Fresco

I am thinking of buying the XPPen Artist  Pro 24 and want to use Adobe Fresco software. I am using Windows 11 Thanks

I want to select with the lasso tool, copy the selection and paste it in the same layer. But the only "paste" option I've found is the one in the layers menu that creates a new layer. How can I paste in the same layer? Thanks!   [Renamed by Mod]

I know i am late at this but i want to convert my adobe draw porject to fresco. Projects are available on https://assets.adobe.com/mobilecreations but the option to convert to fresco is not there.do help guys.

I have multiple vector layers that I need to merge in Fresco. When I try to merge them in every possible configuration, they will convert to pixel layers. If I Erase everything from the layer so there is nothing that can be selected and it says the layer is empty, it will still convert to a pixel layer. None of the layers use a blend mode, and the opacity and mask density are both at 100. I know it isn't because of hidden effects, pixel brushes or transparency, because they will still convert to pixel layers despite being empty. Is there some setting I'm missing that is causing this?

Hi!  Not sure where the setting is inside fresco for accessing my library created brushes in chronological order, they seem to b arranged in alphabeticak order. Would really appreciate ur hell🙏

Hello, I can’t import new brushes into Adobe Fresco. I was able to get them but they "disappeared" and I can’t download them anymore. However, I haven’t changed anything in the configuration of my PC. Thank you in advance for your help. Philippe.

Using Fresco for the first time in a while and when I've opened up one of my previous illustrations the timelapse feature has completely disappeared. So I can't view a timelapse or export one. What can I do to fix this?

I've been using Fresco for years, and I just realized the version I am using isn't the latest, greatest version even though it is up-to-date. No idea what is going on. I just updated to version 5.7 but I am missing some features. For example, the screenshot below shows the "add images" tab on the left with all the cool new features like "Elements" and my boring old version on the right. Anybody have any ideas as to why I don't have the cool stuff?

Can someone tell what I'm doing wrong? I was trying to merge the eye color with the color of the eyeballs but it suddenly turned into a pixel instead of a vector? Is there something that did something wrong?

In iPad Pro 11inches M4 when I try to export or preview Timelapse the app constantly modifies the canvas size, with a black frame. It does not allow to save video. Only to files, but fails when try to "save video". I tried all options around: updated iPad and fresco to last versions, changed canvas size, tried several things and nothing works. The Timelapse option it's just broken. 

Will any new Live brushes be created. I love working with the Live oils, but a fan brush (and possibly a pallette knife?) would be amazing. Fan brushes and stippling would be brilliant for the watercolours too if possible.

Hello, Im not sure if Adobe is ran by software engineers being located so close to all the tech giants, or if working artist in the industry are regularly giving input designing the software like fresco because it doesnt quit feel pro level (although very close).Just a few things I'd love to see.1.) Layers -The visibility icon on the layers should be like the photoshop app on ipad, where the visibility icon is on every layer rather than a single icon that control layers visibility. Make working with 100+ layers more easier to navigate with tweeks like this.2.) Brush creator-The brushes currently are decent but I dont see a way to edit them in any meaningful way or create your own.3.) Focus on Painting over Animation-If you follow art apps history you know Procreate came out with Dreams and it went bad, They havent had an update on their main software procreate in maybe half a decade because they were so focus on animation. Anyone else having this issue? This is the first time I am using Fresco, but familiar with other Adobe programs. I've tried going into Settings>Input>Brushes, and see where you can select a 'cross hair' and a 'brushstamp'- But it does not show the outline of the brush until you click, so it's pretty useless. Is there no way to make it constantly display the brush stamp, even when hovering/not actively painting? They have this in other adobe programs so I'm hoping there is a way to do this in Fresco. So many peaple ask for the same information, no really professional info for a power user and developer like me. My new iPad is full no way to backup on flash drive or to clear memory on fresco, most brilliant application for real artists. It is the same like working on canvas. Over 100 2 a week solid.  I understand the cloud story, for dummies, but the work is my work. Not adobe. Or Apple both do backup. Got iPhone 13 pro max and 128 poor memory filled with the Fresco files. So deleted fresco and guess what, gfresco app gone only from iPhone but files stay on my new phone. A basic workflow of any application is to be able to move it and save it according to your wish, no for Apple and Adobe we are too stupid to do that. This is a system for dummies, to avoid deleting by mistake, oops me bad. I am a user of photoshop version 1 how many of you can say that. My brush preview remains stuck in the crosshair icon and has not changed even when I turn it off or choose any of the other options in the App Settings. Ive shut down and reopened Fresco several times but it wont change....any advice on how to fix this?

Hiya! I updated the app recently and now my pen selection has been reduced to about 7 Normal pens and about 4 wacky colourful ones. All of the sections like pencil and paint or ink have disappeared as have my favourites folder too! This is sooo frustrating as I can't draw with any of the pens I'm used too. Cannot find a way to fix! Plz help !!

But I can’t open them in Adobe Fresco, and the website only lets me download low-quality images, not the original drawings.I need help recovering the original, high-quality vector versions so I can keep working on my art.Does anyone know how to get these files back?

Hello, i was doing some animating today and found out about the new onion layer colour feature. But instead of being helpful, it is a bit irritating and won't let me see my previous frames correctly. Is there a way to change it back to the old version?

I've used adobe capture to grab som pics of shapes, which when saved to cc libraries and opened in illustrator are vector. When opened in fresco they are just images (not vector) . Is there a way to bring them in as vectors? Thanks for your help

I'm having issues with Fresco where it freezes and immediately crashes aftermoving, zooming or rotating the canvas. This issue only happens in a sessionwhere a tool, such as a pixel brush, has been used prior to using fingers onthe touch screen to zoom/rotate/move the canvas.Old and new files alike, no matter the canvas size.Same issue with integrated AMD GPU and dedicated NVIDIA GPU.Sometimes it takes 2 to 5 minutes. Sometimes it happens instantly, rotationmovements seem to make it crash faster.Using the touch pad to zoom/rotate/move the canvas does not cause the issue --only when using the touch screen.While in Fresco's Transform Mode, the issue does not occur even if tools wereused prior to entering Transform Mode.My laptop meets all the Fresco requirements, it's an ASUS ProArt PX13, freshlyinstalled and updated (including latest drivers for chipset, iGPU and dGPU,touch screen and stylus).
