Flash Player (read-only)

i have two PC's running Windows XP SP2.  i can download the update installers for Adobe Flash Player but when i click on them they do not launch (i think i have version 21 of Flash Player installed).  they do absolutely nothing.  they launch properly on two other PC's with the same OS.  the installers will not launch even with a clean install of the OS. any help will be appreciated, thanks!

I go onto the website to download shockwave flash player, it downloads the installer, I open the installer, it downloads, says I'm finished. Cannot find adobe files anywhere. When I go onto the website to test if I have it or not it tells me I don't. I've tried downloading multiple times, and it still doesn't work. I have windows 10.

Hello!Recently my computer is starting to have problems with one game, because Shockwave flash wasn't responding.So I decided to look up a solution on Youtube:how to fix shockwave flash plug-in isn't responding-shockwave flash plugin crash - YouTube  However, this didn't work and I thought that I didn't download Shockwave Flash player yet, so I went to this page to download it:  Shockwave Player | 64-bit Windows  My browser, google chrome, is 32bit and I clicked the page to download the 32 bit shockwave player.It only reloaded the page.I didn't get any download, is this supposed to happen?I also highlighted the address and pasted it in the address bar to load it but it reloaded the page again.How do I download shockwave flash player now?

Good day.I use Windows 7 (With updates), fresh Drivers, New Opera browser and Adobe Flash Player also new edition.When open online video (y..tube or another site) first 2-3 second audio have, but after no any audio in player, help only if restart page view time. In another internet browser all working properly. Also in Opera in y..tube some video when loosing audio vrite what can't open video.What to do for repair this error?Thanks.

Having problem to install Adobe Flash Player for Firefox (Windows 32-bit , English , Firefox). I guess my current AFP is old or something and I'm in need to update it but installing keeps to fail. Can somebody save me, I'm total dummy what comes to computers?

I have tried to install the newest Adobe Flash Player to my macbook air and nothing works.I've done all of the troubleshooting and even completely uninstalled it and still nothing. Hello, my version of Flash Player on Firefox 49.0b1 with Windows Vista is totally unusable and uninstalling/reinstalling haven't solved the problem. It crashes in every webpage that contains Flash (e.g. Sport: ultime notizie sportive e risultati in diretta | Sky Sport, BRT Corriere Espresso , but the worst situation is with this very website which Flash open, crashes, opens again and crashes again in a infinite loop). Almost two months ago I got an error message that told me I needed to DL the newest Flash Player (22) to continue streaming video.  I did, but I STILL cannot stream video (on certain platforms).  When I check my Chrome plugins, it says that I have still have version 21 on my computer, not the 22 I have downloaded multiple times.  How do I get my browser to see that I have downloaded the 22 version?! Also, I use Chrome.  Which always has the disclaimer that it 'auto updates' the Flash Player.  So I doubly don't understand what is going on.  And just this afternoon I downloaded the newest Chrome version... low and behold the plugins tell me that I still only have version 21 on my computer...All I know is that I have spent way too many hours trying to figure out what the issue is and it leads me in an endless loop with not practical solution. Shockwave Flash crashes when stream video e.g. Olympics on NBC. Then all open Firefox windows freeze too.  Also happens in Chrome though less frequently. Hi, I recently downloaded Adobe Flash Player on my Mac and today, as I was on the Channel 7 Olympic website, it asked me whether I wanted to allow adobe Flash Player to store information on my computer. I clicked deny and about 30 seconds later, it popped up again. I don't want to have Adobe Flash Player storing information on my computer and I want the pop up to go away. How can I do this?Thanks!

"Cats with Cucumber"  I used to be able to play such video without a problem just by clicking the title.  Now, when I find the video and click on the title, I get a message that I need to install Flash Player.  If I do this, the Yellow Download box will not stay on the screen because I already have Flash Player on my Computer.  If I go to YouTube website and try to play the same video, it will play.  How can I avoid the step of having to go to YouTube site to find a video and instead just use Google to find and then paly the video?

Ik ben nu al ruim 8dagen bezig op zoek naar een werkende adobe flash player, en ik word het nu echt beu.Word van de ééne site naar de andere door gestuurd, krijg nergens een oplossing, en ik ben al achter een paar dingen gekomen waar adobe zwaar de fout in is gegaan zoals dat je bij linux de adobe niet manuel mag doen. wat dat ook mag wezen.Dus ik stel het volgende voor, gezien dat ik dit niet heb veroorzaakt maar een ongewenste up door ubuntu de oorzaak van dit alles is geweest.resset mijn pc dan ook maar terug zoals die was en toen het wel werkte.:-(((((((

Hi,Simply put, Flash player keeps crashing. It happens with Chrome and it happens with Firefox. With Chrome:- I've uninstalled and installed the browser various times- From what I've read Chrome has a built-in flash player, so nothing to uninstall/install there- I've cleared cookies and cacheWith Firefox:- I've uninstalled and installed the browser various times- I've uninstalled and installed the plugin various times- I've cleared cookies and cacheI have not been able to deactivate hardware acceleration (as it is sometimes suggested) since -oh the irony- flash crashes at the help website (so I cannot right-click on the flash animation and change the settings).So I'm stuck. This has been going on for days, and it is *extremely* frustrating since it freezes the browser and it renders the whole experience useless.Please help!!!!!!! I don't know what else to do, since all (most) suggested solutions and troubleshoots start at deactivating acceleration (which I cannot do, as stated before).

I have Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 on Firefox 47.0.1, using a Mac with OX 10.11.5.Downloading with Ant, sometimes as the download begins it hangs, and the only way out is to force quit Firefox. I have now disabled Flash, and when a download asks Flash to be activated, it freezes the moment I activate Flash.Is there an alternative to Flash?
