Fresco

I am trying to find out if I am eligible for the premium features of Fresco I have a cc sub for ps and illustrator yet I do not have access to the premium features. All the promos say Fresco is free for cc subscribers but it is not clear what exactly is free. I have tried an online chat with adobe help but they don’t seem capable of answering the simple question of whether I am entitled to premium version or not - if the answer is negative then at least tell me!

Hi,   When I use Fresco, a blue filled circle appears where I touch the screen with my finger or Apple Pencil. This blue dot is opaque with a transparent blue outline. It's constant size - doesn't change with the tool width.   When using a thin tool (like pen or pencil) , the blue dot blocks my view of the ink that is under my pencil tip. This makes it difficult, for example, to draw a square. When I get close to closing the square, the blue dot prevents me from seeing where the first corner is.   Is there a way to disable this? The blue dot doesn't appear in the online tutorials, so it must either be a new feature or there's a way to disable it.    Thanks  

When I go to the online help from Fresco the only way to navigate is with the links at the top of the pages. A back button would be helpful, at least to put you back where you were on the previous page, instead of at the top scrolling down to where you left off. Thanks!

I have the latest iPad Pro and the download button in the App Store is unclickable. I’m a paying creative cloud member so what gives???

I am not an artist. I inport shapes from Adobe caputre and work with them in adove sketch and draw. I tried using Fresco, but it doens't have the shaping tools in sketch and draw.     When will this be added?    Thanks Wendy

Hi! I might be missing something but is there anyway to change the hue/saturation in Fresco?

I've adjusted my post, because I was mistaken, this fix is not in the current build but in a build that will be available very soon.   For anyone who's been trying to use the Logitech Crayon in Fresco... hang in there just a little bit longer.   Thanks to everyone for being so patient.    Sue.

I've got a CC abo with 100GB cloud storage. LR reports 63GB free space, but FR reports "your cloud space is used completely". It's not a problem of deleted files in the cloud, so far I only added files and didn't delete.   What is going on here, am I missing something?

I imported a file from Adobe Draw to Fresco and have now completed the image. I want to eventually duplicate the image so I can test some changes but in order to do that, the file needs to be on the Cloud, which it is not. I contacted someone from Adobe via chat and they sent me a link to uploading from the desktop, which I am not on considering I'm using an iPad app and when I explained this, the agent sent me a link to access my cloud files from the internet (assets.adobe.com I think) to which I responded, "This won't help as the file is not in the cloud". Please help, I just need to figure out why this file and this file alone is not in the cloud.

Since not everyone can affort an iPad Pro, what about the windows version of Fresco?  I know you said, you are working on it and there is already a button to buy it for Windows on the Website, but it's leading to an offline site.  When will Fresco be available for Windows? 

Wondering what the best method is for importing an image layer?  I have been importing them via Adobe Draw projects but I assume there's a way to directly import them into the project from one's photo library (in my case, my iPad)?

In Adobe Sketch and other products, it is easy to select a layer and resize it after it has been created or imported.  I don't see any option in the Fresco layer menu to transform, change size, rotate, etc.  Surely it is possible?  Can someone tell me how?

Just a suggestion.. The ruler and shape tools would be a great addtion to Fresco 

I've used Adobe Fresco for weeks now with no issue and have created a lot within the app. I was even drawing just last night but I went to open the app this morning and it just crashed before opening fully. After restarting and even updating my iPad, I'm still having the same issue of a glitch and I can't get the app to open further than showing the logo and then exiting back to my home screen. Any ideas as to help? Thank you!!

Before it was an erroe message saying fresco , needs 3gb free space to start.Now it needs 5gb free space to start. Is this a bug? IsThe program is already installed and have used it several times. . Don't need 5gb free space to start procreate or Clip Sudio pro.

Hello! I have moved things around on my workspace, such as the Color Palette and Brushes. Every time I load Fresco on my IPad Pro 11" the UI resets to default and I have to move everything around again.  Is this intended?

Trying to export my Fresco artwork as a PSD file from my iPad so I can open it in Photoshop but it keeps failing. I see the little blue sync circle then finally a red warning triangle with "tap again to retry" message. It seems to start uploading then fails. I'm saving to Creative Cloud, there's plenty of storage available.

Hi, I'm a paying user of Lightroom mobile plan (using 58GB out of 100GB) Unfortunately Fresco sees that my creative cloud storage usage is way above the free 2GB (due to photos managed by LR) and doesn't allow me to upload anything. I would have expected either: - be able to use the free 2GB inside Fresco independently of the already paid Lightroom usage - be able to share the already paid 100GB from LR inside Fresco   As it stands paying customers from other products are penalized and can't even use the 2GB of the free plan.   Is this expected behavior? I have recently installed Adobe Fresco on the IPad and am impressed with the drawing and paint features over Adobe Draw and Adobe Sketch, particularly for the Oil and Watercolor brushes. One issue that I have not been able to work out is the syncing of files between the IPad and Windows 10 Adobe Creative Cloud (with Photoshop/Bridge). I have it all set up under a single CC account and when I go to https://assets.adobe.com/files I can see folders for "Synced Files" and "Cloud Documents". The problem is that I can only see my files in "Synced Files" on the IPad and I can only see my files in "Cloud Documents" in Photoshop/Bridge on Windows. I can get around this to work to some degree by Exporting and Importing files to the "Cloud Documents" folder from Fresco and these files then become available in Photoshop/Bridge on Windows and vice versa. Congrats to the Fresco team on the release!   I have spent a few hours with Fresco, and it's  really exciting-- a few questions-- or suggestions or how do yous...   Easily clear a layer? Where  is the blender tool? Is there a blender? (not via live brush) SWATCHES!!???!! uhm... guys.... where are the swatches? i cant import my cc swatches? does this finctionality exist? will it  exist? dilute existing opacity towards 0% when using water color-- it appears that adding color and mixing color is fantastic in using it, but how do i thin out areas thick areas of color with "water" or clear transparency? personalize finger gestures?  adjust "canvas" texture for pixel brushes -- (for example: i have Kyle's mega pack from 2015, obviously the brush engine is different than PS, but it appears the texture of many brushes all have the same pebbly, toothy quality)  

Fresco crashes every time I want to use Kyle crosshatch brushes.
