Hi Group!How do we create our 2015 enterprise packages to NOT remove 2014. I don't see an option in the package config settings. We are using Creative Cloud packager 9.0.0 for Mac.Thanks!

Hello,Have 12 Citrix XA 6.5 servers with Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 currently installed on them.I want to upgrade to Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager.For this I created a package with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager, but can not choose when creating this package to upgrade rather than a new installation.Is this possible with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager? Or do I need to purchase another software (upgrade) version of PSE13?Thank you verry much for your helpfull reply.With kind regards,Frank Jansen

My Ausst server running on Yosemite 10.10.3 Mac server and with the Ausst version 3 tool does not seem to be bringing down 2015 applications.Anybody else experiencing this?Thanks

I am trying to add Acrobat as a single app., and deploy from my team.

I can not deactivate my licences per device via the console or via the executable. How can I solve that?

We recently moved our FederatedID from dev to production, and I need to clear my login credentials/cache from the CCP.  I do a sign out and as expected the next time I launch CCP it prompts for the initial credentials and recognizes it needs to send me to our SSO portal, but it doesn't display the page for me to sign in on our side - just logs me in. I've rebooted and cleared the Safari cache, but it didn't help.  I tried launching CCP while holding down option... same results.

The person that created an administrator account, left the organisation, how can we update the contact person?  Certificate nr: 11955980,  End user ID:  20884803I need to update my Dobe captivate license to Adobe 8.

How can I disable the creation of Desktop Shortcuts (some are for all users and one is for the current user)  and change the folder were the Start menu entries (some are below programs, some are in an Adobe Folder and there is another folder for Adobe Flash Builder ) are created?I also don´t understand the mix of the packages which are downloaded by the Creative Cloud Packager (language English was selected) there are some folders en-US, some en-GB and Acrobat DC is en-AE.Acrobat DC installed with the ExeptionDeployer (--installLanguage=en_US was used)  is installed with the language code 1025 (Arabian - Saudi Arabia). How can I change that and how can i specifie a custom mst file to change the location of the shortcuts?

Please help me!I have used the latest version of Adobe CC Packager to create an installer package for CC and that works OK. I am trying to add premiere as a group for my users, however, when I attempt to create a new group, premiere is not listed as one of the single applications. I get after effects, photoshop, illustrator and something else, but no premiere. Anyone know how I can add this?

I'm a enterprise customer, I downloaded the packager from the LWS website, I successfully went through the process of building and downloading the applications, my folder was generated but then nothing happens. Is there another step that I need to do in order to install the programmes. I tried clicking inside the programme folders e.g Adobe Muse but I can't see any install files (for windows). I've read that Adobe Packager doesn't actually install the programmes and that I need to use a deployment method but I only want to install it own my own computer so I'm rather confused about what I need to do.Thanks

Apologies if this has been asked already.Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 fails to install at loginwindow using a serial number licensed pkg created in Creative Cloud Packager.The pkg installs fine when a user is logged in either through a deployment or the GUI.If the install is run twice in succession at the loginwindow, if completes successfully however it breaks the desktop app so is not a workaround.Has anyone seen something similar or have any information on how to navigate around this issue?

We have an educational license for Creative Cloud but have many users who only need Photoshop, or Illustrator, or Dreamweaver, etc. Because they only need one product with CS6 we had them all downloaded on our server and would deploy apps from it as needed.Is there a way to download each app of Creative Cloud individually to our server so we can chose which product to install as needed?Thank you!Matt

I was installing my adobe creative cloud package, but I accidentally accepted the Terms and Conditions.. but I should not have done.. now my installation code doesn't work anymore

I have contacted Adobe Cloud in regards to sales tax exemption of $37.49 on order #AD017151144 and have attached and sent a tax exempt letter for Taylorville Memorial Hospital.  I don't believe that this was received by Adobe in case #0186882741 and it has been withdrawn.  Can you please assist me in getting this tax exemption processed?

I am Packaging Dreamweaver CC 2014.1 , need to automate disabling cloud synching options for the users(not manual), also don't want to install the creative cloud component when the main App installs, is there any CC customization tool available to achieve the results. Thanks

Has anyone else noticed that even if an app is marked as being downloaded in the Creative Cloud Packager (CCP), that it will go through the download process again if creating another package that may include that app?For example, if building a 'Master Collection' package containing all the required apps (Acrobat, Flash Builder, Dreamweaver, InDesign, etc) it will download them all into the AdobeCCPCache folder, then build the package.  Then lets say you want to build a 'Design & Web Premium' package that contains some of the same apps as the 'Master Collection', the CCP will show the apps as having been downloaded already, but will go through the download process again, then build the package.  Seems to defeat the purpose of downloading to make the package building process quicker.  Seems to take just as long.  Is this by design?I have installed that latest version of CCP, which best I can tell is 1.9 build 6, running on a freshly installed OS with no other Adob

I just built two enterprise packages of creative cloud, one for MAC and the other for PC and  include all the apps. The MAC installations are going through 100%, however i am trying to install it on my pc from the build folder, it starts to install bar, and it goes up to 50% and then rolls back and quits with no errors whatsoever.What am i doing wrong?I have tried it on numerous pc's.

I incorrectly chose 1 year as my anniversary date, but i should have chosen 36 months. How can i change this? I am the end-user but an intermediary purchased the license.I have an Adobe account and initially when i set up this account, i saw the 12-month period, but i cant seem to change this on my dashboard.Any help will be greatly appreciated.Thank you

Hello,we got some CC licenses in our company and most of the user don't have admin rights to install the updates. I tried the Remote Update Manager but he didn't found the CC updates. I tested it with a CS6 installation and there he found updates and installed them.Is there any way to deploy the updates to the user without create a new package with the Packager?Best regardsKai

Hi,I have successfully packaged Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 for Mac using AAMEE 3.1. I deploy these packages via Altiris 7.6.However when I come to try and do the same with Acrobat Pro X it will not accept the package, either the DMG I have downloaded or the extract contents i.e. the CD or the PKG file within this.The DMG I downloaded is:AcrobatPro_10_Web_WWEFD.dmgI can deploy the PKG inside this with Altiris however this then requests its serial number. I want to be able to embed this within the installer as I have for the other CS6 products.
