Acrobat Standard XI exist in a 64bit version ?I use MS Office Standard 2013 64BIT on Win 7 64BIT and when I use Winword and I want to insert an object (PDF file) the program return me an error.In Italian compare "L'oggetto è stato creato con il programma Acrobat. Tale programma non è installato nel computer o non risponde. Per modificare l'oggetto, installare Acrobat o verificare che tutte le finestre di Acrobat siano chiuse".Grazie

Hello, we need Adobe Acrobat Reader DC licenses for three employees: for two we bought it as individual accounts. Now we want to buy a third license as an enterprise license. And I would like to transfer two licenses (previously purchased) to a company account. We started Adobe Software Distribution Request. And has been approved. Is it good? If so, what are the next steps?

Looking at upgrading my plan from individual to team as I now need another person to access photoshop/lightroom, as we both use several computers was thinking the team plan would be best. However I only see the option to purchase photoshop as a single app and not Lightroom? Do they not offer Lightroom or does it include it? Am I missing something. Help!

Hi,     Does anybody know if there is an SCCM 2012 deployment guide for Adobe CC products?I checked this guide Creative Cloud Help | Deploying Adobe packages with SCCM , but it is the old package method, prefer SCCM 2012 applications. If no guide for SCCM 2012, is there maybe a list of detection methods for each adobe app.  (I've tried the MSI detection method, but it appears the adobe ones are wrappers, so don't work.  The only way I've found so far is to install the app, then locate the appropriate reg key under HKLM....Uninstall and use that.  It's a bit of a pain to go through and install each one just to get the reg key though.  I will have to do this for all the new deployments ( Creative Cloud) , I'll be able to use the current installs for Creative Suite, so they aren't so bad. Hi!We have a license presumably allowing offline activation (~ exception) of Acrobat 2017. We have made a setup (Customization Wizard and mst etc.) and testing (on Windows 7 Pro) and … everything went ok, but … on target device (also Windows 7 Pro) we see that Acrobat asking about registration and not allowing user to use available options, obviously. We had same with Acrobat DC 2015 – on some devices it did setup ok (meaning about offline activation) on some not. Only difference I see right now is that it does activate ok on en-US version of Windows, but not on et-EE, but I don’t think and can’t be sure it’s the culprit, though.Any ideas on that?More thanks, Alar.

We just bought 45 licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 - CLP. I have installed the version on my computer with the key sent by Adobe but I'm jammed on the "Adobe ID" account. What we should use ? Do we have to manage 45 new Adobe ID ?

I built the package including all apps and installed it on one windows 10 PC with no issue. But when am installing it in a windows 7 64-bit PC it starts installing all the applications and at the end it fails and points me the PDApp.log location. HelloWe just had to redeploy a PC that prior had Indesign installed.This was an Upgrade from CS3 wich we have an CD for.I downloaded the install file and got hold of Our serialnumber from the LWS site.A while into the installation it ask's for the Indesign Cs 5.5 CD.Wich we don't have.What do we do NeXT?Do we have to install the old Version first from the CD?Best regardsJo

Although I'm good at computers but this thing is screwing me up. Everytime this problem kicks in when I try to install a CC product(Photoshop, Premier Pro, etc.) This just happens with every Adobe CC installer. The CC installer installs itself and restarts the explorer.exe and that's it after which it throws the error. After researching I found a error that the Provision tool is showing error 6. I'm running Windows 10(Home) machine, 64-bit with enough space on my drives. Hi,We are trialing virtual desktops with XenDesktop.  We have a limited number of licences for Adobe Acrobat 2017.  I have installed both Adobe Acrobat 2017 and Adobe Reader 2017 on to my Windows 10 1709 master image.  I've created an Active Directory group called Adobe Acrobat Users that will have the list of users who are allowed to use it.  Everyone else just gets the reader.I have restricted access to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2017 so only members of the above group have read/execute permissions.After lots of messing around, I've finally got the user filetype associations working so non-members of that group default to Adobe Reader and users default to Adobe Acrobat.The last piece of the puzzle is removing the Adobe Acrobat plug-in from Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 11 for those who aren't members of the group.  Does anyone have any recommendations?ThanksDavid

I have two servers running as part of a remote desktop farm.  One of them has Reader Xi installed and works fine.  The other has reader DC and that one won't work properly in this environment.  So I need a copy of XI to install on this server so I can have two working versions.  The downloads page for older versions I was on does not give me an option for Xi.  Does anyone have a link that will get me a copy of the XI version of Reader?

Every download fails for Premier Pro, inside or outside the proxy.I see it's coming from the Amazon cloud, anyone else having issues downloading large packages?Sometimes we get 500MB and get excited, then fail!I notice the chat support option is also intermittent.

Hello all,Attempting to customize an installation of Acrobat Standard 2017.  I am using the DC customization wizard (filename CustWiz1502020039_en_US_DC.exe ) and attempting to customize the latest version downloaded by the Acrobat_2017_Web_WWMUI.exe extractor.  Any attempts, however small, to generate a Transform end with the error message "Unable to Submit Changes, MSI Set Value failed, Error Code = 6."Suggestions?

I've whitelisted Adobes domains in the spam-filter but from what I can see nothing even reaches the filter. So this means I can no longer add new members to our team and our team members can no longer reset their passwords. This started a couple of months ago.Any ideas?

We are trying to set up an in-house Adobe update server using AUSST (exe version 4.2.0.8). When using it to download the updates, even when doing a "fresh" download, we are seeing at the end an error message like "Error in 41 items".Upon examining the log file we see errors such as:"Fatal Error '125' occurred while download""Received error from HDPIM type = 8 code = 125"We checked our firewall/web filter and it is definitely not blocking or filtering traffic to/from this server.The error codes on this page Creative Cloud download and install errors suggest that 125 is an "invalid URL" error, however the log file does not display the URL it is trying to access so we are unable to check this.Can anyone suggest a solution?Thanks,Dan Jackson (Senior ITServices Technician)Long Road Sixth Form CollegeCambridge, UK.
