I am reimaging a lab, CC already installed, I need to create a image machine, Do I uninstall CC first to give back the license or does it matter, When I create the image i will give the computer a generic image since it will go on 40 machines, when image is deployed to each machine I will then give each machine is unique name, which will be the same name as the machine had before it was reimaged

Good morning folks,I'm attempting to burn a PDF file to disk created in Acrobat XI (ver 11.0.13), that references files in a folder on the root of the disk.  I am unable to change the file path so that when it's on a disk and given to someone else, that they are able to open the referenced file from clicking on a bookmark.  I have been able to do this in the past, but I'm thinking it may have been before we upgraded our Acrobat.Any help would be appreciated.Shane

So my PS CC 2015 is running as an Enterprise program. Typekit doesn't work with it kind of. The licensing is messed up and causing photoshop to act if it were a enterprise copy. Even though I have the Student complete package. every other program works fine with TypeKit. Photoshop works on a different computer as we tried with a specialist from adobe. So Its a licensing issue on my computer. how do i fix this?

We have Acrobat Writer DC 2015 Standard and Professional.  When looking in ADD/Remove programs and in the Registry.  Where can I look on machines to tell what version they have installed?  Opening the program is not an option. Thanks!

Hello - We are currently installing CC apps from a package in our SCCM system.  By default when installing these apps, will it automatically remove older versions of the same app?  e.g. When installing Illustrator CC 2015 it will uninstall Illustrator CS5?  Or is there set this behavior in the Adobe CC packager or in in the 'Exceptions' folder?  Or via a command line to add to the installer?Thanks.

I have a journalism lab that is running all iMacs. OS is current version, updates run automatically. I have Creative Cloud installed on all 8 using device licenses. The device license doesn't require a login to work, but sometimes it stops working this way and starts requiring a login to open the apps. I've created a separate license installer using the deployment tool that will reset the license to a device license. This works for a time, but eventually fails again. Re-running the license tool works for a time, but eventually, even that stops fixing the problem.Logging into adobe cloud as a user then associates that workstation with the user's account, not what I want.I need to figure out what's causing the licensing to fail and require a login.

Hi,We are preparing images for Windows laptops owned by our students/parents.We would like to give them all Trial versions of Creative Cloud, and should they wish to activate the installed products, the can do so via student licensing, outside of the school.We need to install all the Creative Cloud applications on approximately 20 + laptops.I was hoping to do one of two things:1. Download all Creative Cloud Apps (have them on a removable hard drive, and install them from the HDD and not the Internet)2. All - I am creating a Acrobat Design Standard CC Suite package to deploy to our company, which includes Acrobat DC.  Because of our Licensing situation, it needs to be  configured to only start in Trial Mode.  I used the Acrobat DC Customization tool and I do not see this option anywhere in there.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Perhaps via a command line switch during install, or maybe the option is buried in the Acrobat DC Customizer and I just don't see it or its obvious?Thanks!

Hi together,can someone help me with the deployment of the Adobe CC2015 Suite?We have Windows Server (2012 Std.) and Windows 7 Clients to deploy the software. We don't use SCCM or any other deployment tool. My goal is to deploy the  Software (x64 and x86) via GPO to the users. We don't want any Cloud usage by our users and have blocked the ports on our Firewall. Is there a best practice way of deploying the software without the creative cloud desktop app or is this mandatory for application start?Thanks

‌hi! I use iPad Air 2- I am unable to see Adobe Cloud as an option when I click the Attachment icon, in a mail that I want to send with the attachment. Drive as well as DropBox icons are there, but not for the files in Adobe Cloud. Is there an App for that- pl let me have the name Or any other way to attach files in Adobe Cloud, to a mail (hotmail or gmail). Appreciate help. Thanks so much.

Received a Creative Cloud package for Dreamweaver CC6 64-bit from another department. I am trying to deploy their package by SCCM to a clean build 64-bit Windows 7 Professional virtual machine (VMware Workstation 12 Pro) with 4 GB memory, 19.5 GB free disk space. Ich habe auf einen iMac eine CC-Lizenz (gerätegebunden) installiert. Die Lizenz wurde zunächst deaktiviert und dann wurde das gesamte Software-Paket vom Rechner deinstalliert. Leide lässt sich das Paket nicht neu installieren. Wo liegt das Problem. Im Team-Verwaltungs-Portal steht eine Lizenz als "frei" zur Verfügung. Der Rechner steht aber noch in der Liste der deaktivierten Geräte.

I been having big problems using the customization wizard on OS X. I been successful using it with Acrobat DC but as soon as I try to use it with Reader DC I get “invalid installer package” whatever installer pkg I choose. I have gotten a distribution version, with permission from You, Adobe, to distribute, AcroRdrDC_1500920069_MUI. This version doesent help either. There is no custwiz.log created even. I have verified all the installers functionality by manual installs. When using customization wiz, I have done it on clean OS, clean VM. Tried fresh version of the wizard itself. Besides the version mention above I have tried offline installer, universal as well as English for OS X 10.10. Please advice and or point me to a valid installer. Thx/jens

I am a SysAdmin at a private school. I need to deploy InDesign CS5.5 to some lab computers. AAMEE 2.1 says it can make packages, so I go download the file from here: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/developer/creativesuite/AAMEE/win/ApplicationManagerEnterprise_2_1_all.exeOnce launched it asks where to extract the files and I do so to c:\temp\AAMEE21 When it launches AAMEE, I see it says version 3.1.x.x at the bottom left corner. I attempt to make an InDesign CS5.5 package, but the utility complains that it cannot find a suitable version.Adobe -- Fix your download! Version 2.1 is broken because it contains version 3.1 - this will not work with CS5/5.5 installers.
