendComputer: sever.localBeschreibung:Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: Acrobat.exe,
We're having some issues with licencing for Acrobat Pro 2017 (Classic) on our Remote Desktop Server (Windows Server 2012 R2)It was installed in March and has been OK up until about a week ago, it's now giving a message stating the trial has expired. There were 5 licences purchased (Transactional Licencing Program) and the product was originally licenced and activated with the serial number provided for us in the Adobe LWS portal.I've tried signing in and activating. I've uninstalled Acrobat, run the Acrobat clean up tool, rebooted the server and reinstalled. I've run then Acrobat Customization Wizard, added the serial number and enabled the Offline Exception. Users no longer are prompted to sign in but it's still stuck in a trial state. I've also tried to serialize it through the APTEE utility which seems to complete with a return code of 0 but still has the same issue. Not really sure what to try next, hopefully someone here is able to assist.
how to send an inventation to a new user
Enterprise environment and we're setting the Mode key under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\Legacy\(product name)\(product code) to 0 to prevent download and updating of Acrobat Pro DC. Even after setting the key I'm still seeing a checkbox next to the Automatic Updates under preferences. Is this expected behavior? We still want to manually check for updates so we don't want to hide the option using bUpdater.I've been referencing the following: Windows Updates
When I log in, Adobe directs me to a 'buying' page, has made it unnecessarily difficult just to go to the product(s) I've already bought. This has been a hassle for years, and frankly has kept me away from Adobe products and is making me doubt my purchase
Hi,I have a customer who previously had Creative Cloud All App under VIP. The user who had this licence has since retired, and the licence has not been renewed since 3rd March 2018.The user had Creative Cloud installed on their home laptop as well as on their work laptop. The user is trying to uninstall Creative Cloud on the home laptop, but it's not working. Uninstall is not an option in Control Panel, and they can't log onto Creative Cloud as they no longer have an active licence and the username and password aren't working. The clean-up tool downloaded from Adobe doesn't work either as it's not able to complete the clean-up, saying that the program is running even when it's not. The user is not able to remove individual apps either. How can the user remove all individual apps and the entire CC suite from this laptop?Regards,Pamela
my write doc does not work on an iPhone but does on desktop/ipad...any suggestions
Hi!I've bought a solution for the team, but when I push "Manage team" in my account — nothing works. I'm waiting really long but the page doesn't work and I see the error. When I try to chat with your support service — I see the message that something wrong, try later. When I see the list of phone numbers for countries and try to call in Russian phone number — I hear that the number doesn't exist. Nothing works! NOTHING!I paid money to you, but can't use the software. Is it ok?

My institution has Enterprise Adobe CC. This summer, I created a package, and installed it on all 25 machines in the room we have (We have a total of 30 licenses I believe). A number of the machines (All same version of OS X, Sierra I believe), all installed with the same package. A number of them are asking for Dreamweaver and Dreamweaver only, for a sign in. Other machines in the room do not ask of this when signing in.I'm unsure of what to do next as far as troubleshooting goes, and the next time that Dreamweaver is required for a classes are Thursday, the 20th.
Hello,I am deploying on Adobe Acrobat reader for an enterprise. I have used the Adobe Customization Wizard to generate a transform file (.MST file) and have been able to streamline the installation wizard. I have checked the "Disable Upsell" option inside the installation Wizard:However, it seems when I launch the application, in the bottom right corner there is still a message that offering a "Free Trail" of Acrobat Adobe reader. We do not want this to display to our user community. We would like to turn this off. Is there any way to turn off this feature? Thanks,Zach
I have both the AcroCleaner tool and the built in Acrobat Uninstaller tool for Acrobat 2015 installed on a mac.I can, Of course, manually run each of these tools but I want to run a silent Uninstall from the command line. there doesnt seem to be any relevant documentation on how to pass parameters to either of these applications or indeed, what those parameters are.I have searched and googled and looked at the forums etc with no definitive answers for these specific tools.the command line options for Acrobat Pro X etc or CC do not seem to workAny help would be most appreciated.
