Fresco

I Can't operate Fresco on my surface pro 6. When I start new document, it quit itself automatically and there're no signs. The storage is enough to operate.How can I fix it?

Hi there! Just wondering what stylus pen is available to use in Adobe Fresco. I have been reading that some say it only supports Apple Pencil, but some are also saying that it currently works with Logitech Crayon as well.  Trying to find a stylus for the iPad 6th Generation. Is the pressure-sensitive feature only available for the Apple Pencil in Fresco? Thanks!

himamy of my physical paintings have white backgrounds. When I import into Fresco how do I white out the background? I tried the lasoo tool and ended up deleting the part of the painting I actually wanted to keep. I'm really new to this do any help appreciated. 

Is there a reason Fresco is not incuded as a downloadable app on my CC? I'm using a Mac Pro (2013), it says it is either not included in my appr membership or my computer can not run the program. My computer is ultra fast with lots of extras in it so I can't see that as being the problem, and my membership should include all the apps like it says it does. Help please!

Nothing seems to be opening for me. I have tried to uninstall and re-install this twice now and still having the same issue. Are there any known issues with running this on a Surface Book 2 that I am unaware of?Attaching a screenshot of the error I am getting.  

I use iPad air3, IOS12.4.1. I cannot create documents after opening fresco. please help me. I have tried reinstalling the app. Also I don't want to upgrade ios13 because it is unstable.

Hi -- I am seeing an 'insufficient storage' message within the adobe app. I still have at least 10 GB of storage on my ipad, as well as 95 GB on adobe cloud. Not sure where to update this or why this being trigger.  

Dear Adobe employees, management, Could you please allow at least 2 app subscriber get premium access to Fresco? very upset that even only PS sub could have premium access to Fresco whereas AI is not included. We love Fresco, could you please consider it again? 

Could Adobe please add the option to use HSL as a color setting? I really find the HSB system unintuitive, as it feels like HSL if you removed the 51-100 range of the Lightness setting. I'm having difficulty adjusting, and would rather not have to. Color SystemsHSL = Hue, Saturation, LightnessHSB / HSV = Hue, Saturation, Brightness/Value

I wake up this morning to finish working on an illustration that I have 70+ hours into, when I wake up fresco is signed out. When I sign back in all of my progress is gone. All of it. I hate fresco so much. I almost started crying. The chat roo. Support guy was no help. Didn’t walk me through anything he just kept sending me links that I already had. I went to the assists page and my work is not there. This is the problem with the cloud. I should have never started using fresco. My stomach is in knots right now. How is this even possible  

I've just started using Fresco (I'm a storyboard artist) and I'm not sure what kind of brush engine they're using, but the basic sketching pencil is heads and shoulders above anything I've found in Procreate. Maybe even better than Corel Painter. Great, simple to navigate workspace, too.I know these are early days for the app, and there are still some quirks (palm rejection etc.), but I think this has the potential to be  a Procreate killer. Procreate is still tops with features like crop, transform tools and now animation, but like I said, early days.I really hope the Adobe team sticks with this, and depending on what features will be forthcoming, I would even pay for the subscription, to get them.

How do you set the color of the background layer in Fresco on Windows?

So I was trying to draw a simple graphic in Adobe Comp just to better identify a button. I realized that wasn't possible, so I figured I'd move over to Fresco and add a sketch to the library for the project. Unfortunately, there are very few "organizational" tools in Fresco or in the concept of Cloud Documents more broadly. I could have exported an imported as a png, but that feels messy when adding the graphic to a library would be so convenient and allow for updates. Instead I had to open it in desktop photoshop, from there add the layers to a group, and finally add the group to the library (which as I understand it, simply saves it as a photoshop doc under the hood). It would be great to generally streamline the process of moving things from within any Adobe app into a library (which are a really useful organizational tool). Is there a better way already?

maybe this has been discussed and I appologize if I am repeating a question.  By chance is the ability to create modifiers while using my WACOM MobileStudio Pro 16 coming? What I mean is, in Photoshop I can set a button to perform a specific task, such as increase my brush size.  I have tried to set a button in Fresco as I need the ability to adjust my brush size and waterflow for my live brushes.  Currently I have to keep going back into my toolbar and manually adjust brush size and water flow every time. It's exhausting.  Again, if this is a repeat problem, please forgive me and point me in the right direction Sincerely JustBob

Like I got this laptop with drawing and photography in mind so I can take on more commisions and photo jobs and its not like I was thinking this program but its strange that I cant download it when I have a full touchscreen laptop and I wanted to try their drawing program (im usin clip stuido at the moment)

The Samsung Galaxy Book is almost identical to the Wacom Mobile Studio Pro.  It uses a Wacom table driver with battery-less stylus.  Any reason Fresco isn't available?     {Renamed by MOD}

Is there a way to see where your stylus is located on the screen, as you paint?

The smoothing option works with vector brushes. However, it does not work with pixel brushes (0 and 100% smoothening look the same). Why then have the smoothing option with pixel brushes? I am using Fresco on the iPad Pro 3rd generation with the new Apple Pencil. 

How do I open (or import) an .eps file in Fresco?

I am trying to understand if there is a difference between masks and selections, other than that the masks are permanent.  Selections are easy to use as masks, but if you close the application they go away (annoying!).  I have noticed that live brushes do not bleed outside of selections, but masks do.  I am also having a hard time finding explanations of mask linking and flattening, and whether masks can be made to apply to multiple layers.  I am very new to Fresco, but love it.  Unfortunately, advanced technique information seems very hard to find.
