Fresco

Hi,New to Fresco (iPad) and loving it so far. Have a question that I think already know answer to but thought would check in case I've missed something.  Is there a way to select multiple layers without grouping?I just want to resize a couple of layers but don't want them to be grouped as the layers are just temporary later to be merged. Tia

I've imported drawings to be digitally colored. How do you:1) color within lines, with lines as hard boundaries you can't color outside of?2) when you leave as a vector, you can't fill it. You have to convert to pixel layer to fill shapes. However when you fill the shapes, the shape's lines pixelate with the White around it. How do you fill without the pixelated lines.

Hello everyone. I've noticed in most digital art apps especially for the iPad you can have ways to organize documents. So found I have not found anyways you can make folders/subfolders and add documents in them. If anyone has noticed a change in this feature lmk, and also lmk what you all do to keep your documents organized so they aren't just out in the open and scattered everywhere. If this is possible.

I'm very interested in using the live brushes and the timelapse export on fresco, and my drawing tablet works fine on the desktop version.  My questions are: Is there a hand tool I can use to move around my artboard?If not, does photoshop have live brushes? and does photoshop have the timelapse export?

I'm new to Adobe and have been trying to figure out if it's possible to create a wall mural design with the painting brushes in Fresco, but then send them to my distributor to make them into wall murals. The file sizes are so small and are only showing the dimensons as large as 13 inches. How do I create a file in Fresco that can be blown up to wall paper? Thanks,Sarah

Hello community, I have a question to the new vector brush (simple taper brush velocity depending) where the line and especially beginning and end are "velocity-depending". I do not really see the difference to the simple taper (number two in the list), where you can also adjust the velocity dependency... Can anyone help me out here?

I'm designing some murals in Fresco that I want to offer in a number of different colours, am I able to import the file into Photoshop and change the colours of each element there?

I spent a solid 5 hours on an illustration in Fresco on my 13" iPad pro. This morning I went to export the illustration via airdrop to my Macbook. I accidentally chose my iMac instead, so I canceled the airdrop. Now the entire document is gone! I see a file with a similar name that has only one of the layers of the document I lost. I am extremely upset. I checked my adobe cloud account and it is not there either. How could canceling an airdrop delete a file! Help?

Maybe this is a wish list setting, but when I am on a 4K canvas size, the timelapse only exports 1920 in width. Is there any way to up that or control the timelapse exported movie settings. Also is there a way to get the frame by frame, image sequence raw files of your drawing. I know this would be exhaustive to the app's ram but just wondering all these things...

Beware!If you have been creating images on Sketch and then on Fresco for a long time (I had close to 1500 original drawings stored in the "Cloud Documents" on Creative Cloud). If you have to change Adobe accounts- ie: like me, you are leaving the company that provided you with your Adobe access and have to create a new one... there is no way to bulk download your work or to to transfer from one Creative Cloud to another... it is totally ridiculous!! ... You have to click on each file, one by one to download them to your Computer / iPad... this is stupide crazy!I tried to reach out to Adobe for help and they were useless (3hours going round in circles), I ended up spending 50 hours to just get back what belonged to me form the Creative Cloud! Very Bad... super disappointed with Adobe.

My aging hand gets sore fast when using an Apple Pencil or my Wacom stylus, probably because I tend to use a "claw" grip in order to angle the stylus so that the iPad or tablet reads its input correctly.  This tends to promote drawing from the wrist, which tires me fast.  By contrast, I can use a traditional long-handle oil paintbrush all day long, because I hold it with an overhand grip and paint more from my shoulder.   So I'm wondering: is there a "long-handled oil brush" stylus?  Google and Amazon searches reveal products like the Nomadbrush, which features lots of nylon bristles -- but it's shaped like a big ol' round brush, not a flat brush, which is what I prefer.  Can anyone recommend a "paintbrush stylus"?  Thanks in advance.

Hello, I'm a new Fresco user who is enjoying learning the new application. The Fresco hands-on tutorial (iOS version) called "Intro to Brushes" features a sample project that really caught my eye. See the screenshot below -- I think it's called "Morning Paper." I'm specifically interested in knowing the names of the brushes used to create the figure reading the newspaper in the chair. How do I find that out? Can someone put me in touch with the designer? Or does Fresco have a feature that allows me to see the specific brushes used for individual layers and objects?  Thank you! Matt

I was working on a drawing this morning- a birthday gift for a friend, as it were- and the app suddenly froze for a minute and cleared my drawing entirely. The layers themselves were still there, and I could draw on the cleared layers, but every previous brush stroke had been effectively erased and undoing didn't do a thing.I thought it might be a glitch and tried to reopen the file; all the image layers were visible, but all the drawing ones- including hidden layers- were empty. The file is also not showing up in my cloud documents. The app didn't crash; it happened completely out of the blue. Seeing as art commissions are currently my main source of income, this is pretty worrying to me. I'd appreciate any feedback on whether there is hope for recovering the drawing in question, and an explanation for how/why this happened; I love Fresco but I really would have rather not had to worry about my art suddenly disappearing for no reason.Thank you!

Hello, Since I downloaded the Creative Cloud adobe pack, I've been having some graphic problems while I'm working in every program, not only on fresco. I work on a Sufacebook pro 2. And I don't really understand why this is happening to me, and I need help because I'm getting desperate because it blocks my creativity. I've tried to delete and redownload all the apps, restored de pc, restarted the programs but it continues happening.I added a screenshot of the problem in case anybody else has it Too... Thanks

Saving a PSD file to cloud and on opening in Fresco i get message "Frame animation is not supperted". There is no frame animation in the file. Any idea what element of PSD file is cusing this problem? 

Ive beem trying to erase a custom shape ive made but having to erase it by hand is tricky and doesnt give a smooth finish to my work, plus it takes hours to have it the way one wants it. In the photoshop in the desktop version  you just select the tool that automaticaly selects the shape on the layer and from there you can do what ever you want. Well i do wish in fresco you could have that. Can make life easier for a lot of people. I am currently working on a Streaming Overlay so i need some shapes to be entirely transparent through all the layers itll be quite difficult erasing all of those layers with the exact same shape i want it.Does anyone have ideas on how to do this if not... i hope it can be added to the app since it would be very handy.

Hi It is posted in Fresco docs to export as PDF to bring into AI, but there vectors are lost and the file just opens as single merged layer? What seems odd is Photoshop on the ipAd enables seamless import of fresco, preserves layers and offers, duplicate and flatten to edit direct which is fine. But then the workflow surely should be you will want to manipulate and add to artworks using AI and PS as PS does not like fresco enable vectors creation. Also will live brushes port into main products being AI and PS over time? If you can't retain vectors in AI that is a significant limitation for anyone wanting to use Fresco to sketcha nd then go into production environment with full tools. Hope I am wrong and missing something here...Thanks  

I do my own drawing account on Instagram and I get business asking for my drawings. When I drawing on my iPad Pro it saves VERY blurry. I export it as a jpg as a 8.5 by 11 and when I look at my photos or send it through insta, it's blurry and it won't let me zoom in and it gets even blurrier. Help! I don't want to lose business 

Currently using Sketch, etc. with Adobe's Slide & Ink devices.Cannot install Fresco on my iPad, because it is one of the incompatible ones.However if Adobe supported their own devices in Fresco, well then, no reason why Fresco would not become also available to more versions of iPads.
