He instalado Fresco recientemente, y en las versiones v5.0 y v5.01 el programa se me cierra automáticamente al querer abrir o crear un archivo, solo se cierra sin dejar ningún mensaje de error. I just installed an updated version of fresco, previous ones worked fine. Since I did this updated, it keeps crashing when I try to open an existing file or a new document.I tried several of the things that was suggested in previous conversationCtlr + Alt+ R in CC No virus I updated my drivers (especially graphics) I tried to install the previous verison available (same thing) I have enough space and RAM What is the solution?
I love Adobe Fresco, but it is very frustrating when my documents crash after some time of drawing. I have tried updating creative cloud, restarting my PC, updating Fresco as well as updating my computer. I would greatly appreciate any troubleshooters.
Hello,Fresco is no longer working for me.I am working on an animation file that takes very long minutes to open (2 to 5 minutes!) and refuses to save.I have tried to save it about ten times. I wait for long minutes but Fresco is stuck.I have uninstalled Fresco from my iPad several times. It's still the same problem.I tried Fresco from my computer and managed to save the file after 10 minutes of waiting!But I can't save my file from my iPad.I have been repeating the operations for several hours.Should I start my work from scratch?Could you please provide me with a solution? I pay to use software that works.Thank you.
Hello, I am contacting you because I can no longer work on my Fresco application. I am working on my iPad on an animation file that takes several minutes to open and it is impossible to save it. To solve the problem, I have deleted many layers but to no avail. What should I do? thank you
Hello Adobe Community! I have just started experimenting with Adobe Fresco, I'm using a Wacom Intuos Pro connected to a HP Envy x360, and most of the gestures simply don't seem to be working while using the pen tablet. On the screen that also has touch they do work but since the quality of the Wacom Pro pen has no comparison with the screen sensitivity i would like to use these functions on the pen tablet rather than the laptop screen.The two fingers tap to Undo or the long pressing of one finger to use Eyedropper tool are some of the touch functions that aren't working on the tablet, this pen tablet has touch incorporated (for example Zoom and Rotate functions do work as touch gestures) so I would like to know why I'm having issues and how to solve them. Does anyone else use the same work setting and know how to solve this? Thank you in advance. —Cristina
Hi! It seems the circle/square/polygon shapes have disappeared from the shape tool. Comics, FLoral, Typographic, and my scanned shapes are still available, but I really just want to make an octogon. Any help?
I purchased Adobe Fresco through the iOS App Store. But Adobe doesn't seem to know anything about this purchase and it isn't listed with my MacOS purchases. Is this normal?
Hi, I recently started to draw again, but on Aobe Draw, I didn't know what had happened with it, until a few days ago, when I wanted to save my drawings in cloud.Does anybody know what I have to do to get it work or somehow to save my things in cloud?Thanks!
My export settings are set to PNG and I've removed the background layer, but when I export it's the image with a white background. What am I doing wrong? [Renamed by Mod]
I've been trying to open a file , but every time I click it just loads up to 90% and then crashes it's really frustrating as I can open it on my phone but not on the laptop where I need to access it , I've tried signing in and out , exporting PSD and then opening but nothing really works
This is pretty annoying, but when I move a group to a blank layer, they ungroup. Only solution is to make a group with two blank layers and move the group over that one. Anyway this could be fixed in the future?
I accidentally drew on a layer with a reference photo and now i lost all my progress because its on the wrong layer because i have to remove the photo after tracing. is there a way to select only the photo on that layer and delete it but keep the illustration on the same layer?
I have moved to a new country again, and as per the rules while renewing the subscription, I had to get a new Adobe account. This means, I need to transfer all my Fresco files again! Last time I had to manually move each file (share link, copy in the cloud account to move). It took ages and I ended by losing some files in the process because of how annoying it was. This time, I have a lot more files and a lot less time. Is there a way to move the files in bulk?Thanks.

I'd like to have fresco premium on my windows desktop but have found out I can only have in a ps plan for about £20 , but ipad uses can get it for half the price , how is this fair.

Yesterday my tablet had problems with the function of all the brushes in the program, the price in all types of brushes and Adobe programs stopped working. With Photoshop I managed to solve it, but this solution is not applicable in Fresco (The installed program folders do not appear anywhere). I already uninstalled and reinstalled the program, I also tried changing the driver on my tablet, but nothing seems to work. Apparently it's an Adobe bug. But, I think it started with a deconfiguration of Windows Ink that I already solved and the other non-Adobe programs returned to normal. Please help!!! I am using a Huion pen display and almost every time when I am using the transform tool, my canvas begins to spin out of control as soon as my pen hits the display. When I move the pen it starts to zoom in and out + rotate faster than the Flash on crack! It is driving me bonkers and makes me want to use Fresco less and less.
Bonjour à toutes et à tous ! Je suis débutant et probablement que mon problème n'est qu'un souci idiot mais je suis perdu. Depuis quelques temps, tous les dessins que j'exporte en png/jpg sortent désaturés. Mes couleurs en général bien pétantes, deviennent ternes et je ne comprend pas pourquoi, en sachant que c'est super récent et que je n'ai touché à rien coté réglages d'exports.
Cada vez que intento abrir cualquier proyecto de Adobe Fresco el programa se queda cargando hasta que se cierra la aplicación automáticamente. Cuando vuelvo a abrir la aplicación me aparece un mensaje de que ha habido un error y aunque envio el informe no he conseguido una solución.He probado a desinstalar varias veces e incluso he probado con versiones anteriores por si era un error en la actualización. Tengo Windows 11 y está actualizado del todo.He reiniciado el programa de Creative Cloud donde están todas las aplicaciones de Adobe y no consigo que nada funcione para solucionar el problema.Gracias de antemano.
I've been using Fresco for the past two months on my iPad with my Apple Pencil, but starting last week it doesn't really work anymore. I've look at other discussions with people having the same problem, and I have tried out everything people have suggested, but it doesn't seem to work. So I was wondering if someone could help with this problem. And yes, I did try to adjust the stylus pressure and it doesn't work, and I've also deleted and reinstalled the app. So if someone could please help, that would be great!
