Hello to all, my students need to download older versions of the Adobe software such as Photoshop and Illustrator, our computers can't handle the newer versions. How can they accomplish this?  Thanks in advance.

According to a directive from our company's security officer we have to make sure that our users cannot upload any files to any cloud storage services.I'm having some problems implementing this rule for the Creative Cloud service. If a user copies a file to the directory "%userprofile%\Creative Cloud Files" it then gets automatically uploaded to https://assets.adobe.com/files This is what I need to disable.I did notice that if I go to the "Creative Cloud" application -> Settings -> Creative Cloud there is a checkbox there that allows to disable synchronisation. However even if we do that for every user there is nothing stopping them from just re-enabling the setting as soon as we stop looking. Ideally I'd like to set a group policy, registry key, ini-file setting or similar to permanently unset that checkbox and grey it out so it cannot be modified anymore.Does something like that exist?

Wir haben Creative Cloud für unternehmen und ich bin Admin dort.Laut "Hilfe-Artikel" benötige ich unter Produkten das Aktionsangebot Benutzerdefinierte Schriften. (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/enterprise/using/custom-fonts.html)Dieses Aktionsangebot "Benutzerdefinierte Schriften" steht mir allerdings nicht in der Admin Console bei Produkten zur verfügung. Was kann ich tuen oder gibt es einen Anderen Weg?

For the life of me I cannot uninstall Photoshop or illustrator and I don't know why.  I downloaded it on my home laptop so I could do work for school. But now that I'm unable to use it due to my course being over, and having no use for it, I cannot delete it and I need the space  I'm able to go into the settings, but whenever I hit uninstall it doesn't do anything. No error code pops up, no massage about it being unable to uninstall, the window of "yes I want to delete" pops up, and when I hit yes that just disappears and it doesnt delete.

Hi, I am new to this and I signed in using my school email. This made it into a personal account when infact I need to be a school account to recieve the creative suite. How would I convert this? Thanks!

Hello,I manage the computer room / media lab for a university and have trouble installing / running certain Adobe apps, namely Premiere and Audition. It´s a full CC license for education institutions. Recently any Adobe app would close immediately after launch. For reinstallation purposes, I uninstalled Premiere to check if that would fix the problem - unfortunately, Premiere has completely vanished. It is uninstalled from the computer and doesn´t appear on the CC management app anywhere. When I try to download it via the Adobe website, it redirects to the CC app where it still cannot be found. It´s the same problem when I try to install it locally (e.g. using an installation file from a different website). I have tried several things:- updated windows (we have Windows 10 Education; unfortunately the computers lack a tpm component, so they cannot be updated to Windows 11)- updated CC, uninstalled and re-installed it- checked for compatibility mode issues (there were none)- go

We have thousands of devices in our environment, what is best way to identify which are using a paid/licensed verison of Adobe Acrobat?  Using LanSweeper or PDQ shows me the software, but I still don't know which are just Reader enabled and which are paid TLP installs.  Any ideas?

Hey, somehow my Adobe Applications can't install - when I download the Setup (doesn't matter if it is Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop etc. ) and try to install it, the loading process takes 5 minutes, then i get the notification that i have to verify my account in a browser tab which will open by itself. This works so far, but when I verify in the browser tab, nothing happens in the installation setup, or it crashes. When I click on "Sign in here", I actually am able to log in into my Account via the installation setup but then nothing happens, the setup crashes or i get sent to another page where it says something like "unable to connect to server", which doesn't make any sense since i have a very stable internet connection.  I also recently cleared my whole PC, but before that i had the same problem with starting the creative cloud application for example, and also had many issues with finding and opening cloud files. Is this a common problem or does anyone know how

I downloaded Creative Cloud and installed Substance Painter with it, but it only activated the 30 day trial. How do I stop the trial and start SP with the educational license? Same problem here, but there's no solution posted. Trying to contact Adobe says there's a rep that handles this but I wasn't able to find out how this applies to me and I assume that's for paying customers.

