We use the Creative Cloud Packager to deploy Device License packages.  Usually, we deploy the full suite, but on occasion, we deploy single app with Photoshop.Per multiple Adobe documents, Bridge CC is included with single app deployment.  However, when packaging single app Photoshop, there appears to be no option to deploy Bridge.  How can Bridge be packaged with Photoshop for Device-based licensing on a single app install?Thanks

I am trying to install adobe creative suite 6 master - it is giving me a window saying I need to close Adobecrashdaemon. when I go to force quit crash daemon is not listed there.  I close all other applications but continue to get the request to close Adobecrashdaemon.  Please help!

i was using cc trial using one email id. then my administrator added me into the cc team cloud using another email id of mine. after signing out the old one, i signed in using the new one. but the apps still showing the remaining days of trial and one app already expired. please help.

When I sign into Creative Cloud from home, it has "buy" next to all the apps, however, at work I have access to all of them because they purchased an enterprise license.  Is there something else I need to do? 

How do i get a serial number for the current sale?

We have a system that has Adobe CC originally installed via a user "subscription" I set up in aedash and would now like to repurpose it as a shared, lab-type workstation under our ETLA (serial number) license. This is a Mac. I uninstalled the CC Desktop App, ran a script to use the prtk to un-license it, removed the OOBE folder and ran the serialization script I built with the Creative Cloud Packager. When I launched a CC application, I got the message that I needed to register my "trial version." Is there any way I can simply convert the license without having to uninstall and reinstall all the software via CC cleaner? This workstation gets a lot of use (as does my time) and I'd like to find the quickest fix I can.Thanks!

Hello everyone,I received an email, saying that they were unable to approve my request since they haven’t received any form of academic identification.So how can I submit my request attaching my proof of academic status? Is there an email address I did not see yet? Or should I call?Can anyone please help me cause if they not receive my proof of eligibility, they will cancel my Student and Teacher Edition Creative Cloud subscription.Thanks to everyone!lg Celia

We have a device license (educational) for CC and currently have CC 2015 installed. We would like to install 2014 as it has certain functionalities under in the digital publishing suite that are not available in 2015 (previewing).  Is this possible to do?  And if so, how would I obtain/download a copy of 2014?Thanks

I have the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition and in my account I can use also the mobile apps. But when I will use them, I can only have a try version or have to buy it. How can I use the apps, how do I become the license for them?

How register a product bought from 3-rd person. Product has serial number

I want to switch over my 10 dollar a month photoshop plan, to a 20 dollar a month (15 right now for black friday) all-program plan. If I didn't already have a adobe plan i could get the 20 dollar plan. However when i go to switch my plan over in settings it only gives me a 30 dollar all-app option (I am an art student who is paying to use these programs for school on my Mac laptop.) Is there any way i can switch over my plan to the 20 dollar plan without cancelling and paying a fee?

I bought the Adobe student package on October 22, 2015. Since then Adobe has made multiple withdrawals from my account. The first time they said they would send some of the money back. They took some more today causing my rent check to bounce. now I have to pay all of these costs due to adobe's mistake. When I asked Adobe management about how to get the money to pay for the penalties and fine that their mistake caused, I was offered a month free. Is this how Adobe treats customers. I'm new to Adobe but if this is how they do business I'm going to have find me another software provider. They have to have better customer service than what I've seen so far. #badbusiness‌
