I am on a website doing homework and it will not let me view an Ebook. I says you must update your adobe flash player. I downloaded and checked and it says I have the current version, but it still will not let me use the book

When you download the flash upgrade it does not run on windows vista any version. There is no error message, nothing happens when you double click on the install exe file.It took me a while to figure this one out so I thought I would share the solution.Go to where you downloaded the install file using windows explorerThen right click the flash install file and left click PropertiesIn the general tab at the bottom left click the Unblock button and the click the Apply button The Unblock button will disappear.Now double click the install file and it will install the flash upgrade.Hope this helps someone out there.

As stated above, I have tried everything I can think of.  I have also run out of ideas I have found when googling the problem.

I am running Win 7 IE11 Flash Player 11.9 w/latest update. The permissions box is in the center of every video I try to watch & I can't get rid of it. Doesn't matter if I click accept or deny, uninstall & reinstall, or even restore my system to a previous point- it goes nowhere. Help me before I pull out the shotgun!!!!

Hi,I have the latest windows 10 and flash is not working on Microsoft edge browser. My flash player is turned on but I still cannot view content. Adobe told me to make sure it was turned on which it was and then I tested it but it said it was disabled,thank you for your help in advance.

Hello all,I have a Microsoft LifeCam HD-3000 webcam that I use to work online. I'm running Windows 10 64-bit on an HP Pavilion 23 All-in-One PC. I would like to use Microsoft Edge for my work, but my webcam won't capture video in Edge. My built-in camera works fine in Edge, but the quality is poor. My LifeCam works fine in Chrome and IE. Any ideas why it won't work in Edge? I have the latest drivers for the camera, the latest Flash update, I deleted all of the Flash browsing data and settings, and deleted the Flash cache. My webcam does show up as an option in the Flash settings menu in Edge, but no video appears.

When using Microsoft Edge messages say Flash player is disabled. Settings say flash player is enabled and it is part of windows10 automatically. Tried to install Flash Player again to no avail. No problems with Google Chrome though.

On the 29th of last month the flash player decided it wasn't going to work. despite going through all trouble shooting, error message saying it was disabled when it wasn't. please help

Whenever I try to play .swf files, I get the error message "Flash Player is not installed on your system. Swiff Player needs it to play Flash animations." However, Flash Player is in fact installed on my system, and is the latest version. I also installed Swiff Player, but it still doesn't work. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Our users use zscaler for web filtering and when it's running the online flashplayer install fails to initialize even if we remove all blocks.  The online flashplayer install runs fine if we turn off zscaler to do it but that is a long process each time flashplayer has a new version.  I can bypass the zscaler filter using the PAC file programming if I could get a list of all the URL's, IP's or server addresses that need to be bypassed to get the online installer to run properly.  Where can I find such a list?  Thanks in advance.

I downloaded the latest Flash update, 2/5/16, per the request of my Safari browser.  I've been routinely doing this for years, as I trust(ed) the Adobe brand.  Well,  NO MORE!!  Upon completion of the install I started getting non-stop mysterious pop-ups advising me to Scan my mac.  Additionally, I had MacKeeper as a pulldown option on the top of my screen.  I then spent two hours wading through Apple support sites, 1) diagnosing what the hell this thing was, and 2) removing it.  Apple classifies this as malware.  I suppose buried in the fine print of all the stuff one must "Accept" to do the install, may have been notification this stuff was being installed.  I find this dubious at best, and extremely misleading/unethical on the part of Adobe.  Definitely damages their brand reputation in my eyes.  I'll think twice before again using any Adobe product.

   I am having constant crash issues with my flash player version 20.0. I have gone to the troubleshooting page and gone through everything and still nothing,went to the FB page ...no help there. Now I am here forced to get a stupid Adobe ID just to find out why this piece of crap player wont work,I have been fighting with it for the last week. When it does work it's late in the evening working when I turn my PC off but jusy a pile of excrement when I turn it on in the morning.....WTF is up with that?

Hello,only after installation my flash player works fine at cnn.com - short before it works allready fine. After update this starts - as i discribed it.Once i change the article or the embedded video - my vsita does work fine - but flash-player does nothing.for a short time - i can see the application running in the task-manager - but still nothing happenschecked for the basic hints and tips:- no hardware acceleration- cache is deletedany ideas?regardsThomas

How to zoom out when in full screen?  I don't know how this happened but I have never used the ZOOM in or out In the Flash Player and when on full screen, it is so far Zoomed in that I cant see to help myself. don't need to when I take it to the normal full screen. One day I clicked on it and it goes to full screen and then some, and let me tell you "Some" is putting it lightly.   All I've done is click on the full screen button on the little screen where you start us out on and in the lower right corner is the button to click on for full screen. I click and "Oh MY God" is SO FAR IN that I cant only see a piece of a corner of what's on the video. And when something passes by that corner of the video, whatever it may be is so enormously huge I can't identify what's on screen. I cant find a way out and it wont let use the contol button on my keyboard, when I do it automatically jumps back out to the small screen instantly where I started. From the small screen to THE FULL

I do not understand why it did not charge my data.I have clear my internet cache, verified the version of flash and flush my dns, but nothing change.now I have buy another pc Hp pavillion Windows 10 and, at the same, site not working. Is not a problem limited at this site, but all gaming site I use not charge data: black screen or eternal loading.And every time I try to use flash, now, appeared an annoying advertising window. I recently purchased a new iMac but I cannot seem to be able to install Flash Payer. I have downloaded and run the installer, and the progress bar starts. But then it stops, disappears and I am presented again with the installer window. However when I try again to click on 'Install Flash Player', nothing happens. I am using Safari and the latest OS as of December 2015.
