I have got 2 Creative Cloud Order Confirmation  (Order #10383687159)‏,(Order #10383669559) , because first time my internet has a problem and I just one time for Creative Cloud download. How to cancel another confirm order?

I have tried to download Adobe Reader but the system will not let me and it tells me I have a more uptodate version (Acrobat Reader) on the computer.I use Windows 7.What can I do?Kind regards,Angela.

We have about 20 users that we had deployed using a standard package that we created a while back.  We quickly realized that grabbing the updates directly from adobe was putting lots of strain on our network.  We decided to implement an AUSST server.  The server is up and running and we can successfully use it with a custom created package.  Is our only option to reinstall Adobe CC on all the machines using the new package?   Or is there some way (registry changes, file placement, etc) to modify the existing installation to point to the new server?  Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi all, I am trying to deploy LR 6 (Standalone, Windows) via SCCM, in a task sequence.  I need to have the installer run silently.  I have tried the instructions that Adobe has, for LR 2 & above, but that doesn't work for LR 6.  Is there a way to have LR 6 install, silently? -Larry

how to transfer license from one user to other

I want to put many check boxes on a form.  However, I also want the ability that if you click one check box it will auto populate another.  Can we do this?

The Creative Cloud Packager creates installation packages that work sometimes but when they don't there is no useful information provided about the error and the support from Adobe is is worse than minimal. Please fix this product or provide other means of deploying this software. At the very least you should provide more detailed information regarding errors that occur and actually provide support to overcome the errors rather than ignoring anything asked that you cannot answer. Myself and every other sys admin would appreciate this. Otherwise we might all go and join ISIS and include Adobe in the list of infidels.

My Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro installation keeps crashing after I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I keep getting this error. This is on a machine running Windows 7 64bit. I have already run the repair on this with the same result.

Could someone please explain to me how to configure an OSX 10.9 server to host updates?  I have downloaded all the updates and am now having trouble configuring the server to share out my updates folder.  The instructions that Adobe provides are more geared towards Windows servers.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I am unable to update Photoshop due to a repeated error 49 (download error). The only info I get on this is to retry, which I have down multiple timesI also had an error updating Lightroom, but it resolved on the first retry; I didn't click on "learn more" so I don't know what that error was, though it may have been similarSystem is a Dell Inspiron 13 - Core I3, less than a year old; upgraded to Windows 10 this week.I am running MacAfee, but even with both the real time scanner and firewall turned off, the download fails (I tried several times, no change).What should I try doing to fix this, or do I just give up on Photoshop (and perhaps move to a different photo management tool)?

We have a Team's license and use the Adobe CC packaging tool. Our packages are being deployed through SCCM 2012 but they fail because of insufficient cache size. Is there a best practices document for deploying Adobe CC packages in SCCM 2012. What is the recommended cache size?It seems it must need to be quite large as when deploying CC Complete 2015 we have to also uninstall CC Complete 2014 and this equates to 60GB +. (If we don't do the uninstall of 2014 in the 2015 SCCM package then 2014 remains on the end user's machine by default.)In our environment we have to download the package onto the user's machine installing from the DP is not an option.

I just deployed CC with SCCM and whenever a non-admin user tries to open a program, they get a Lic error.  When I log on with an Admin account and start a program, all works fine.  After that, non-admin users don't get the error any more.  Is there anyway this can be fixed??? I work at a Community College and don't want to log into 500 computers so students can use the software.  Very frustrating.Thanks for any help or ideas

I have Creative Cloud for teams, which should be at least 100gb per user.  However, my creative cloud files folder only has 5 gb in it and is telling me that there is not enough space inside it.

Hi,I'm the Art Director of a small ad agency. When we purchased Adobe CC earlier this year our vendor provided us with a Install Package with the apps we needed. They created it using the default packager settings that require an Administrator IT to force the updates remotely on the machines. This is really inconvenient for us since we don't have an IT department and all our users are, in fact, administrators of their own macs. Is there a way to change this setting without having to reinstall everything? Is there a way to check if the apps have the latest updates installed?Thanks!!!

Can you use AUSST to update from Photoshop CC 2014 to Photoshop CC 2015?  I have tried to use RemoteUpdateManger to update from Photoshop 2014 to Photoshop 2015, but it keeps returning with code 0 (signifying that it is up to date).  The Creative cloud app still says I have an update (Photoshop 2015).  I have confirmed that 2014 is still installed and that the AUSST server is up to date.

I have Adobe Creative Suite 5, Design Standard and purchased a new computer. I have tried entering my serial number to install on new computer but it keeps telling me the serial number is invalid but it is the one registered on Adobe. Help?

Client wants to run Adobe DC in their Remote Desktop Session Host/Citrix XenApp environment. Looking for a definitive answer if they need licences for all Users on all Servers, or just the Users of the Adobe DC product?We could control access with Windows GPO if that meets with Adobe licensing constraints, but we have nothing official like AppSense EM or FSLogix to physically prevent access, so wanted to know the requirements.Thanks in advance

We're a mainly Windows environment and I have used the Creative Cloud Packager to create device licenses and it worked great.We've got a new hire that bought a Mac and I need to license CC for his machine. Through Windows, the CC Packager only seems to create a license package for Windows.Is it possible to create a Mac license from a Windows machine, or will I have to install the packager on the user's new Mac first to create the license? We don't really have other Macs in our environment that I can reasonably do this from.

I suffered a hard drive crash a couple of years ago but was on my way to Africa and did not have access to my CS5 dvds to reload it on my computer. Is there a way to retrieve the software online at this point?
