We switched to CC ETLA and now we are starting to create installation packages. I am not able to find our CC ETLA serial numbers from the licensing site. Only older CLP and TLP ones.Regards,Matti Mäkijärvi

When I invite team members and they try to accept, it asks them for a password, but I don't see anywhere to assign them a password.

I am trying to reinstall all of the CS6 programs from the original installer, unfortunately it fails and throws the following message "The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. i have 5 users in CC and i need another one, do i need to speak to the same dealer that sold me the first 5 users or can i do it through adobe.com using my account?

We utilized the registry setting too enable/disable browser integration with IE. With Reader DC, this no longer works, is there a way too change this within GPO or Registry settings? Basically require DC too open and view documents instead of IE Browser.

Hi,I support several users who are using CC 2014 under per device licenses. They've been prompted by the Creative Cloud software to upgrade to 2015, however I'm unclear about a few things regarding the device license:Do device licenses also include access to major version software updates?If so, how are they updated? All the documentation I've found approaches upgrades from the perspective of per user licenses, who download CC versions manually.Thanks in Advance

I have professors that need to be able to teach to CC 2014 apps but they also want the CC 2015 apps installed on the machines. That way their students can do their work according to their books, but also try the new features of CC 2015 apps.Is there a way to install them side by side? If so, what do I need to do to install them both?We are using Device licensing for Enterprises.

I have used the CCP many times before and it has worked fine. This time I try to open it and it gives me the "oops something went wrong retry or cancel. I suspect it is the 1.5 update?anyway any ideas why a working packager worked before but does not now? yes I have network connectivity as I an RDP into the box as I have done many times before and I can pull up web pages and ping adobe.com and I can do a tracert and all looks good.

I am new to Adobe CC and I am the IT person assigned to administer users and licensing. I have logged into the Admin console using my Adobe ID and I can see a link to manage account but no link for Manage My Team. I also can't see anywhere to check my VIP number. Help!

Adobes ingenious installer-shit makes you unable to download the setup in Linux. Just another sign that this firm is a conservative piece of shit which hopefully doesn't make it the next years. Creative Cloud package stalls on running package scripts. How to fix this? It just runs and runs, the hours keep increasing to 900+. Has anyone else seen this and wants the solution. Going from an EEA to VIP license.
