Add warning dialog when creating new Action SetsOpen for Voting

I hate to float the idea of adding yet another warning/nag popup to Photoshop, however, this should have been there since Actions were first added to Photoshop.    I am proposing that when a new Action Set is created, that a pop-up window be triggered warning the user that unless the set is saved to .atn file, that the action is only temporary and may be lost/reset.   This proposed nag screen would have a "don't show again" checkbox. New users don't appreciate this fact and need to be warned at least once. Knowledgeable users can simply check the box to ignore.   The forum is littered with "lost actions" topics, which could have been avoided by explicitly making this point.   So many wasted hours of end-user work in recreating lost Actions could be saved with this simple warning. So much frustration that could have been avoided.   Users should read the manual, but this clearly isn't the case.   Examples topics to add weight to this request (and there are so many more, this is just a small sampling):   https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/lost-actions/m-p/13197218   https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/actions-removed-after-update-on-2021-old-data-too/m-p/11540184   https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/ps-cc-2017-unexpectedly-reset-to-default-all-actions-lost-fonts-toolbar-etc-very-small/m-p/8968182   https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/lost-actions-in-process-with-latest-update/m-p/13840788   https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/all-my-recorded-actions-disappeared/m-p/12690493   https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/actions-completely-gone/m-p/13219717   https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/after-update-to-cc-2017-i-lost-all-my-actions/m-p/8637819

Native Alignment Tools and CSS-style Syntax for Shape ContentsOpen for Voting

The Problem:Currently, the Align Panel only works for Top-Level Layers. If I have a single Shape Layer containing multiple shapes (e.g., a "Small Square" and a "Large Square"), I cannot use the Align tools to center the small square perfectly inside the large one.To do this now, I have to manually math out the "Offset" values or use "Group" transforms, which is slow and imprecise. This is a major bottleneck when building complex UI mockups or geometric visualizations within a single layer. The Requested Feature: Align Panel Support for Shapes: When double-clicking into a Shape Layer, the Align Panel should allow me to align selected "Rectangles" or "Paths" relative to each other or the Layer's bounding box. CSS-style Expression Methods: Provide a simple way to align shapes via code. Similar to how we use Flexbox or Grid in CSS, we should be able to write expressions like: content("Rect 1").align("center", "middle", "Rect 2"); content("Rect 1").position = align("left", "top"); Anchor Point Autocentering: A toggle for shapes to automatically keep their anchor point in their geometric center when their size or path changes. Why this matters:For users creating "Technical Edutainment" or data-driven animations, we often keep multiple elements in one layer to keep the timeline clean. Having to create a new layer for every single box just to use the Align tool makes projects messy and uses more RAM Adding a "CSS" logic to expressions would make After Effects feel modern and much more intuitive for developers.

P: Add a dedicated metadata field in Lightroom Classic to track copyright registration statusOpen for Voting

I am requesting a dedicated metadata field in Lightroom Classic that allows photographers to track the copyright registration status of each image. As more photographers register their work with the U.S. Copyright Office—especially using quarterly unpublished group registrations—there is currently no built‑in way to mark which images have been submitted, which batch they belong to, or whether they are safe to publish.Lightroom Classic is the central catalog and workflow hub for many working photographers. It already manages flags, ratings, keywords, EXIF/IPTC metadata, and custom workflow states, but it does not provide any field related to copyright registration. As a result, photographers are forced to use workarounds such as keywords, color labels, or collection names to track registration status. These methods are inconsistent, easy to break, and not scalable for large catalogs.A dedicated metadata field (or small group of fields) would solve this cleanly. Examples of useful fields include: Copyright Registered: Yes/No Registration Date: (date field) Registration Batch ID or Title: (text field) Registration Type: Published / Unpublished This would allow photographers to: Track which images have been submitted to the Copyright Office Avoid accidental double‑registration Ensure unpublished images are not released before registration Build Smart Collections based on registration status Maintain accurate legal records directly inside the Lightroom catalog Integrate copyright protection into the existing metadata workflow With image scraping, AI dataset harvesting, and unauthorized commercial use becoming more common, copyright registration is now a standard part of many photographers’ workflows. Adding this metadata field would bring Lightroom Classic in line with modern professional needs and provide a simple, high‑impact improvement for asset management.Thank you for considering this enhancement.
