We have a site licence for Adobe Creative Cloud 2015.I've packaged Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 Muse for Windows.We use Microsoft SCCM to deploy packaged applications to our 8000 managed Windows 7 machines.Using MS SCCM I can install the packaged CC 2015 Muse from the command line.However, how do I uninstall an Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 application from the command line?

I have creative cloud for teams and want to add a license for one user so that they really only use Adobe Acrobat DC. Can I add a licence with just (for example) Photoshop CC and Acrobat DC will be available as well? I do not want to have to purchase a whole new product - Acrobat DC is available with the full Creative Cloud, but is not available as an individual product when adding a new licence.

Hello.I usually créate packages on my local computer, and then copy them to a network drive, for deployment.However when I try to edit a package I made, the creative cloud packager fails with a "Selected package is corrupt" message. I tried to map the folder to a network drive, or copy to a local folder but it doesn't work.It seems to only work if I copy it in the very same folder where it was created. However, I have a few packages of which i don't knwo the original location.What can I do to edit this packages?Thanks.

I have tested this with 11.0.08 and 11.0.07 and the issue exists in both, I just wanted to note this so there wasn't an impression this was introduced with 11.0.08. Two bugs are below with details.1. Adobe Reader does not seem to be recognizing trusted sites in Internet Explorer. Adobe Reader is still opening pdfs in the IE trusted sites in protected view. This is causing issues on websites that try to call pdf's to automatically print. I have ensured the "Automatically trust sites from my Win OS security zones" option is checked, however the trusted sites are never trusted. The only way I have been able to get protected view to be disabled on these sites is by manually adding them to the trusted hosts within Adobe which is not the behavior I would expect.2. Adobe Reader will not let you add more than one trusted site if you delete the very first site from the trusted hosts before deleting the second one. My organization does not upgrade at each document cycle nor does it have a need to cloud author PDF documents. My MAIN goal is to be able to create and manage PDF forms.My organization does NOT need a cloud solution for this purpose. Is there a standalone purchase that is newer than Acrobat Pro 9.0? Currently am working in a Windows 10 environment and there seems to be insurmountable issues with Pro 9.0.Thank you in advance for your help and direction. Rather than eliminate the entire PDFmaker plug-in from my Acrobat 2015 DC deployment, can I disable only the Automatic Archival feature/button?This feature would not comply with our enterprise policies.I am using the Adobe Customization Wizard. Is there a registry setting to apply?

I have been dealing with this issue for several days and can't seem to find an answer. We have purchased several seats for the Creative Cloud. We are attempting to create packages with the CC packager. Specfically, we created a package that contains InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator for Win 7 64 bit. Neither the MSI nor the Setup.exe works.The installation begins and the progress bar progresses to about 1/3 then stalls. It then shoots across and then rolls back quickly.This is the 3rd time we've created this package.I have tried to install this with elevated credentials and even under the local administrator account all with the same results.I even contacted Adobe support and had the technician remote into my machine who then proceeded to screw up a whole host of settings - my bad I guess for trusting a 1st level technician. I am currently trying to create an Adobe Presenter 10 package using the Creative Cloud Packager. In our environment we are running Windows 8.1 (64-bit) with Microsoft Office Professional 2013 (32-bit).Initially when I created the package I selected the 64-bit version which spat out a package I could install. The problem was that when I tried to open the program it prompted me with "Check if Adobe Presenter Add-In for Microsoft PowerPoint is enabled." Guides I found online said that the Add-In may be disabled but I could not find any trace of it. I then thought maybe I needed to create the package using the 32-bit option due to Microsoft Office also being 32-bit, but I also ran into the same issue where I could not find let alone enable the Add-In.I then found the following guide online:Launch CCP.Click on Create package and click Next.Give the name of the package , location to save it , License type as "Serial Number License" , Select "32- bit Package if your OS is 32 bit or select 64-

I have a licensed version of Acrobat Pro from our academic institution but it's not accepting our licensed serial number. We are not able to use the online version and need to do a hard copy installation. For a few months I did have the online version but tried to delete (unable). Any help in this regard?

We are a college with Adobe CC 2015 installed on 25 lab computers. We use device licenses and therefore Adobe CC Desktop is not installed on the lab computers as recommended by Adobe. Is it possible to for students to create themes using Adobe Color CC on their mobile devices and then import those themes on a lab computer? It appears the Adobe CC desktop software would be needed on the desktops in order to do it. Is that correct? Is there a workaround? Any help would be appreciated. Janden Richards

I am a student at Carteret Community College in Morehead City NC.  I paid the subscription and loaded the photoshop, illustrator on my PC.  It doesn't work as well as the MAC so I purchased a Mac today.  Can I load the program on that computer? thanks Carol

Having an issue with a program that uses Acrobat to open files stored in an Amazon AWS S3 bucket.I'm assisting with the support of this issue, but do not know enough about the firewall settings to know what needs to be opened:Steps to recreate:Through firewall, go to Acrobat. Click File > Open In the open field, paste the file location, which looks something like this:https://bucketname.s3.amazonaws.com/[path/to the file/ in the bucket].  When opening behind the firewall I get the following message: A few notes after playing the troubleshooting game:I tried doing the same steps on a document that was not using https and had a web based url... got the same message: leads me to understand that it is not just Amazon.. I have some questions I hope Adobe can answer.  First let me give a bit of a background.  We have a 1591 serial number and every year we get hundreds of new computers that get Acrobat and CC programs (that I made with the packager) deployed.  We use a MDT/WDS/SCCM combination to deploy our image as well as our application packages.Last year, the process was to deploy Adobe via the Exception Deployer BEFORE installing the CC package I made.  Is it my understanding the process has changed again?  The latest documentation is outdated and consists of very confusing verbiage with one document saying to use the Exception Deployer pre CC (last years way), another saying to use setup.exe in Build folder and another part telling us to install via Acro.msi deep in Exceptions folder?  Can someone just simply explain how I am going to roll this guy out to hundreds of machines?The first part of MDT installs my customized image of Win7x64SP1, joins domain, ect, ect, ect

Why isn't my redemption code working? I keep getting an "invalid redemption code" error.

I am trying to type in my code but it doesn't type when it gets to this page. The cursor changes to a small cursor and then disappears. I've tried putting it in as serial number and I can type and paste on that screen but then it tells me I have to go back to the original one and enter it there. 

I have downloaded the appropriate update from Adobe's website, opened the .exe file, it tells me update is complete. I still don't have Folio Builder etc... What am I doing wrong?

I own a production company and its very disapointing not been able to buy this product online.someone that can give a solution or alternative to get the latest photoshop or lightroom.Regards
