I would like to have another user be able to download the PDF's and be able to update the card on file for the account. Being the owner of the account should not be the only way for Accounts Payable to access Invoices.

Hello, I currently support a School within a Multi Academy Trust who are looking to expand and rollout associated Adobe Create Cloud products (i.e Photoshop) using Shared Device Licensing (SDL) We are aware that for Named User Licensing, quotas can be set in product profiles to limit the number of users. However, this feature is not possible for product profiles to limit the number of devices. Please can this be looked at as it will make managing SDL quotas much easier? So for example...........lets say we have 300 licences as a Multi Academy Trust.......... School A Product Profile (linked to School A's OU) - Quota of 50xSchool B Product Profile (linked to School B's OU) - Quota of 50xSchool C Product Profile (linked to School C's OU) - Quota of 50xSchool D Product Profile (linked to School D's OU) - Quota of 50xSchool E Product Profile (linked to School E's OU) - Quota of 50xSchool F Product Profile (linked to School F's OU) - Quota of 50x

Can we please have a way to centrally manage whether generative AI tools can be used or are available for all users across all of the adobe create cloud suite? To my knowledge the only way we can prevent users from using generative AI capability is to version lock users to older editions of Adobe applications that don't have generative AI capabilities e.g. Photoshop v24. Some of our clients do not allow generative AI to be used in their work and there's no way to restrict access to it from an administrator's perspective other than version locking users.

I know it's been requested many times, and historically the request has been moved to "asset sync" or whatever. I'm hoping this time it will be understood before that happens. I am talking about app updates, not asset syncing. Every time an Adobe product updates, it utilises the entire bandwidth, killing any other network connections in use. I just got dropped off everything I was working on and had dramas with my housemates, all because Adobe decided to update every ap at once at LUNCHTIME.I've been an Adobe user for over twenty years,... almost as long as Steam has had off-peak and throttled downloads in their platform. In fact, almost every major suite update management software has built-in throttling these days.The fact Adobe still hasn't added this makes me want to find an alternative set of programs. Could someone at least respond with a: We are currently working on this We have considered it but it's not in our roadmap yet&

I love using the "stacks" feature in Adobe XD to help maintain consistent spacing between text blocks and objects. This feature is also available in programs like Wix Studio (website builder). I realize that this is mainly a feature targeted at digital platforms where text formatting isn't as robust. However, it would be a nice addition to InDesign, Photoshop, and especially Illustrator for better alignment/spacing control. And yes, I realize that there are other features built into those programs that are meant to do the same thing (ie, align objects panel), but this could be another way of working within the programs.

Hello!I and many others still use this software. Many of us have had difficulty continuing to launch this program leading to us sadly having to utilize other programs that do not meet our needs. There to this day is not an alternative that functions quite the same way. A lot of the time a person will have to painstakingly use multiple programs to achieve the result they could have achieved in Fireworks in seconds.Of all programs to discontinue... why the one that is the most viable for the diverse needs of Graphic Designers focused on UX???Please please finally listen to the people who have been using this program since macromedia. There is legitimately no program that does half of what it does half as effectively. I have tried Illustrator, I have tried InDesign, I use Photoshop nearly daily and can guarantee it is not nearly as easy to do multiple functions that I still have to open Fireworks to do.I implore you to either add all the Fireworks functions to another program, or consider

Hello, I would like to be able to crop a selected photo to a specific aspect ration with a keyword shortcut. For example:4x6=Shift+R+15x7= Shift+R+28x10= Shift+R+3 And so on. This would be faster de hitting r and then selecting the crop I want with a mouse. This way I could also assing the shortcut to my Xencelabs Quick keys or somehting like that. Thanks, Jose

It used to be possible to add manual 'Business ID' users to the Adobe Admin Console for a federated domain, meaning we could setup generic shared logins that use the basic Adobe authentication, but this functionality was removed in a recent update, its now only possible to do this when the domain isn't claimed as federated. We as a company have a requirement to not only add individual federated users from our Azure AD tenant, but often to also add shared logins under our main domain that multiple individuals in a team can access (for example, a generic account shared across members of the HR team), which its no longer possible to do from within the Admin Console. Please can this functionality be re-introduced, we need the option to manually add users under a federated domain using Adobe authentication. 

I will pay an additional premium to permanently remove all AI features from Adobe. Please offer users a way to completely remove all AI from all Adobe Products.

It would be really helpful if there was an inmade tool to create minimalist faceless potraits Now these have to be drawn in the app by the user in almost all the apps available. 

Currently we need bulk deployment using Intune on Mac. But everytime we uploaded the generated package, we receive this error : The selected app package does not appear to have either a ProductCode or ProductVersion.

