Like so many of you, I'm frustrated witht the storage sitaution. Fresco is taking up 15GB of storage on my iPad. I just downloaded all my files and saved them to an external drive. (and I do mean all of them - - so there aren't any copies locally of recent work. I only have brushes I've created and saved and he brush packs I've added to Fresco. I've seen only one possible solution posted in this forum: try turning off brushes and some of the brush packs to see if that effects storage. I tried that. I deleted or disabled several large brush packs. Two days later, I still have 15 GB in Fresco on my iPad. Yes, I could delete the entire thing and reinstall it. I've done that in the past, but when you do that, it doesn't save your favorited brushes. They are gone. It incredibly frusting and time consuming to try to recreate all the favorites because it's not just the stock brush I need to replace, but the stock brushes iwth all of the adjustments I've made to i
Hey adobe,I'm seriously disappointed with Adobe Fresco. I've been an artist using Adobe for the last 7 years, starting with Adobe Draw which is now closed. I bought an iPad specifically to use Adobe Fresco, but every time I spend 6 to 7 hours creating art, the app crashes and I lose all my progress. It's especially problematic when using pixel brushes and oil paint brushes. My iPad is 9th gen. If this issue isn't resolved, I'll have to explore other software options. I haven't purchased premium yet because of this problem. Thank you.
Hi!When I send vector illustrations to Illustrator, I get a bunch of thin lines on my illustrations, like previous lines that were not erased accurately enough. They're invisible on Fresco, but very visible on Illustrator and take forever to clean up.Is there an easy way to clean those lines or prevent them in the first place? Thanks!! Idk why it does this, but it only ever happens when using Fresco and it's really annoying because what I see is different to what everyone else seesFor example the first image is how both Fresco and my laptop screenshots it and the second is my attempt at recreating what I acc see using increase brightness and saturation Any help?
fresco 出现了一些奇怪的显示 BUG。在绘画时,屏幕上会出现屏幕损坏才会出现的像素坏线。这些线条一般分布在悬浮组件和系统 UI 周围,当我截图时,这些线条却消失不见了。 chatGPTWhile painting, the screen shows pixel glitches, appearing as linear faults similar to those caused by screen damage. These lines are typically distributed around floating components and the system UI. Interestingly, when I take a screenshot, these linear pixel faults disappear. ipadpro 2020 ipad os 17.2 17.3Display - Scale Display - More Space
My Touch setting is set to "Gestures only"... but the "Eraser" keeps replacing my brush tool. I am using an iPad Air.
Bonjour j’ai une tablette graphique WAECOM et lorsque j’utilise Fresco j’ai un gros décalage que je n’ai pas sur illustrator ou photoshop. Pouvez-vous m’aider pour regler ce probléme? Merci [Renamed by Mod]
Good day, Kindly assist. How do I install Adobe Fresco onto the Macbook Pro? Thanks.
Hi, I'm reposting this as my previous post didn't get any response. The original post is from January 29: Basically, Adobe logged me out of my account on my iPad, and when I logged in again all my files were gone. Fortunately, I wasn't using Fresco for work, but I'm very disappointed. If Fresco lost all my files, how am I going to trust it anymore? I'll have to save all my Adobe files on my PC and never going to trust the cloud save. Can I recover my Fresco files? Is this going to be fixed? I see this is a common issue. Thanks.
First time I use fresco, with a drawing tablet (without touch). Many buttons do not respond to clicking: settings, migration of brushes, dragging of layers, and maybe other functions that I haven't had time to discover yet.It is impossible to work like this, what is the solution?I already reinstalled, didn't help.
I have an animation as a PNG image sequence. I might be missing something, but I can't find a way to import all the PNGs as individual frames on the timeline in Fresco. Surely there must be a way to do this?
From Adobe Sketch to Adobe Fresco now all my files are gone!!?? This is the same Apple count I had download Adobe Sketch with, so there is no multiple account issue where I made a mistake and logged into the wrong account. I didn't make this mistake. This is completely Adobe's mistake. It's clear I download adobe application with this Apple account, and when I have it deleted automatically because of adobe fresco coming out, my files are gone. I am a computer tech who helps many companies deal with stuff like this and this is really a waste of my time. Obviously, this is happened to many people because I didn't do anything other than get adobe fresco just like 1 million other people have done . I'm sure. support comes on and tells people they're logged into the wrong account that's not the issue here like I said I've been a computer tech more than half of my life. I did nothing wrong. You guys have a big problem and you keep saying that other people are causing it by not logging in cor
To make this short:-Everything is extremely slow or lagging-Filling tool takes forever (that's where the problem began)-Using fresco on a Windows desktop.-Currently on all the files-Makes any sort of art really hard to work with.I wrote this once and it was deleted but this basically sums it up. Thank you to anyone who tries to help, it's appreciated.
