Flash Player (read-only)

I have Chrome, Windows 10 and I need Flash Player for a web site for training. Flash player is enabled and up to date but when I go to a website I get Flash Player needs to be updated. Please help

And it is not able to be downloaded in China, the web page will be redirected to "https://helpx.adobe.com/cn/flash-player/kb/flash-player-issues-windows-10-ie.html". We are getting reports from users throughout the Scratch (scratch.mit.edu) community of performance issues related to Flash 30. Upon a deeper investigation it seems as if the main event loop is running much more slowly even in simple tests, this may have something to do with hardware (GPU) acceleration, but more investigation is needed. Results of a single benchmark for Chrome on MacOS are included below, but we are seeing the impacts of these across all 200+ million projects shared in the Scratch online community. We have also been able to repro this on Firefox and Safari on MacOS. Flash Package for 30.0.0.113 created and deployed to about 6000 machines.Compliance rate is about 70%, but I dont think that may be right as software center is Installing the PAPPI ans NAPPI but not the Active X for Windows 7 IE 11, and there is NO error generated. Software center shows the Application as Installed, not as hanging or failed.But still when you go to the Flash Update tab, it shows ActiveX Not installed.This is NOT happening on all the systems

We are using the Flash player within IE11 on both A3 and DTP to receive multicast video streams (RTMFP with encryption). The feed is provided by the VBrick Revplatform and associated on premise CDN. In some of our tests we have had reports of poor quality (pixilation when movement occurs), but only from some of the recipients of the same multicast stream. Users of both VDI and Physical builds have reported problems (thereby ruling out Flash offload as the culprit). We currently lack any client side instrumentation to report on the quality (loss/latency) of the received stream, and this is required to progresstroubleshooting of the problem. Does anyone knows if anything is available on the client player that would give us these reports?

So I'm trying to view a video for an online course.  It won't download.  I go to the site to download Adobe Flash.  It tells me that that "Flash is integrated into Microsoft Edge in Windows 10.  You do not need to install Adobe Flash Player."  Then I follow the instructions to assure that it is "enabled".  As I follow them, Edge shows that the program is "enabled".  I'm lost as to how to resolve the issue.  Any suggestions?

I am using Windows 10. It tells me to go into security and take off active x and then disable flash.  I do this, close the window. Go back and put 'x' back on and enable flash, reopen the window and still my games won't play.  What is going on??  This is a pain, I just want to play my game.

Recently I've noticed the all of the W10 1607 machines I admin are refusing to upgrade from 29.0.0.171 to 30.0.0.113 nor 30.0.0.134.  This applies to only the ActiveX component.  In fact the C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\Flash.ocx shows version 29.0.0.171. I have only tried updating the ActiveX component with Microsoft Updates.  The KBs I've tried are KB4287903 (yes I know it's from June) and KB4338832.  I have tried both the 32bit and 64bit OS updates for kicks, neither work.  I even tried all of the other Windows 10 versions of the update, didn't work. I also tried to unregister and re-register the falsh.ocx and then apply the updates, didn't work.Does anybody have any ideas on how to get the ActiveX components updated?  The PPAPI and NPAPI are updating just fine.Thanks.

II try to use flash player to play rtmp live streaming video. In AS3, when I set NetStream's property bufferTime = 0, the video FPS is unstable. So the picture is not continuous. When I set NetStream's property bufferTime = 1, the video FPS is stable. But, when the network is poor, the client will trigger RTMP WAITTING message,the picture become discontinuous. After network recover, the client's buffer become bigger and bigger. I check the NetStream's property bufferLength, it's number is increased.My question is, how can I measure the picture is real-time and continuous. When I set bufferTime=1 and the bufferLength is growing, how can I display picture as fast as it can, to control the bufferLength number under a specific value, like 2 or 3.Appreciated any solution.
