Hello, I have Acrobat 9 Pro CD which is suitable for windows XP Installation.We are going to upgrade windows XP to Windows 8.1, which setup file should i use inorder to do the installation ?Also how do i proceed with the serial keys that are allready used with windows XP ?

I work at a school that subscribes to Creative Cloud (in fact, my entire division has access to creative cloud). I have Creative Cloud and various apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects etc) installed on my teacher computer. I have a subscription so that I can use Creative Cloud at home. I would like to sync my libraries. The problem is, when I come to school and try to open up Photoshop or any other Creative Cloud app, I get an error (I have posted a screenshot). I have two computers (my home computer and my laptop) that are using the two licenses. But my school has a site license. All works fine if I just click on the "X" in the top right, then relaunch. But it is just a pain to have to do this every time I start Photoshop. I am assuming that on the first launch, it is trying to look at my personal creative cloud license, then when I click on the X and launch, it is looking at my school's site license.We recently reimaged our computers, which is when this started happen

We have a CC Desktop version at my school and no Creative Cloud desktop application. It isn't available in the Creative Cloud Application Packager.These directions: Encore CS6 not installed with Creative Cloud. Are only for those with consumer accounts, but not for our Enterprise edition. I have looked in the options for the Creative Cloud Packager and it isn't in there. We don't have the Creative Cloud desktop application.

Hi,I'm in a school environment and just replaced a fleet of PCs.  Unfortuantely we missed entering the serial number, so our 30 day trial has expired.I've used the resgistry and recorded the changes when the key is entered, but it's stored under current_user which is no good to me.Any ideas?Thanks

I would like to confirm the version of Acrobat XI in the registry, I saw information below. https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/identify.htmlGUID is for slightly different by the PC, can not be confirmed at once by a plurality of terminals.GUID is kind too many.Isn't there any other way?

Hi - can someone please send in the cavalry?  I have a copy of CS2 Premium (Educational).  Have been happily running this on my old XP based Dell 745, well happily until its demise a while ago following a massive drive failure.  No big deal or so i thought, just programmes lost all data backed up on second drive.  I have now tried to install CS 2 on to my shiny new Dell Precision running Win 7 64 bit.  Discs all loaded, serial number entered  but couldn't activate.  No telephone activation available anymore, no chat support available - well I couldn't see it anyway and I couldn't find any other support FAQ that seemed to offer an answer or any help.  I was still not overly concerned as the activation window said I had 30 days of use of CS2 to sort this out and i would be asked for an activation code the next time I launched a CS 2 application.  So far so good.  Having gone to have another good look around the Adobe web site looking for

I bought the package for student Adobe Creative Cloud one week ago, and have not even given me my license code and I can not use satisfactorily programs only in trial mode and ask me to pay again or buy another plan. I need a solution immediately please.

I would like to keep auto-updates enabled for Adobe Reader XI but I do NOT want users to see a prompt to install Adobe Reader DC. Is there any way to do this? It is popping up an our terminal servers, it is popping up on our desktops and it is popping up on the computers of our remote workers. This is extremely irritating and is causing support headaches.I already have a customized MSI installation that I use. Any additional options to accomplish this?Thanks in advance!Chris

When editing PDF's contained in Sharepoint 2013 a hyperlink is used by Sharepoint to open the file in Adobe DC. We are having issues with making this work consistently. The link looks something like "acrobat:ofe|u|http:///Server/Folder/Folder/Document.pdf"The expected result is that the file is opened for editing in reader DC with SharePoint integration. What actually happens is that Adobe opens and the complains it cannot find the file. We are using Win 10, IE11 (and behavior is the same in Chrome).Some googling has indicated that the hyperlink format is possibly incorrect but I cannot find a reference to state what is should be corrected to. Does anyone know how to resolve the issue or where a reference might be to help?

When initially setup Create Cloud for Teams apps on 5 systems in our organization our proxy would not allow open authentication to the adobe servers.   I was forced to enter my network credentials which were stored on each system.   Now, the systems are attempting to update the applications, each time attempting to use my stored credentials.   How can I update or remove the credentials from each system?    Each time the update attempts to execute, my network account receives a bad password, then locks the network account.   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.    The systems are Windows 7 Professional, a mix of 32 bit and 64 bit systems.

How can I use the Acrobat Customization Wizard DC to include an Adobe ID sign in?  I want my users to install it through our deployment tools without having to enter in an e-mail address and password after launching the software for the first time.  Thanks.

My previous adobe creative cloud products sent an actual invite to users, Pro is sending a download link - why?I'v packaged and deployed it already, they need an ID and to accept the invite.It's just wrong !

User can see that they have been granted access but when using the CC downloader they are only offered trials. This adobe account was created years using a corporate email account and then later tied to Adobe Enterprise Dashboard user for CC products. I have removed and readded them in the dashboard and this changes nothing. They can see under their profile that they have been granted access under their products but can only get trials.

Switched iMac for old tower to gain HD space for iPhoto. Migration Assistant loaded everything nicely off external HD. Except CC. Adobe programs refused to work, insisting they needed to be downloaded again.Download site shows only CS4 CS5 and CS6. So what am I paying hundreds of dollars a month for?

These systems are on 2 networks that will not ever have internet connectivity. Due to the environment they reside in they cannot be connected. Period. So am I supposed to get rid of Adobe products?

Back in 2013, I had bought an Adobe CS 6 Master Collection through the film school I was studying in. I had received the serial number to activate all the tools back then on my macbook but for some stupid reason, didn't save it. Now that am out of my school and have re-formatted my Mac due to it having some issues, I need to install all these tools again. Is there any way that I can get my serial number again from adobe? Deployed Acrobat DC with core Creative Cloud.App sign in fails with proxy server credentials loop, tried domain\user or just user - no joy.We have blacklisted many creative cloud url's - but not anything that is required for sign in.We use a wpad file for proxy exceptions and the local loopback address is included in this.Ideas?

How can i get the adobe Creative Cloud ENT 1.0 installer for Windows 10?, is it compatible with SO Win 10 Pro?
