Fresco

The only export to illustrator option I am seeing in Adobe Fresco is to edit on desktop. Can I edit Fresco files on Illsutrator on iPad or the sync as an editable file only works for desktop?

Hello, so I payed for Adobe Fresco as a student last month. Date was 25. I wanted to cancel my subscription after because I am student and cannot afford to buy another month. So I want to cancel it but I cannot because it wants my money but I dont have any and I dont want it anymore. Please help.. Its just one day after the day I should have payed it but I forgot about canceling it. Please help and let me cancel it please

So I have a circle I create with the eliptical marque. Normally in Photoshop you can just put a stroke on it to create the outline of the circle. I don't want to fill in the whole circle.  Can I do that in Fresco??

Bonjour,depuis quelques jours j'ai des probleme de synchronisation qui fait que je perds une partie ou l'integralité de mon travail.quand je lance le logiciel apres quelques heures d'inactivité j'ai des dessins qui ne sont plus la le plant de travail est vide avec un point d'exclamation. 

Why is adobe fresco not available for ipad air 2?

Is there any way to solve this or is it just Fresco itself? I have consistently reverted back to photoshop for my illustration work, which is a pity because Fresco would be amazing if it weren't so laggy. I know that this is a common issue, but is there a way to solve it and speed things up? I can't have a normal workflow with Fresco, it is just too slow. Info: Working on a Surface Pro. Lots of storage spaxe. High speed internet. Updated to the latest version. No change?

Hello I am new to Fresco and do not know how to properly draw a triangle in the cited-above version A search did not reveal the answer. I know about snaplines but this technique does not seem the best technique. The new shape tool seems to be the tool for this purpose but the popout menu does not give an option other than filling the triangle. I just want an outline of the triangle. Choosing the selection option creates marching ants that could be used for tracing over the lines with snaplines,1 but that seems to be not what the developers intended. I hope my question is clear. Thanks for any suggestions. Monty

Why can't I save or copy paste the color swatches?I really need it !Especially because of the "multicolor swatch"I really want to save it for my further works.

Whey there are only a few recent multicolor swatches?I personally use the multicolor color picker more often,but there are so few of them that I have to remake everytime... Could you please update?Also option for saving the color swatch to my library.(+ copy paste and deleting the swatch)

In the Smudge brush spotlight, it was mentioned that the secondary state of a Pixel brush would act like a smudge brush. This isn't working for me in the update. Is that a coming soon feature? Thanks. 

I am trying to save a Fresco file to Dropbox, but all the options are ghosted. I have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling Fresco, no dice. Any ideas? 

I haven't used Fresco in a little while, and today I opened up the app and tried to create a new document, but as soon as I finished customizing the size and it was opening up, Fresco up and closed out. I opened the app again, and then tried to open an existing document, but it crashed again as soon as it was opening it. This happened a few more times...it's just not working.  I am on a 4GB Surface Pro 2017 with the latest Windows updates, and all else is up to date as well. The Fresco app is v. 1.8.1 (I am unable to update Fresco...it won't let me as it says my device is incompatible). This obviously is a bug and needs to be fixed...I cannot use Fresco at all!

I've loved using Fresco on my IPhone, but i really miss some form of text feature. I noticed that you have clarified that you are working on it, but would it be possible to give an ETA? And if not is there another application that you could recommend to slap some text on Fresco artwork? Thank you and keep up the good work.

How do I export an illustrator ipad file with layers to Fresco. I have tried exporting as a psd file and I get an 'exported ' sign but can't find where it is now stored. Any help please!

I love Adobe colour palettes and how easily it's to use them in Fresco, but i'm wondering - is there any way I can create a palette that contains more than 5 colours?I can't find such an option in Fresco and am unclear on how to create custom palettes on Photoshop in a way that would be shared across the Adobe cloud.

I am using Adobe Fresco on a Surface Pro 6. I am subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps package, so I have the full version of Adobe Fresco. Under the export menu, the timeline export option is sometimes there, sometimes not. I can not determine what conditions make it available, and what conditions make it not available. It's essentially random. Is there some setting or condition I need to meet for timeline export and preview to be available? Or is this just a bug?  

I have the All Apps subscription in my Adobe Account, so I have the full version of Fresco, and I am on a Surface Pro 6. When I select to preview a Timelapse, it shows no progression of any kind, only a second or so of the most recent image. If I export and save an .MP4 file, it is the same. One second of the latest image, no progression. I thought the point of Timelapse was that my drawing was automatically recorded from when I first stated drawing up until the latest brush stroke. I am not seeing anything like that. What do I have to do in order to enable a full time lapse of my work from first brush stroke to last?

I just don't understand how Adobe continues to release features [that should be standard] to some and not all. It's been about a month since MAX and there's no text tool update for Surface. I just don't get it. Subscriber for a long time and I am constantly getting heartbroken because I don't live in Apple world?! All the other updates...except the text tool...something that should have been a given for any device able to run Fresco.I just don't understand. Competing against Procreate shouldn't be so hard, you are not only on one platform! Act like it! Release with the intention of delivering quality to all..not just some. Or at least be up front about when you will release to every device able to run Fresco at whatever version.I laughed at the setting in "Premium Features" saying that "You are currently subscribed to Fresco, you have access to all features." If I am missing something for my issue of not having the very common TEXT TOOL, someone PLEASE let me know, but I can't apologiz

Hi, there is problem with instalation on Win 10 Pro 20H2 - app is not available to install beacuse "You need at least Win 10 ver 1809" ( version from 2018). Any suggenstion? Bartek

Hello,  I just purchased an iPad Pro 11" 2nd Gen. I installed Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fresco. I have an image I've been working on in Photoshop 2021 on desktop that I want to work on in iPad. It opens great in Photoshop, even at the original size settings on desktop. However, I've learned that it seems Mixer brush is not in the iPad version of Photoshop? I'm puzzled because I see it is a feature in Fresco. So I tried to open it in Fresco since I am currently painting with mixer brushes in PS21. It said the image needs to be 8192px X 8192px or smaller. The original image was too large, but I also work at 600ppi on desktop. So I reduced it in Photoshop for iPad to 300ppi, which changed the image to 3300 x 5000 ish. These are within Fresco's 8192x8192 parameters. However when I try to open it in Fresco it says it is still greater than 8192x8192. How can I resolve this? 

Hi,I sent a post before but no one answered..can someone help me please? I am having issues with Adobe Fresco.When I finish drawing, I click on the house icon (top left hand corner) to save the document into fresco so I can come back to it later on. The message "saving document" pops up. When I re-open the documents, they are always a little bit blurry. However, if I chose to export them instead of saving them they re-open fine. I don't understand why. It is very frustrating because I need to be able to save them into fresco if I want to keep on editing them later on. I use live brushes and pixel brushes.The second issue is when i export timelapse. They also are blurry! Please help. Thanks. Sarah   

I had Fresco crash on me while working on a large file. When i reopened the program ALL of my previous documents seem to have been corrupted. When i attempt to open one it either says, "Format not supported. This document does not appear to be a valid psd" Or ir says "Problem opening document. Fresco is unable to open this document, please contact support." I tried to download the files from my creative cloud, and the download button is just flat out missing for any of the affected files. Is there anything i can do?  Is there a way to just get the files locally on my computer? I really wish we could save them locally. I had work for clients in there. Someone please help 😞 Thanks in advanced.