I would like to be able to delete my many InActive Directory Users.  But I don't dare because they have stored files and I don't know if they are shared and are being used by other users. I could save a lot of storage space and clean our a lot of users if I could do that. Will you please make it possible for me to see InActive User data better and know if it is being shared with other users? My Org ID is:  F7D9D36B545A4A780A4C98A7

Have they been able to program the ability to turn off AI yet? If so, how do you do it in all apps.

Hi Team It would be highly appreciated if multiple instances of adobe application can be run in windows in the upcoming versions. Right now I am using sandboxie to run multiple instances.

It would be helpful if when individual user accounts for a business were closed, if the message@adobe.com e-mail would include the user's full name. We have multiple Mikes using Adobe products. 

Whenever one of the installed CC applications has an update available, a notification appears telling me about it. Because I have set the CC desktop application to install updates automatically, the update is installed shortly thereafter. However, the notification remains, misleading me into going to the desktop application to look for the available update, only to be told that everything is up to date.I think it would be better if the notification was removed once it becomes obsolete, or replaced with another one telling me what was updated.

It's very annoying having to log out and log back in every time we need to use an app that's part of a different account. At work, the Art Department pays for After Effects and the IT department pays for Substance Painter. For us end users it means having to log in and out of each account every time we need to use one app or the other. As artists, we should not be bothered by who paid for which application. If we can login in, we should have access to all of our available apps regardless of which account they belong to.

It kicks you out to the web (on your browser). That's just stupid! You can install/uninstall apps in CC, why not fonts? Come on Adobe! You can do better... you can make this happen.

The wonderful 'create' button in Creative Cloud is a tempting button to press when I want to make a PDF from scratch (I hope this comes to the web), a Photoshop Cloud Document, an Illustrator file, or an Adobe Xd video. There are plenty of things I want to make with just a click. Why not bring that to reality? The perfect place in our files, on Web, Desktop, or mobile--Where we can create literally anything with Adobe services. This would also be a good opportunity to incorporate some of the planned changes to Adobe Acrobat's PWA, so the Chrome OS folks like me can use Acrobat better, and maybe one day we can create a PDF from scratch. Acrobat is lovely and all, but the PDFs on my device shouldn't take up my cloud storage, you know? This create button should be more than just for folders.

We have more than 120 user license and we will increase them to 150,  the main issue each user assigned for specific machine.When we sign in any user after few days it sign out automatically, so we need to increase the maximum session time  life. 

CC libraries only allows sharing libraries as a whole at the moment, please enable link generation for individual folders to provide the flexibility in collaboration. I understand a workaround is to create multiple libraries for sharing. However, Adobe do not have a search function before entering a library, when you have many assets stored in a number of CC libraries, it would be a pain to scroll through all libraries in other Adobe softwares to use these assets.

I work for an Education Department/School.We are using federated sign-in (SSO). Any information other than user name and email. is not shared. We are seeing more and more terms and conditions for age 13+ usage requirements.   Legally we are obliged to pose any restrictions outlined in the terms and conditions.I would like to see a setting to mark a group of user ID's as follows: under 13, 13+, 18+. The categories would prevent usage or access to materials that filtering would not block because the resources are being provided through Adobe.I would also like the option to change the Student/Teacher option after the initial signing, a student can choose either student or Teacher. Or allow the user group to override that selection if they are in a specific group.

As a designer with a mild case of OCD I don't like the way the creative cloud libraries overview looks in de CC Desktop app. Wouldn't it be nice to have an option to set a poster image for the library overview?Most of the libraries I make are brand asset libraries and I want the main logo to be used as the big poster image in the overview. Does anyone actually know what image is used for the big image anyway? I've tried naming, first added to the library, last opened but I can't seem to figure out why a certain asset is shown as the main poster image. I've added a screenshot of the visual mess and circled three libraries that demonstrate how I would like the Library thumbnail to be. This would make the overview a lot cleaner and easier to use. Now I sometimes have to look really hard and read the name to get to the right one.

I swap between multiple computing devices (a couple of work machines - laptop and desktop, and home machines - again laptop and desktop, for remote working) I think it's a shame that deactivation seems to make Creative Cloud forget me - as in completely log me out, why? To switch computers, I have to go through the process of:typing in my email address (it's never remembered for some reason - I'm the only user of the PCs I use),opening the authenticator app on my phone, choosing the number,deactivating one of my installations,open the software. It's really crazy?! Why doesn't the Creative Cloud app remember my user account or, better still, keep me signed in?   There is no need to log me out when deactivating a licence.  Please fix this.   At the very least, with 2-factor authentication enabled, remember my email address!Why can't Creative cloud automatically try to "swap" activations for two computers if one of them doesn't have any Adobe a