This is the second time I have tried to cancel this in two years. You have made it impossible to cancel without human intervention and made that inaccessible. It also appears impossible to stop auto renew or to remove my credit card without supplying a new one. If I am charged again for a full year on 3/19, then I will file a complaint with the federal trade commission, dispute the charges under the fair credit act, and [edited by moderator]. Can I, as a system administrator, delete an other system administrator?

Here's my scenario: I have a personal CC account that I pay for myself (let's call it account A). I'm also a Stock Contributor under that account. The company I work for has an Enterprise account for our team (let's call it account B). I've always kept it separate, because I do occasional freelance work, and it feels a little funny to be using company provided software for my after-hours side gigs, but I will say it irks me to pay out of my own pocket for the same software that my company is providing. This inflation is no joke! I'm wondering if I can just use the Personal profile under my company account instead. But what happens to my content from Account A in this scenario? And can I still use my Stock Contributor profile? What about the photos in my Lightroom Cloud storage? And what happens if I'm no longer with the company? How easy is it to transfer all my stuff back to a new Personal account plan? I hope all this makes sense. Interested to hear how others feel abo

Our organisation uses the Adobe Suite via a SSO and current indivduals can create CC Libraries which all the team can use whcih is great becuase we use Libraries alot for our work However the issue we constatnly encounter is that there only seems to be provision for one owner of a Library so when we have a person leave then oganisation then the Library everone has been using gets swtiched off when the SSO user is deactivated in the company's system. We can obviously have them download their library before leaving and reupload it to another user but this creates a huge amount of complexity around linking, management and other time wasting effects. My Question is:Is there a way for a CC Library to be a standalone constant where you can have multiple owners assigned to managing it and it doesnt matter if those owners/managers change or leave?eg. the CC Library is always active for the SSO organisation and its existance is not reliant on any particular indivdual user name.&n

Hi, we have a closed off WAN with no internet-access for security-purposes, and would like to use Adobe-apps on certain clients in that network; PS, Illustrator, Premiere, Substance Painter to name the most important ones. However, do Adobe-apps/accounts need to be authenticated on an external server within a certain time-period, like Articulate Storyline, etc.?Or can this all be solved with Adobe Enterprise licensing? Appreciate any help on this.  

Hi,I made couple of packages with creative cloud packager:Acrobar Pro package, Photshop CC package and Creative Cloud All applications package.Now when I try to install these by using .msi file the installation process starts and says Please wait while Windows configures "Package name here" then after few seconds installation shuts down. It doesn't give me any error message or anything.Have you experienced this before and can you help me where the problem might be?I don't have any Adobe aps installed at the moment exept for Flash Player, Reader and Shockwave Player.

Hello...So, recently, a user at our company submitted a "request" for a product (Illustrator). I, as account admin, went in and sent them an invite and product was installed.However, through some fluke, I am still getting daily "requests" in my email. I went to the site in the Adobe Console where those requests are held, but there is no way to delete or shut them off.The only way I see is if I send a "Decline" notice, then repeat the process or just skip the process if possible.Has anyone else had this issue?Thanks, BGunn

My company pays for several licenses, but they don't show up under my Business Profile. Rather, they show up under my Personal Profile.  However, there is one license that shows up under my Business profile that I'm not billed for along with the others. How can I go about fixing this?

I need to create a self-contained deployment package that includes all the applications already pre-downloaded so that I can use Jamf or similar solutions and get all the applications my design team needs instead of having to download them on each Mac station.I tried creating one with the package admin console, but the finished package is only 2.5 MB, so it still has to go online to download the applicaitons.  

Hi,Last year we set up the azure - adobe account sync and this worked great until a few days ago.We are now getting sync errors and eventually quarantined.We tryed restarting the Adobe Identery Manager and that worked for a few hours until the errors came back. Good afternoon! We placed an order 150393250. Why there is no license in our console. License: Creative Cloud on 1 user.

I have 2 students whose accounts are being rejected. They were able to complete 2 courses on Adobe Education, but now are not allowed to login. My other students accounts are working properly. We have cleared Cache, Cookies, etc. Logged into Acrobat and allowed PDFs. Need advice.