Hi Community, I would appreciate if someone could shed a light whether the files I created in Adobe Fresco and are saved there will be deleted as part of Discontinuation of Creative Cloud Synced files? I work on Surface Pro 7 in tablet mode (but have Fresco downloaded as a dektop app) and have my Fresco files saved there with a white tick on green backround icon (which supposedly means the files can be accessed offline, is that right?). Would these files be accessible when I open the Fresco app after today i.e. not deleted as part of CCS discontinuation?Or do I have to export those files (I suppose as PSD to preserve the editing capabilities) to a local folder on my device? Thanks is advanceMarta
Brushes in Fresco.i don't see ANY way to export brushes from Fresco.i also don't see any way to RE-NAME brushes in Fresco. (maybe i want to use the same brush with 2 different iterations/styles and want to name one "big" and the other "tiny" or something)by example...: I pick a Pixel Brush.then I modify the brush: spacing/size/smoothing/dynamics/scattering/...whatever personalization i choose.i've now created MY brush that works for me. maybe i have made several personalized brushes.I want to use this brush(es) across all my devices. I also want to group/share in the way **.apr brush groups can be shared/kept/saved.i can see brushes in CC/Files/Libraries that i made in previous Adobe Apps. (even though some are missing between CC on iphone vs Web, which is strange, but another issue altogether.)i see how i can use Capture App to save a new brush, save to a Library, and its available across devices.BUT..i do not see how to modify, save, and share a brush between devices.&nbs
i was working on a motion graphic which included png files i created by cutting up a illustration i previously did. now, when i open up the files it states " your photoshop layers are preserved". it combined all the layers and i lost all the animation. i tried reverting to a previous version. but, when i open it brings up same statement saying my photshop layers are preserved. help. i need to get to a previous version where the layers with the animation work is separated. help.
Opened up the Adobe Fresco app to continue working on a project and realized that layers were missing. 10 hours of work was gone. Any chance previous versions can be restored? Any ideas on preventing this phenomenon going forward?
HelloI'm using Fresco on my iPad Pro, running iPad OS 16.7.4. Here's my problem. Fresco isn't autosaving my files. It keeps 20 'recent' documents on the Home Screen, but if I create another document and the twentieth of these recents gets pushed off the screen, it just seems to vanish. If I open 'your files' there are a bunch of random files in there but nothing that's been created in the last six weeks or so. So where are they?I'm hoping there's an easy answer so you can all tell me what an idiot I am, but I'd very much welcome your advice. Thank you in advance.
with the discontinuation of the sync feature, can somebody please confirmthat it just the local desktop folder i.e windows docs, and that local app fresco files, saved creative cloud fresco synched files and creative cloud libaries/assets are uneffected etc, cheers
adobe fresco version 5 - most of the icons does not open. And adobe version 4 works for few minutes and than in saves and close itself. Also it makes every screen open in the computer, flashing, disappear and appear all the time.assistance someoene, please?
Hey guys. I love love Fresco, I've been using it on my iPad Pro for a long time and was so excited to see the desktop version. I have a Wacom Cintiq 16 and it is smooth as butter to draw in Fresco, however I can't figure out how to pan around the document. I looked in the app settings and I can only find how to pan with finger gestures which my Cintiq doesn't have. The canvas isn't centered on the board it's off to the left, and I can't find any info on how to pan with the mouse or a keyboard shortcut. I can use the MMB to zoom on the document, but without panning it's just zooming on the corner. Pressing and holding MMB draws on the canvas. Thanks for any help in advance.
Hi Adobe Community, I'm using Adobe Fresco on my IPad 11 with the lastest iOS, I Scanned a JPEG and it's saved on to my IPad gallery that I'm using for a reference image, but it's not appearing as a photo layer when I select it to upload on my canvass as a new layer. Please help if anyone knows some troubleshooting or anything to nagivate this bug let me know? I've also tried uninstalling the app, Thank you so much to whomever reads this.
I'm having trouble with rotating the ruler in xp pen deco 01V2, a non display tab. I can't rotate it. If someone knows how to do it, tell me plz. It would be pretty helpful for me🙏
I far prefer Fresco to Procreate, but the latter app has a feature where you can use your iPhone alongside your iPad with the phone app acting as a tools/brushes box. I want this in Fresco! I want to be able to create multiple, specific brushes saved project folders in my CC library. Right now I can favorite a brush, but that is far less useful than being able to save a specific brush's details, including saving multiple of the same brush with each having varying versions. Menu diving on the iPad app to select between brushes is not ideal. I would far rather have a tool box of saved brushes. And if I could access that tool box through the iPhone app where it sits open next to my iPad, I would be delighted by that workflow. That would push Fresco cleanly into a being a tool for long-hours professional use. Thanks again.
