Flash Player (read-only)

I have been watching the video from website many days now. It is day online tutorial video. All of a sudden this has stopped working. Some videos from same website still work and many would not. I have tried accessing the videos that do not work in may machine from other machines. All videos play good in other machines. This rules out some problem within website.I am confused why the video that was playing in past is not working now. Details below.I have checked all the settings for Adobe Flash Player. It is enabled.Manage Add-ons >Look for shock wave flash object. I bought a surface pro 3 thinking it would run facebook games easy since its stats are higher than the laptop I currently use and to run the ones that have both formats as apps. I found out not only does it not fit well on the screen but it runs really slowly and was surprisingly dissapointing. Add to that the games that have app format aswell like castleville weren't available on windows and hardly anything was and I have been sorely dissapointed.  I tried my husbands macbook pro thinking that maybe that would be a better portable solution with its elegant light design. I mean that still would not have the games from google apps but surely that would be able to run it in the native facebook and then I would just use my phone for apps or get a cheaper google tablet down the track and keep the purpose of the tablet and laptop separate. I unintentionally uninstalled flash player when I wanted to get rid of another program.  If I try to install it, I get a message that it is integrated with windows 8, as I have 8.1.  I can't get any videos.  How do I get it back on my PC, as it won't let me download it?Thanks

I am working on a PC with Ispring software. I have the most updated Flash version installed and I am using Windows 10.  When I run through one of the flashplayer training modules (.exe), it looks like everything is working, and it says it is sending the quiz results. I have selected to send results to an email address.  Nothing is coming through.  My client is also not receiving quiz results as their email address is also a destination. I called Ispring and they said a firewall or something must be blocking it. They told me to contact my antivirus provider or windows, and download Fiddler to review data coming in to my ip address. I have called both Norton and Windows. We tested it with the firewalls unblocked and the quiz results still did not come through on email. Honestly, I am not a technical person and I don't what to do next. Dear expert,I recently noticed that you will remove adobe flash player distribution links on January 22nd, 2016. I wanted to inform you that because of the sanctions put on Iran, it was the only way that we could download and install flash player since access to adobe website is blocked by adobe. It was even very difficult to post this comment cause of blocked access. I really hope that you do not remove flash player distribution links. Otherwise, we will NOT be able to download flash player. Hello,I've been looking into finding a way to suppress a pop up from Flash player when a site uses the local storage in flash.  This is a corporation so we can't just use the flash control panel, we need to be able to make the change globally across the workstations we have here via script/gpo, etc.  We're on Flash Player v19.The pop up we receive is: "Adobe Flash Player Settings - Local storage.  <WebsiteURL> is requesting permission to store information on your computer. Why do the commercials play well, but when the video starts, I get green screen?

I know there are a lot of threads for green screen but none fit my situation. I get a green screen with great sound during video playback. I am running the newest version of Flash Player(this is when problem started). I am running windows 10 and the problem is both on Edge and IE11. I have tried to right click in the player and select settings and turn off the Hardware Acceleration but that option does not appear under anything in settings. I have tried numerous fixes from the net but none work. Please help.

     I got a surface pro 3 and it does not handle facebook games well at all. IT seems to be for two reasons based on advice I have received, intergrated graphics card and agressive throttling when hot. I gave up on a tablet format device at that point and tried my husbands new high end mac book pro which has intergrated and dedicated graphics card. This handles it but the fan revs really highly and loudly and its still not quite as fast as my 4yo toshiba laptop. I have Adobe Flash Player 19 ActiveX, but it only plays certain videos. On Facebook some videos play and others won't.

I am using google chrome and have already installed the most current version of flash player. I have already tried the help page to enable it, however it is not showing up in the plugins page so i don't know how to enable it and would appreciate help

Holy cow!  Does the AssetCache floder content just keep growing forever? I have a HUGE number of folders in this folder.  It slows down all kinds of things that take forever to read that tree and other things just choke on it altogether.Is there a way to clear this cache?Is it OK to just delete all the contents of this folder manually?Does Flash have some way of automatically houskeeping this?Thanks for any help.

I have made a simple YouTube player in C# that uses Shockwave Flash. Now, when i am inside visual studio it works (the videos can be played) but when i deploy my application the flash player turns just white(i only see the flash player control, no videos playing). It doesn't play any videos. Now, i installed the active X plugin for IE but still doesn't work. Even on my development machine the player doesn't play video when i open it directly using the executable. It only works when i am inside visual studio. So i am asking for a help. I have Mac 10.7.5 on Safari, tried to install FlashPlayer a dozen times trying all troubleshooting suggestions. Installs to about 75%  and always says 'failed to install. Please help. Bruce

I am not sure how this was before but last year I've been noticed that my CPU usage is always almost 100% when flash player running - no matter what browser or website or quality of video is. I had Windows 8 64bit and now I have got fresh installation of Windows 10. Still the same. I have always the latest version of player. My hardware is following - I don't think it's that old for flash videos: ASUS M4A88T-V EVO, AMD Athlon II X2 250, rev. C3, 16 GB RAM.Thanks for any help.
