These individuals are falsely representing who they are to gain your trust, and possibly access to your computer or personal information by offering to help troubleshoot issues.   Here are 3 Easy ways you can identify Adobe Staff: ➊ All Adobe Staff have a RED ADOBE BADGE below their profile picture and an Adobe logo after their username. This staff badge is visible on Adobe Staff profile pages, original posts and reply threads.    ➋ Genuine Adobe emails are always __________@adobe.com   ➌ Adobe Staff will never ask you to share your passwords or sensitive information in the Adobe Community. I have officially cancelled my subscription to Adobe Fresco.  Six months have gone by and Live Brushes are STILL not supported on my Surface Pro 4 device.  Several updates have come through with none of them providing support for this feature.  Releasing a product in this state with only part of it working is unacceptable and false advertising.  Please point me to where it says on your website for Surface devices where it says it's not supported.  I wouldn't have even bothered to use this product.  Please point me to where it says WHEN it will be supported?  The only thing I have been able to find is to update my Intel drivers in order to USE live brushes which I did of course and was still getting the error that they weren't supported.  This is not only confusing but disappointing?  Why use your product if I cannot use ALL of the product?  Why release it to Surface/Windows devices at all?  You release half a product?  Where i

I like to use my iPad for sketching out ideas and then continue the work on the desktop version of Illustrator. This process is actually incremental, and I would like for changes in Illustrator (or Photoshop for that matter) to appear back on my iPad as soon as possible.The only way I've found this to work today isn't really syncing back in a good way, has a frustratingly high number of manual steps, and often results in sync conflicts.  Any plans of such features?

In my opinion Fresco should support switching between the last used brush, item, etc. if desired using the the "button" on the pencil like other apps. This has become the "expected behavior".  This is a behavior that I feel should be "selectable'.

Can Fresco be installed on a macbook pro? Does Fresco come with the Creative Cloud? I cannot seem to find it or info about this type of install.

Hello there, lets say i have a blue circle on one layer and another circle in red which is a bit offset on another layer. So you have something like the mastercard logo. Now i want a exact selection of the blue circle. Like clicking with comand on a photoshop layer. Is there any way to do that?

I like the Apple notes pencil. Does anyone know settings to get a fresco pencil to act like that? also, I know fresco is mostly for painting, but I like doodling while I take notes. anyways  way to set backgrounds for notes or other purposes? I really like this ability in the Linea Sketch app.

Bonjour, I am trying to figure out what is causing the limitation in creating large files or files with high resolution? Is it tied to my iPad limitation or the App limitation? I am currently working on a large project using Fresco (Fresco to illustrate and Photoshop to assemble my illustrations) and because I often work on high res. file (1200 dpi) I am trying to figure out if it would be worth investing in a super-powerful iPad. Currently, it seems that I have the exact same limitations in Fresco and Procreate which makes me think the limitations may be related to my device. Thoughts?

HelloHope someone can help me out. I've been working on a project in Fresco and for some reason when I export as PNG or PSD the resoltuion is terrible!. I checked my doc settings (thats usually the issue) but they are set to A4 300ppi so I don't know whats going onany ideas??

I have successfully installed Fresco on Surface pro 5, but when I open the program, it says ''Loading file '' and the program closes automatically.

Help. Maybe it’s simple but I can’t figure it out. Let’s say I have a project and I’m using the same color palette. Any way I can create my own preset or color pallette or something? Please and thank you. ^_^ 

I illustrate using Adobe Fresco on iPad pro - I have drawn an illustration using the vector brushes, have set the dpi to 300 under the settings / print, but when my printer has gone to print it for me, they have opened it in Photoshop, the edges are not crisp and its slightly blurred. What am I doing wrong! Its driving me insane and I need these printed for a client ASAP  Thanks in advance    

We don't have any regular Windows desktop versions of fresco right now, so when are you expecting them?To use fresco, I called the Korean poet Adobe for several days to check and paid for it, but I can't use it. I want to use another program, but... I think Fresco is a really good program. I'm not using it because it's not applicable. When will the desktop version of fresco be updated?

Hello everyone, I have a recurring problem with my favorite brushes. My favorite brushes are deleted each time the application is reopened. It becomes annoying to put them back in place with each new drawing, I can't find any solution to my problem ...Thank you

I created a watercolour logo background in Fresco. Can this be exported as a hi res image for use in Illustrator and at print quality resolution / 300dpi? Any tips would be welcome, thanks. 

Fresco brushes are so fantastic. In particular, the attractiveness of the pencil brush fell.I would like to use a fresco pencil brush in Photoshop. Is there any way?

In Adobe Fresco which I love using more....I cant find where to select layer contents/invert layer contents like in ArtRage....

Maybe I'm missing this - but can and how I save changes to the built-in pixel brushes to new presets? Ex: saving a light 2H pencil and a fat 4B pencil. 

HiI design as a side hustle and cannot afford full Adobe Creative Cloud as I just don't bring in enough income yet to justify. I am interested in Adobe Fresco as a cheaper entry point as I really want to get into Vector vs Raster (Procreate) on my ipad. Big requirement for me is ability to resize files, especially photographs. I know Photoshop can do this but don't have it. Can I resize photos in Adobe Fresco? Any insight appreciated. If I have to leverage another Cheap or free app with it, if it doesn't have the capability, let me know.

While I was drawing in Adobe Fresco, my drawing project abruptly closed and landed me on the Fesco homepage (not the iPad home screen, so the whole app didn't crash). Now on the Fresco home screen, I can see the thumbnail for my current drawing project has a white exclamation mark in a yellow circle. When I click on my project to try and open it back up, it won't open. I haven't been given an error code or anything. It just won't open. I can open other projects, but not this one. Please help me fix this!  (sorry I didn't know what topics to put this in!)
