I have professors that need to be able to teach to CC 2014 apps but they also want the CC 2015 apps installed on the machines. That way their students can do their work according to their books, but also try the new features of CC 2015 apps.Is there a way to install them side by side? If so, what do I need to do to install them both?We are using Device licensing for Enterprises.

I have used the CCP many times before and it has worked fine. This time I try to open it and it gives me the "oops something went wrong retry or cancel. I suspect it is the 1.5 update?anyway any ideas why a working packager worked before but does not now? yes I have network connectivity as I an RDP into the box as I have done many times before and I can pull up web pages and ping adobe.com and I can do a tracert and all looks good.

I am trying to create a PKG file using JAMF Composer that will not strip the license nor have my users have to sign in.

I am new to Adobe CC and I am the IT person assigned to administer users and licensing. I have logged into the Admin console using my Adobe ID and I can see a link to manage account but no link for Manage My Team. I also can't see anywhere to check my VIP number. Help!

I have tried a few times to create a package container with no success. All the files seem to have downloaded when I look in C:\Users\MichaelK\AppData\Local\Adobe. Creative Cloud package stalls on running package scripts. How to fix this? It just runs and runs, the hours keep increasing to 900+. Has anyone else seen this and wants the solution. Going from an EEA to VIP license.

Trying to follow same exact steps to update Acrobat Standard DC that I've used with Acrobat Standard X and not having success. Was hoping someone could weigh in, tell me what I'm doing wrong. I've downloaded the "base" installer (Acrobat_2015_Web_WWMUI.exe) from the Adobe Licensing website. I extract it, and am left with bunch of different files, including the AcroPro.msi file, which is version 15.006.30033 according to Orca and the Adobe Customization Wizard.I then downloaded the latest quarterly patch (Classic Track - Acrobat2015Upd1500630094.msp) from the Adobe Downloads site.From a command prompt, I ran the following:msiexec /a d:\adobe\acropro.msi /update Acrobat2015Upd1500630094.mspAfter a minute or so the update completes. I am the administrator of our VIP Creative Cloud license and I have created many remote install packages with CC Packager.  I now have a need for a "specify installation" package for an application and all the information I can find says I need to use a switch with the installation to do so.  We are just using a command line in a batch file to kick off the installs with our remote deployment tool.  I have created a package using the "Specify directory during deployment" option.  However, I cannot find any information anywhere on what command line switch I need to use to specify the destination directory.  Does anyone know of the proper switch?  Or is this only going to work if we use something like SCCM to deploy the package?Shellie PattersonTechnology Engineer IIIState of SD Bureau of Information and Telecommunications
